Terrible!!! Every time I go they mess up the food order! Today I went and ordered #7 which is 2 cheeseburgers and when I got home I opened the bag all there was in the bag was fires?!!! It's always something with this location. You would think they would be top notch since they haven't even been open more than a year but seems like they are worse every time I go. read more

While the food is your average McDonald's, the service is average also. However the drinks/sodas , or ice teas are "Nasty" !!!No matter of served on paper or plastic. I have now decided that the machine and containers used have not been cleaned, as this would be the only reason to have such a sewer taste. I ordered a 4 piece kids meal with my order after picking up my son from daycare. Got home, he opened his food, and started to eat. Next thing I know hes screaming..... instead of 4 nuggets being in the box there was jalapeos!!!!! When I returned to the store they came up with the excuse that someone ordered a side of jalepenos but thats unexpectedly being they were put in a HAPPY MEAL BOX!!! Super clean, super friendly. Order was by kiosk, but every person we interacted with was kind-even during the rush. We ate inside, and were pleased to see cleanliness and safety measures in place. It is apparent the owner takes pride in the business. Table cloths and red roses on some tables, with the owner's contact info. The order was correct and as expected. read more

Very unprofessional service at the McDonalds in Seagoville, Texas. I will not go back and I don't recommend this McDonalds to anyone. I order a senior coffee and was interrogated at the window. The Lady asked me how old I was in with a very negative attitude, I said I was 56. She then said well the senior coffee is for 65 and older. She said well I will give it to you this time but the age is 65 and older. I said well I thought it was 55 and old and that I have been given the senior coffee for several months. I have not experienced such poor customer service. I will be reporting this to McDonald's Corporate office. read more

Never had I ever experienced such good customer service like I did today with Daniel on drive thru. I was asking for a breakfast sandwich with just ham and cheese, and although there was many cars behind (rush hour) he was still very kind with giving me options in order to achieve my desired sandwich. When asked where my favorite place for fries is, my #1 place was always McDonald's but I have never been more disappointed than I was today. Ordered a 20pc nuggets and a large fries but instead I got cold, unsalted fries and nuggets so hard and dry that I could only eat 2 out of 20. I didnt eat these at home either. I opened the bag as soon as I was on the road. Needless to say everything was thrown away. Why would you take people's money and give them crap like this. No excuse guys. Staff were mostly friendly but they get my order wrong or do not provide napkins, plastic ware, or straws on a regular basis. It gets having to ask for them or go back for them. I've talked with them and they have all complained about the franchise owner. Place could do a lot better. read more

Order is quick and accurate. I've only been here a few times, but so far, they haven't let me down. I don't like cheese with meat (yeah - I'm an odd one), so I usually get the double cheeseburger without the cheese or ketchup. I always check before I drive off in the drive thru and even on my first visit, they got it right. Employees smile and make eye contact and the fries were fresh. read more

This McDonalds guarantees three things- they will get your order wrong every time, the food will be below proper serving temperature 90% of the time (especially fries and 1/4 lb-er) and the service will be SLOW. My family visited this McDonalds location about a dozen times when we first moved to Kaufman. EVERYTIME, we ordered something was wrong with the order-food missing, incorrect sandwiches in the bag, specialty order made incorrectly. It did not matter if we went to the drive thru or ordered inside, AM or PM, busy times or down times. About the 5th time, I informed the manager. His response, "I am new and so is my staff." 4 months later, I was told the same thing. We kept giving them another chance (definition of insanity). Once, we were the ONLY car in the drive thru line and it took 6 mins to take our order and 22 mins to get the food to our car. The inside of the store is filthy and smells of old grease. The restrooms are usually a pig sty. It is a shame. Corporate headquarters was informed. No improvements were made. Finally, we gave up eating there. We are healthier, happier and infinitely less frustrated. read more

The chicken nuggets are cross contaminated they are frying the nuggets in the same oil as the fish filets and ordered some fresh looks like they refried them and served them to us cause they were dark brown! read more
