Probably one of the worst McDonald's in the whole world. Management is disrespectful and very immature. I had a mobile order and I went to ask where it was because it had been a minute because I was doing dine in. She asked my name and I told her and she wanted to see the phone and I showed her and she grabbed my phone and then I asked for it back because I wasn't even on the app then she proceeded to say that I had to have an email confirmation of my order, but I never set my McDonald's app up through email. there's no consistency. most of the employees are rude and don't even acknowledge you. my order is rarely correct. i feel like they give you what they have or whatever is left because they're too lazy to fix what you ordered. i ordered a big breakfast with bacon and an extra scrambled egg no hot cakes. all the food came in big mac boxes. instead of a big breakfast i got one egg, no biscruit, 4 hot cakes. they don't give a crap about your order. they want $19 dollars an hour? get out. read more

Absolutely horrible. Use the mobile app for a drive-through order and was told that they didn't have the order and that I should check the address which I did. I went back through the drive-through and they told me that they still didn't have the order and have a good day so I went home and I called the store where I was given a whole bunch of attitude and was told I'm not getting my food or my refund, I asked if they were having issues because I didn't get my food and was told that's on me and not there issue read more

If I could give a negative 10 I would.. customer service 0... food triple negative 0.. front counter customers got ignored for 15 mins .. I had to summons the cashier and then she got an attitude ... They have the kiosk for ordering but the elderly lady that was waiting didn't understand how to use them. Which I get.. I ordered a shake through the mobile app then waited 15 minutes in the pickup before driving through the drive thru. They told me their ice cream machine was broken. When I asked if I could replace it with a ice latte since I already paid for it, the man working the window said we know and to have a nice day. I would have posted 0 if it would have been offered. Worst ever. Bathrooms FILTHY. Only 1 stall had TP in it and the roll was laying on the changing table. Upon entering dining room, employee laying on bench seating. It was 1130 AM. Did I disturb nappy time? Employees, bad attitudes, no display of job passion or even wanting to be there. Grow up youngins, it doesnt get any easier and if you have no respect for your job or people, atleast have some for yourself. You left a lasting first impression of you. I don't expect a lot from McDonald's. At least get the order I pay for right. Countless times this location continues to forget or mess up orders. I've given this location a year in optimistic hopes that they'll get better but now I'm driving further down the road. The service is slower than any other McDonald's I have experienced throughout the United States, the employees taking the orders are rude/ the speaker system in the drive through needs maintenance, the cooks haven't got a complete order right in over 12 months. Customer service is always full of attitude! There's one lady that won't even say anything to you and that gets under my skin when I say thank you you can at least look at me and acknowledge that theres a person talking to you! They forget things all the time as well! Just go to subway! Not sure if they have great customer service but it's got to be better than this place. read more

The service was terrible. We were missing some chicken nuggets that they have pre cooked and there weren't other people really so they could have put them in and brought them out but then, we had to wait even longer for barbecue sauce. Absolutely horrible every time we come!!! We never get what we want to order because they are always out of SOMETHING!! We thought we could stop in to get breakfast, but we had to wait more than 20 minutes for four biscuits. We never get "thank you" or "here's your order". It is more like food being held out the window (if you ever get to get your food handed to you through the window and not get pulled up). Awful employee morale, owner doesn't care about customers. Food is a solid 2, they make you wait for no reason while they stand around on their phones. Have called owner many times and even corp but nothing has changed. Granted I only eat there when I'm running late to cook or a quick bite before grocery shopping but always ruins my day. read more

I am satisfied with the business that I get from there. people may have their complaints about it but until you've worked in there or even just stood in there and observed the place , you wont ever know how much you have to do in order to make sure your order(s) are right. ive only had to pull up maybe twice in 15 years. so that's great I believe. keep up the good work and with the good ol' sweet tea. read more
