I usually don't leave reviews, but the attitude from the staff was disappointing. Asked for sauces, checked the bag--nothing. Later found them in the Happy Meal, but for the amount of food we ordered, two sauces weren't enough. When we asked about it, the response was rude, with an unnecessary attitude, and the window was slammed shut. We paid extra to customize the happy meal and received a cold greasy one in its place that was the opposite of what we ordered we ordered hamburger and got overcooked cold McNuggets. We were also missing a drink and the lady rolled her eyes when she seen my car still at the drive through and was really rude handing it to us. ive been eating food from here for over a year, usually the food is hit or miss and theres some screwups but generally when you where hungry and tired the food was pretty good, but the last 2 times ive gotten food from here it was horrible. a few days ago i got a quarter pounder i believe, and after 2 bites i realized that there was no lettuce on it, but the wax paper was left on the burger meat and i had to peel it off. about 8-10 hours ago, when i was eating a quarter pounder, i realized it had nasty spots. about 10 minutes ago i thought about it, and i realized the nasty spots tasted EXACTLY like dead SPIDERS. i have severe arachnophobia and even the thought of being near a spider horrifies me. i feel like throwing up, but i cant uneat that quarter pounder. both of these where mobile orders, i believe the employees here dont like mobile orders. i dont want to eat from here anymore, im in pure disgust and feel like crying (my location is set to san francisco for some reason but i dont live there. thanks yelp) read more

Honeslty the kids working there are very slow. They need to up their management. Have the food ready fast. Make sure they get their orders right. They make mistakes. Few mistakes are forgivable. But once they start making the same mistakes over and over again it's just NO. read more

We've given this place the benefit of the doubt, but it straight up sucks. It took 23 minutes to actually receive our order. The fries are rock hard. The happy meal fries are only filled halfway. If I could give negative stars it would be -5 because for the last three months and several times we have ordered there they have screwed up our order and always take forever to get orders out they have missed probably around 50$ of food in our last 3 times eating there today we used Uber eats and did not get our drinks last time they forgot multiple items from my order and I had to drive all the way back to the store for them to still not get all of my items out to me where I had to sit there and make sure they didn't forget anything before I left I worked fast food for 2 years and know what it's like but the selah store is the worst store I have ever been to by far and will not be returning until I hear it has gotten better read more

Selah, McDonalds, Husband brought home 2 orders of three pancakes, only got one table serving, so one fork, and NO SYRUP AT ALL , just one grape jelly!!! seriously... I Called and complained, then asked for manager, she said she was the manager...she was more than willing to give me syrup if I wanted to drive back down, and get it. Other than that, sorry...and they were not busy, at all, husband said. so no excuse. Told her by then my pancakes would be really cold. I am sick, thought I wanted pancakes, husband in town, thought he would be nice ... Good news, digging through our cabinet finally found some sryup ! The service is always fast. The people are always friendly. The drive thru is either open late or indefinitely. Cute decor (I'm from Seattle where we're lucky if the McDonalds are clean!) with memorabilia. Waited in the drive-thru 10 minutes to get my order which was completely wrong. Didn't realize it till we were 20 miles down the road (traveling through), that everything was wrong. went in on saturday, and my experiance was not great, all to the general manager, this guy is so rude cant give a smile or any type of good customer service. He looks like he hates his job, i went to place my order and i smiled at him and he just looked at me and turned around not one thing came out of this rude man mouth, i sat down to wait for my order and i smiled again and same thing he just looked and turned away. Another customer placed and order after me and he did the same to her. When i found out he was the general manager I was shocked ! I have always been told to lead by example and this guy does not do that !
