Every single time I've ever came here i have to wait at least 10-15 min to order and then have to wait at least 20 minutes till we get our food. They get too many drive thru orders that they can't keep up with and mess up the whole rest of the running of the business. I hate coming to this one not to say that it's always dirty too. Much like most Wal-Mart's in the world, this McDonald's blows. Try as they may to pretty it up with renovations, a coat of paint, a hastily planted bush or two, and a double drive through will not buoy this sinking ship. Anchors away. But, what am I supposed to do when I get that ridiculous craving for their world-famous french fries? Only McDonald's has McDonald's fucking french fries, no? Perhaps, it's the Dimethylpolysiloxane that makes them so delicious. Or maybe it's the sodium acid pyrophosphate. No, it's probably the natural beef flavor that I'm craving in those fries. Bingo. Anyhow, the crew here is a total mess. They regularly run out of whatever promotional item of the month/week/day they are selling. They consistently get my order wrong, try to give me cold franken-fries, give me crappy attitudes, double charge me, are slow as hell, because-despite the double drive thru-only one employee can speak to one customer at a time. Fantastic. They don't have a Play Place for your kids, here, instead, they tore that down and replaced it with an outdoor smoking lounge for their employees. Genius. Left the fireworks tonight feeling hungry . Got up to the drive thru at about 940 told to pull up at 955. 1015 went into the lobby to be greeted by a few people waiting. 1025 still no food. After 35 minutes had to get a refund. You made me go elsewhere. Strike 2 McDonald's read more

I'm not a crazy fast food eater but when I'm wanting McDonald's I go here. I have never had an issue with food or customer service. The wait can be kind of long depending on the time but it's not crazy bad. The inside is probably the cleanest McDonald's I have been to in a long time read more

Drive Thru STINKS, do not order any kind of hot drink as they will either screw up the flavor and almost always undercut what they give you. If I ever order hot chocolates for my family they fill up half the cup then the rest is whip cream. Go across the street to Dunkin Donuts for hot drinks and McDonalds for bad questionable food. read more

This place sucks, no service , you can't order normal way from the cashier and you need to use this gadget on the premises. I found out this waiting 10 minutes at the cashier before it was told to me to use this way to make order.Luckily I got help from other customer to make my order and it wasn't easy for him either. It took another 10 minutes to get a cup to drink anything ( was hot day 95F.) and maybe 5-10 minutes more to get the order, not complete but some of it. Fries were good, Dr. Pepper were out and the Big Mac was no good , dry bun looked kind of old and not correctly made , missing some sauce etc. could not eat it , did try but it was impossible to eat . Was still hungry and went to other place to eat. So almost all went wrong at this place what could go wrong. I have noticed also that the service from other McDonalds places has gone down, but not so badly as this one , this was really the bottom of it. read more

Their soda machine was broken when we arrived at 10am. We ordered a bottled water, oatmeal, and hot chocolate. After 10 minutes they brought out our food but dropped the hot chocolate, so they went back to replace it. At 12 minutes we had our completed order. Interior is remodeled but already showing lots of wear and tear. There were people loitering in a car in the parking lot that had a flat tire from what looked like months ago. Avoid. read more

Awful. Ordered at drive thru, requesting no onions on my burger. Nothing too complicated, right? (Wrong of me to assume.) Pulled around and paid. Cashier said nothing. (What happened to "thank you" and basic customer service?) Pulled up to get my food and drink. Had to ask for a straw. (Sorry to interrupt your chat with your co-worker to inconvenience you...) This Mcdonalds cant get an order correct if their life depended on it. I've been to this location about 8 time and only 50% of the time my order is correct and fresh. My latest trip is causing me to write this review. I ordered a Sausage, Egg, and cheese Mcgriddle instead I received a bacon mcgriddle. This McDonalds very nice looking inside, being freshly redone to the newer style. However it's only nice to be in if it is kept clean! Both restrooms were filthy. Notified the staff and they didn't care. The ketchup and drink counter top was horribly wet and there was not any ketchup, again the staff didn't care. Not what I was expecting at all. read more

Though this McDonald's is by far the cleanest one I have been in, it is also by far the worst! 8 people working including two managers, took over 30 YES 30 minutes to get order, we timed it after waiting ten minutes with only two people in front of me who each ordered one thing? Drive thru was one car when I came in, around the block when I finally left, had about 9 people after me, two walked because they could not be bothered to take anyone's orders, all to busy laughing it up in back! After my order, no one was at register, the young man who did take my order was so rude to me, and another woman, if I was the manager they would ALL have been fired, just for their behavior! Not one could be bothered to get the food out to those in front of me, I mean one woman ordered a hamburger, and one just a drink, and they were still waiting 15 minutes after I gave my order???? 30 minutes after I ordered, I finally got my order which they left things out of! After all that time not only was it not filled correctly most was stone cold! This, I found out is a corporate store. I have never seen such lack of customer service in my life, believe me when I say you will never ever get anything FAST, or HOT, or correctly done from this McDonald's AND if you correct them you will get eyes rolled at you, or told " You didn't order that"??? Lived in area for 11 yrs and this MC D's has no management skills from franchisee down. Always slow service, cold food, employee attitudes are lousy, drive-thru is always slow and missing items all the time. Only convenience and my child loving chicken nuggets brings us back. Will drive to other MC D's in area when possible to avoid this one. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They are consistently the SLOWEST store I've ever seen. They are slow for breakfast. Slow for lunch. Slow for dinner. I've sat in the drive thru 10 15 or 20 minutes on multiple occasions. They even tried to give out free sandwiches if you waited too long from the pay window to the pick up window. That didn't last long because, I'm assuming, they were losing too much money. read more
