Back in the day, spring of 2018, to be exact... CFA sold a frosted sunrise. Blended OJ w ice cream. It was creamy. And yummy. And delicious. And then discontinued. I attempted, a few times, to order again. I mean ice cream, OJ, shake machine to blend.... Easy enough. However, it was almost like I was calling God himself down from the heavens. They couldn't. They wouldn't. They refused. Doesn't make sense. I even said charge for the bottle of OJ (on the menu) and for a cone (on the menu) and use your little shaker back there to blend. Nope. Incomprehensible. Fast forward to early 2026. "Announcing blended sodas and floats!" Be still my heart. There's a chance. Homegirl was confused, had some questions, wanted to charge appropriately... by all means. And. Then... Trinity. Made. My. Ever. Loving. Dreams. Come. True. She made me my first frosted sunrise in six years. And the heavens sang and the angels rejoiced. She even said, "I hope I got it right!" When bringing it to my table. She left for the night before I could commend her service levels and frosted sunrise skills. The food is always good, service depends on who and when. But, today. Trinity made my week! I've come to this location a few times and it's generally good service and food is just about what you'd expect. The southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing is my favorite, then the spicy deluxe sandwich is my other favorite! You can't go wrong with Chik-Fil-A fries either! The shakes and lemonades are good as well, but I feel like their cookies and brownies could do better. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and I think they have an amazing concept and their customer service is always amazing, but this location definitely needs to get checked by someone in corporate. First things first, the last few times I've had food here I've gotten sick and vomited as soon as I got home. The first time I thought it was something else, but after the second time I knew it was their food. Besides that, I've brought my toddler to this location to play at their indoor playground and the space is always very dirty. Besides the playground, the tables and floor are always a mess and it doesn't seem that the staff keeps an eyes on the dining area. Overall, I wouldn't recommend visiting this location. read more

The ambiance is always great. The staff is always smiling and so pleasant. The food was hot and perfect. Today for the first time I tried their Mac & Cheese, and I must say, it was pretty good. Today I brought with me my service dog and of course a pup cup was a must! The staff was more than happy to supply us with a doggie bone and a pup cup. Chick-fil-A never disappoints. I was really disappointed today. I hardly ever eat chick fil a but today I went through the drive thru. They didn't have a menu available because they walk up to your vehicle instead of waiting for you to pull up to the menu. I've never ordered the spicy chicken sandwich so I decided to try it. I assumed that it at least came with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes. However, it was plain and dry with only two sad pickles. The girl who took our order was very nice but she never asked if I wanted to add anything or take anything off the sandwich. I guess that's my fault for assuming it would be dressed with something other than two pickles? I also didn't know they charge extra for the lemonade. I spent over $10 for a small piece of chicken with pickles. Make sure you look at the menu if you aren't a regular customer. Lesson learned. read more

I came here for a quick lunch while I was in town for business. I got pretty much the same experience here as I do at Chick-Fil-A locations back home in Los Angeles. The lines were long, which was expected at lunch time. The customer service was very good, and the staff here went out of their way to be courteous. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They processed my order faster than most locations, and the sandwich came out pretty good. I could tell they actually put effort in making the food, which is impressive considering how packed this place was when I came here. I ordered lunch for some colleagues on the mobile app for this location. The drive thru line was unusually slow. The right lane moved as expected; the left lane was stopped. By the time I made my way to the girls handing the orders, they gave me four drinks and a bag with the food. She told me to have a great day. I had to remind them that I ordered six meals with drinks and the ice cream was missing. One of the girls reprinted the order to see their errors, all the while providing a snippy attitude. This held up the line even more. As they are trying to correct this issue, the lady behind me already finished her Cherry Berry something-or-other and was mad they wouldn't give her a free refill. The tea they gave me was so weak and watered down, I couldn't even tell it was tea. This encounter was not typical of what we've all come to expect of CFA, so I was unimpressed. Ice Cream cones, One Cold Brew Coffee....and One shake later brought exhausted but contented children and Adults great joy before leaving back home for bedtime. We arrived & saw a long line of cars all the way to the street. Service was organized and swift despite the crowd. Food was hot and looked fresh. I'm not sure if something was mishandled in between storage and prep because my 8 y/o GOT FOOD POISONING. We had the same breakfast but I took him to Chic-fil-a drive through and I ate from home. His symptoms also presented about 6 hours after his lunch. We're human, mistakes happen. Please ensure proper storage and staffing in the back to prevent mishandling of product.
