My order was a quarter pounder with no onions, no ketchup which was made correctly. My fries were no salt and my drink was a Coke. My fries came out with no salt, but they were refried. Things to consider improving... making your food with integrity. I get its fast food. But come on. Service has gotten better since last year. It's a clean establishment but the food taste old fries were soaked and soggy from the oil and taste like garbage. I have to give a one star review because it's impossible to give anything else. Last night my girlfriend and I went and waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, when nobody came. So we circled into the parking lot and saw 4 cars parked, and their side door open. We could see both bathrooms were opened as if they were being cleaned. It was 12am. They don't officially close until 2am. We went back into the drive through and waited, and tried talking to see if maybe somebody was busy in the back but still wearing their headset. No response. So we pulled up to the second window and parked and called them 3 times and got no response. It just kept ringing. Idk if they were all taking a nap or something, but closing tasks should have been started 2 hours early and the place shouldn't have been a ghost town 2 whole hours before closing. read more

We were having a staycation at the hotel nearby. We decided to get breakfast here, as breakfast isn't being offered at the hotel right now. Service was fast, the food was consistent McDonald's breakfast: delicious! We hit the drive-thru and ended our staycation and went home. OK, so that's a five star for McDonald's. Super clean. Great service. Fresh, fresh McD's fare. The order taker was a sweetheart. They got the order right--a big plus. Food was packaged neatly. Yeah! Another employee greeted me and brought me my latte (I wasn't at the pickup area because an Egg McMuffin distracted me). I was given a cheerful farewell, too. Wow, the hub and I just had a $70 dinner yesterday, and they didn't bother to say thanks or goodbye. And of course, there was plenty of seating and lots of parking available. I hardly visit this franchise anymore and this morning after working a long shift I chose to get breakfast to go. It was early and I was the only one vehicle using the drive thru so no reason to wait a long time. After paying and moving to the pick up window I was told they didn't have hash brown's and I had to pull up forward and wait. Waited and finally a not polite or friendly female employee brought my order and I wanted to let her know I didn't appreciate the wait but she left me taking to my self and I told her I was going to take the survey to voice my experience. 15 minutes later I was doing the survey and mysteriously my survey was already done ??? How that happened I have no clue other than have suspicion they did the survey for me knowing it wasn't going to be a good one. I didn't bother to call their number because I didn't have the time. I work in an emergency dispatch center near this McDonalds. We are not allowed to leave the premises even on any breaks without prior approval, and we all have to choose one place to eat lunch. At that point the runner picks up and pays for each order individually for our employees. During COVID19 Pandemic McDonalds is offering meals to first responders. On Saturday, our center took orders and called this location and they were so accommodating to us, however today was a whole different story. Today, an employee who identified herself as a supervisor named Cynthia, clearly was not willing to accommodate us at all. She was rude and dismissive. I attempted to explain to her we could not leave the dispatch center. I even advised her we could bring in all the employees badges, which seems to be the only detailed requirement to receive the First Responder meal. The McDonalds on Pelandale/Dale was happy to help and accommodate the men and women working the 911 center for the city in which they operate their business. read more

It's sufficient. They weren't really busy but took a while to take my order after even waiting to acknowledge my presence at the counter. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal. It shouldn't have surprised me that there was only some change from a $10 bill but that is the way it is. Remember those adverts for getting change from a $5 bill (then, a $10 bill) for a family of four? I waited at the counter. They seemed to be working slowly, but then, that seems to be rather typical. When my order was ready, they were friendly enough. The fries were hot. That's so unusual, and that's why this isn't a 2 star review. The burger was covered with a layer of meat grease. In 1977, I was working at a McDonald's on the other side of the country. Getting rid of the grease was damned hot, but we did it because the food tasted better and it was safer for the customer. The quarter cheese wasn't awful, but it didn't taste fresh with all that grease. I was glad to finish and leave. read more

I'm usually not one for reviewing McDonald's, but the renovations of this McDonalds are excellent. It's got an amazing indoor kids play structure. That alone makes it a great car trip pit stop. I just went here through the drive-thru. The parking lot looked clean. The signs were all lit up well. Greeted and help promptly. I got a mcflurry add m&ms, a tea half rasberry, and a large fry.
