Man the people here are GHETTO!!. Rude as all get out and they even closed the dining room two hours earlier and were eating and dancing in the lobby. I gave one star for the workers who are friendly, and one star for the restaurant, in general. I can't recall a time (in the past few years) when I received the correct order. On the upside, had I been less honest, I could have driven away with a much larger order more than once. The current prices are insane. Hotcakes used to be a dollar, not too long ago...now they're four times that. When I get fries, they used to be overflowing...now the box is rarely full. Worse, I have received several cold sandwiches that taste like they have been sitting for a long time. They have been pretty consistent about redoing incorrect orders, but it usually takes a very long time, and I only go to McDonald's for fast service. I can't go for the reasonable prices anymore. There are places in St. Cloud to get a better burger and fries for less. read more

Ordered 2 burgers without cheese, at the drive thru. Opened them in the car & found 2 with lotsa cheese. Receipt said "no cheese", so someone just didn't care or didn't look. This is one of the few restaurants in town with a place for the kids to play that doesn't require extra spending. It is a great place when it is cold outside which is 6 months of the year. There are some repairs that need to be made to the play area, which is well used and well loved in the area. read more

Wow I don't even know where to begin. I don't even honestly mind that I waited 15 minutes for some fries but what happened while I waited is COMPLETELY mind blowing. There were multiple very small children running around unattended. At one point they were behind the counter touching things and taking cups and even touching the computer kiosks. Eventually some one from the back came to yell at them and appeared to be the one in charge of them. After reprimanding them, one of the children sat in the corner and screamed. All of this was happening all while everyone working in the back was screaming at each other. Sooooo completely unprofessional. My standards are exactly high for a Macdonald's to begin with but this place definitely was an all time low. Will for sure not be coming back. Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. Floor was greasy and slick, bathroom had a dirty diaper stuck in the toilet and hand driers were both out of order, pop dispensers had stains everywhere. Staff yelling at each other made it hard to sit and eat in peace. Mop bucket had been left outside the bathroom door and inside was a broom laying on the floor unattended for anyone to trip over. This place is a cancer to the franchise known as McDonalds. I ordered an Angus sandwich, one of the McWraps and a H&S McChicken. I wanted Mac sauce on my Angus sandwich and a Chick/Bac Wrap. When I got my order about ten minutes later, the meal ticket for my angus sandwich was on the box, but not the sauce. I looked at my sandwich and it was out of its wrapper. Seriously, the chefs couldn't take the extra ten seconds to put the wrapper on an Angus sandwich and trust me they need that on the sandwich it's so greasy. After I finished it (hell I already paid for it) I sat there thinking what the hell because there is no reason that the request was put in the system correctly and the chefs on the other side basically just said &*@% it and ignored it. Next I opened up my McWrap and guess what, it was an f-ing spicy chili BS McWrap that only appeals, I'm assuming, to the people who like Chinese food or something like that and it tasted nasty, again I ate it because I paid for it and had already left. The only thing they got right was the McChicken, but that make up for the mistakes made that day. It was a terrible experience and I'm sad to say that I did go there three times and every time one of these mistakes came forth. I will never, ever, E----------VER!! set foot in that jack*&@ kitchen again. There are too many screw ups and idiots running the back room. I had a McJob at a different location. These idiots make our location look 100x better because we actually take the time to do things correctly.
