    Chick-fil-A- Chicken Sandwich
    Erik D.

I normally avoid this CFA location at all cost, because of the small parking lot and super inconvenient drive through area which often pours out into street traffic. It is chaotic and stressful. But... today called for desperate measures- The Chicken Sandwich was a must. We luckily found parking, and ordered using the mobile app which sped up the process. The location also had a security guard helping with the flow of traffic. In the end, we got the goods, carried out, and enjoyed the meal court-side for some early Spring Pickleball.

You order at the counter, and your food is brought out. The gal at the counter was really enthusiastic and helpful, which feels like a rare quality these days, so I appreciated that a lot. I'm in a calorie cut, so I thought this spot would have some macro-friendly options for me, and honestly, it didn't have as many as I would've expected. But I am grateful all of it is searchable online. I landed on a chicken entree with a side of the cauliflower risotto and fruit. My chicken was dry. The risotto was REALLY good. If I came back, I would for sure order that again. My friend got the Mediterranean chicken kabob. Sadly, both my and my friend's food came out cold, which was kind of unexpected--we didn't know if the dishes were supposed to be cold, or if they just had cooled off a lot while waiting to be brought out? I wish I could have tried some of the drinks or treats. I think I'd give this place another go when I'm not so limited in my choices, though it is a little pricier than I'd like. If you need something fresh and are focusing on whole foods, this will probably check the box for you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the decor inside, they have spent a great deal for this location. I ordered chips and salsa to start. These were not complimentary but when they arrived the salsa was fresh and unique. I was glad I ordered them. My wife chose the carne asada burrito. She raved about the flavor and could only finish half. I ordered a unique taco which had an authentic name this gringo cannot remember but it was built on a house made corn tortilla about twenty inches long and ten inches wide. Steak, Mexican cream, tomatillo sauce, freshly shredded lettuce and cheese. I've never had anything like it but it is awesome. The service was quick and efficient. Very delightful people. The check had included a 15% Service Charge so I was glad to see the options on the screen to add a tip began at a level that matched up with the service charge at a reasonable level. I only had one complaint, The music was a little loud. The sound system is great and I loved the authentic music but the baseline was pumping loud enough to hurt my ears. I'd recommend adjusting the volume or the mix to make it a little more comfortable. Overall I loved this experience and will definitely want to come again. No pictures, sorry.

As in, made-to-order fresh. Pita pulled straight from the oven, beef and chicken kabobs that actually taste like someone cared. Quality ingredients, not the frozen-and-reheated situation you've learned to expect elsewhere. I showed up after a 24-hour fast, which is either the best or worst way to evaluate a restaurant. Verdict: best. I demolished a full plate and had zero regrets. Fair warning, one plate could easily feed two normal humans. The staff matched the food: attentive, kind, no attitude. Across the board. It's like dining in a sun-soaked courtyard by the sea. Yes, it's a little kitschy--but in the best way. It totally adds to the charm. I've been here a few times, and every visit's been a win. It has a true mom-and-pop vibe, the staff is always warm, and while things can slow down when it's busy, that just means everything's made fresh--and worth the wait. (I don't mind. I came to enjoy, not rush.) This round: We started with a crisp, fresh salad and their classic hummus with pita--simple, bright, and the perfect kickoff. I had the Koofteh Meatballs--jumbo Persian-style beef meatballs stuffed with apricots, simmered in a tangy tomato sauce and served with basmati rice. The meat? Tender. The sauce? A whole flavor moment. My other half went with the Bagala Polow, a slow-stewed lamb shank served on dill basmati rice with lima beans and a side of lamb au jus. That dill rice? Unexpected and so, so good. Bonus points for the community vibes: While we were dining, someone celebrated a birthday--and they shared their mango cake with the whole restaurant. Such a sweet surprise that shows the spirit of the place. Final thoughts: Decor - Slightly kitschy, totally charming. Like eating in a postcard. Food - Flavorful, fresh, and made with heart. Community - The kind of place that turns strangers into dinner party guests. Our go-to for Mediterranean eats--highly recommend!

The décor is warm, modern, and sophisticated, with a contemporary yet cozy feel that makes it a very inviting place to relax and enjoy an evening. Unfortunately, this visit was a bit disappointing from a culinary standpoint. My ahi tuna did not seem as fresh as I would have expected, and the burger was less than impressive. It was slightly overcooked, and the patty was quite thin, lacking the quality and flavor that the beautiful setting promises. On the positive side, the service was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout our meal. Heart & Hill has all the ingredients to be a standout destination.
