I couldn't be more disappointed. I ordered on the app: a hamburger, small fries, four nuggets, and a small drink. No line in the drive thru. I get to the window and they gave me someone else's order. The lady takes my receipt and has me park next to the white light pole. Apparently, they were having everyone ahead of me park. I see the line build, but everyone behind me is getting served; including those that were parked before me. I sat parked for 27 minutes. I got out and went inside. They had my order on the counter. We have never had so much trouble with a McDonalds until this one. I ordered 5 McFlurrys 3 reg Oreo, 1 snack MM a Chips ahoy! We only received 3 flurrys (Oreo) went in to let them know! They didnt have chips ahoy! Then why was I able to order?? Asked for my money back, they cant do that because it was done on the app!! Seriously?! Get home and ALL my McFlurrys are snack EXCEPT the one I couldnt get a refund on!! I spend well over 20 dollars every time we go and for what? Poor service shitty attitudes from management! If you must buy from this location do not use the app. I placed an order with my app on 7/22/23 and I was charged multiple times and my order was never placed. I spoke to an employee who apologized and said customers were getting charged several times. Although she did give me my meal and did not charge me when I went inside, I was not reimbursed the additional charges that went through on my card. The employee recommended I call a number from the app because they have no control over that and gave me the Acosta office number for this McDonald's location. There was no number in the app, I sent an email and was instructed to contact my bank/credit card company. I did leave a detailed message with the Acosta office at 210-227-5004 and did not receive a call back. I've used my app at several McDonald's locations and I've only had issues here, no where else. In the past, the app wouldn't let me place an order and I would end up having to order once I arrived at this location. After getting additional charges and this not being resolved, I will not be purchasing from this location ever again. read more

I LOVE me some McDonald's coffee. I get one every morning. I don't mind if they mess up on my drink but I clearly stated that I had to have one coffee a certain way due to my friend be diabetic. I asked her to remake it for me several times stating I didn't trust giving my friend the coffee not knowing what was in it after looking in the bag and everything obviously was messed up. Very frustrating asking for a simple request for already paid for food. I could careless about my coffee being messed up I was just asking for a remake for that certain coffee, if not a new one. Already left unsatisfied, I was eating my breakfast sandwich and there was egg shells in it! I thought it was the burnt Egg McMuffin which I didn't mind until I was taking a few more bites and decided to look in my sandwich and saw that! Manager and the ugliest look in her face. Like I understand to be frustrated over a coffee, but not asking once but MULTIPLE times that she was diabetic didn't sit well with me. Worst Mc.Donalds ever. The worst customer service. They need a serious revamp in management. The drive thru lanes are a nightmare and a mess. They ask you to drive up or wait in the parking spaces reserved for mobile phone orders and forget about you. You are then forced to get down from your car and ask for your meal, then they have no idea what your order is. Inside is even more chaotic. I know McDonalds is terrible to begin with, but for the sake of my kids I endure it. Unfortunately this is the closest location all others are a bit of a drive. Located in a Shell gas station, this location is always busy. But customer service is horrible. When I arrived, no line, and was not greeted by anyone of the cashiers, had to stand in front of the register for the employees to take my order. Also, the place lacked hygiene and was a mess. All of the tables were dirty and were not wiped down and the restrooms were disgusting. Out of the three stalls that had toilets, only one of them was working. The restroom was trashed with toilet paper everywhere and overflowing water. Disgusting. Thus far, worst McDonald's I have been too in San Antonio. read more
