F this location. They hung up on me 3 times in a row. I ordered the big breakfast with steak and hotcakes and the stake or biscuts never came. Spent 24 bucks for nothing. And they also overcharge for their orders. In school I was taught 8+9=17 but to them that equals 28$ WTF!!! read more

The food had a disturbing appearance looking like a face sewed off on my patio. Looks like my bun bun. Looks like a face sought off. It looks like something out of a horror movie the chicken I got a chicken fillet and it smelled awful. This location is right by the Smiths, and REI which is a perfect location if you want to try and fight the busy traffic on 33rd. Getting in here is not the easiest thing to do, and it's a very very busy drive-through. It went fairly fast considering both lanes have long lines. Coffee was almost hot despite it being 78 degrees sitting in the car. A plus is this location is right by the 215 freeway entrance. read more

The food was pretty good. Fast out and tasty. I got a spicy mchicken sandwich along with a very delicious Carmel frappe. The whipped cream was over the top which I LOVE! We asked the person what they recommended and they said a coke slushie. It is not as good as a baja freeze, but still very delectable. The ambiance was great as it was a drive thru the workers had a great attitude and helped us choose what we needed. read more

This restaurant is either understaffed or not staffed well. When I took my kids for lunch last week, the restaurant was a disaster. There were wrappers everywhere, spilled soda (that had been sitting long enough that it had congealed on the table), and fries everywhere. We found a clean table in a corner and ate our food. They were quick and friendly enough. But, I waited (my kids wanted to play on the play area) and it took more than 30 minutes for someone to even notice that the children's area was super gross... and another 20 minutes before they cleaned it. I understand it was probably after a lunch rush, so I thought, whatever, I'll just enjoy my food and move on. And then... I ordered food to go (for my husband who was still working). As I waited I watched the manager snag a chicken nugget from another employee and eat it, and then she finished packing my husband's food and handed it to me. Without washing her hands. I used to work in food services. I'm pretty sure that's a massive no-no. I get that this isn't the Ritz Carlton, but come on... this is basic customer service. I just walked in and straight up ordered 30 double cheeseburgers and 80 nuggets. Don't worry about what I'm doing with it. The important thing is that this team busted out the order like it was nothing. They heard a couple of beeps, went to their stations, and conducted a symphony made out of burgers and nuggets without breaking a sweat. I feel like that level of management, teamwork, and composure is pretty rare. I get it, the place probably sees 10,000 times that volume during a lunch rush but it's super cool to see people work together like that. read more

Train wreck and a half in here. Worker didnt know how to take an order like she's gotten used to people using kiosks. She asked her manager to come over and goes "hey do this" and he answers "please?" "Yeah, please." He takes our order and as I'm waiting a man enters and yells a workers name and says "let's go dont keep me waiting." This girl was filling up drinks for drive thru customers, and says to wait. So this dude putterd around for a good 30 seconds then WENT BEHIND the counter. I thought when the manager turned around he would tell him to step back but instead he greets him by name! This guy is then handed some change by the manager and he tells him "will you give this to the guy at the drive thru" I wouldve thought, okay, maybe he works here but is off tonight. Til he turned around and I saw him wearing a work place polo for somewhere else in town. This Mcdonalds needs a serious rehash if the manager themself is handing customer change to someone who doesn't even work there as they're behind the counter. Not to add insult to injury but they forgot 2 things on the order, and took quite a while getting them to me. The food was stale enough I considered taking it back, something I've never done, but honestly after waiting for the 2 forgotten nugget orders (which were fresh) I didnt want to even mess with it. If an area supervisor reads this, do something about this location cuz that's just alarming honestly. read more

Food items are just as expected. However I was very happy to see they took all the precautions at the drive through window. No direct customer contact. All the employees had masks and gloves on. I just had bad experience a few days ago at another fast food chain. They did not use masks nor gloves at the drive through window. So I will be back to buy my fast food at this McDonald's, especially during this crisis time. read more

Inconsistent customer service! Because the McDonalds app won't accept my email address, I am not able to order for pick-up. In the past, I have called in large orders to pick up in drive-thru. I would call 10 minutes ahead of time and everything would be ready when I arrived. I tried to call yesterday for over an hour to place an order and the phone line was busy. Then today when I got through, they wouldn't accept my order. I appreciate that previous managers accommodated this honest request. We are frequent customers and will find another McDonalds location for our business. read more

Good location for a McDonalds - gets busy at lunch time (much busier than the Wendy's accross the street). This is also a silly detail not related to the food but to the location: you can't turn left when exiting the parking lot on 900 E. Gotta do a U turn at the light if you're getting back on the freeway or going towards Wheelers Farm. Parking lot is a little akward too. Did you know McDonalds charge for mayo packets? WOT!? I live just down the street and work at the kfc down the road and I know what good service is and I notice the little things normal costumers don't see. This place is DIRTY! They always mess my order up even when we go inside and tell them many times! During the winter I ordered a hot cocoa and they told me to go park and I waited 20 mins to have the guy come and say it'll be a few more!! Come back out still no hot cocoa and says the machine is broken and what I wanted. I wanted my money and when he came back again I didn't even get a damn cookie or anything! If I had someone waiting for 30 mins I would bring them something good! Their time is valuable to me, 30 Mins is a long time! Never going there again! A little more traffic here than a typical McDonalds. The Playland / Free Wi-Fi combo seems like a huge draw, and the place is busy much of the time with kids and their grownups. Service is good overall and they will bring your food out to you after ordering. No Coke Freestyle, but a good amount of choices. read more

This was one of the worst experiences that I've had. We ordered through the touch screen. We waited 20 minutes and noticed people who came in after us were getting their food. When I went to the counter to see what was going on, they told me they had no record of it. I showed my receipt and they made it seem I was in the wrong somehow.
