I ordered through the McDonalds app from this location. Some of my food was missing and I had to complete a separate order as a result. I was refunded through their in app partner, Uber Eats, for the missing food but not the cost of making a separate order. I wouldn't have had to make a second order and waste more money out of my pocket if it wasn't for their mistake. Both McDonalds customer service and Uber Eats said they could not help any further and that they were sorry I incurred an extra cost due to the store's mistake. My eldest daughter and I were on the 215 Fwy. She wanted some chicken nuggets and fries so we found this McDonald's that was in our route. It's located close to Cal State San Bernardino University. We went through drive-thru as usual. It was very tight in the drive-thru area. There were two lanes merging into one... yeah, really tight! We ordered the 40 piece chicken nuggets plus 2 large fries bundle and two large waters. For some reason, it took a long time to get to the pay and pick-up windows after ordering... it was busy, but it wasn't that busy. Anyway, staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, chicken nuggets and fries were not the greatest. Nuggets were mushy... either they didn't cook them thoroughly or something just went awry. Fries were very wimpy... we did ask for no salt, but still... it seemed like they just dipped the frozen fries in the fryer and took them out within less than a minute or two... they were not thoroughly cooked IMHO. I've been to quite a few of McDonald's in the past. This was probably one of the worst McDonald's foods I've ever eaten. Hopefully, they improve in the quality of their foods. Place is always super packed and that leads to long wait times. Have spent more then 30 min waiting for a simple order. Managers in the morning are always rude. Food is ok I mean it's McDonalds. Place is full of homeless all around the area so be prepared for that. read more

You can go dead of night, no one in line and your food will still take long and they will probably forget something anyway. I don't normally review McDonald's but seeing the low rating I felt like I need to share our positive experience. On our long drive back home we were trying to find a McDonald's that was open after 10pm for walk in as both a good restroom stop and snack stop. After striking out at two other McDonald's we lucked out this one was open for walk in at 10:30pm. The staff was busy but friendly, quickly unlocking (remotely) the restroom for my daughter while I ordered from the kiosk. 5 minutes later we got our cones and were back on the road. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was some light trash (receipt on floor of kiosk, paper towels on bathroom floor) but they looked to be pretty short handed and had a long drive thru line so it's understandable and was not a big concern. read more

And then were extremely rude to her, saying they didn't have the order and never got it. She then spoke to the non English speaking manager, who was even more disrespectful, saying it was too far away and they wouldn't make it. She also insisted on me canceling the order and buying it again, despite make is wait 20+ plus minutes. Outrageous. Had 2 recent experiences....... Still crap service. I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins at the drive thru. Paid and drove up to the next window. The employee hands me my bag and verifies 2 Sausage McMuffins. I said, No, Egg McMuffins. She argued with me that that was what I ordered. If I did, then they would have charged me the "2fer" price, but instead I was charged for 2 Egg McMuffins. Acknowledge you made a mistake and move on, don't blame the customer. At 5:15 the other morning, was 3rd car in line in the drive thru. Took 15 mins for me to get to the window. First car in line got one small drink and one small bag. Don't know what the delay was. I placed a curbside order at 5:41. 15 minutes later no one came so I went into the store and got in line. The cashier could not find my order and went to go find a manager who was able to find my order either. This was already 20 minutes later and I had to go to work. They were not apologetic at all and were very rude. The manager, Gloria was very unprofessional and after the inconvenience of taking almost 30 minutes to get my order she did not apologize or even offer to go out of her way to at least apologize or give me a little something for the inconvenience of not only having to get off the car after a 15 minute wait but also having to wait there while they figured the situation out. 30 minutes was supposed to be an easy and convenient is unacceptable and I have not come to McDonalds in a long time and this just makes me not want to return. read more

Went through the drive thru today because I wanted to use my 20% reward off anything over $20. This location is a 50% chance that they would get my order incorrect. Ordered 3 combo meals: 1 McRib with large caramel cafe iced latte 1 McRib with medium ice tea 1 Double quarter pounder with large caramel cafe iced latte They didn't have my order ready, only the fries and one drink so and asked me to park in front. Not sure why I even eat at McDonald's anymore. I guess because I gave into my child wanting a Happy Meal. Instead of just paying for the Happy Meal I used the coupon where you get one free if you purchase a combo meal. I only like the fries, iced coffee, & sundaes at McDonald's. But I gave into my cheap side plus my stomach was hungry for any kind of food. I had the buttermilk chicken sandwich. The bread was tasty but lacked sauce. This in turn made the sandwich dry. I had to add my own sauces at home. That made the sandwich taste better. The service was good and fast. I got my food withing several minutes. My daughter loves her Happy Meals so I'll be back for her. read more
