They had already closed and said they'd put my name down for another day. That was fine. Fast-forward a week and they've never heard of me. I am guessing $14 worth of food isn't alot so when I pay that I expect my food or a refund. We came for fast food but it was anything but. We quit going for a while because this location is never consistent. I understand the staff shortages, items not always being available, etc. Also, prepared for the price. It's outrageous, but Cincinnati style Chili at any location is about the same. However, this evening, they seemed staffed adequately. The drive-thru was the only option. One other vehicle had been in the drive-thru. It took forever for someone to greet us with less than a pleasurable demeanor. They were out of a few things, so we decided on a coney crate. Simple, quick. Nope. It took another 10 minutes. I'd think I was lying had I not tapped on the window after 7, thinking maybe they had forgotten. I thought it had to at the least be super fresh!
