The salsa roja was a perfect balance of spice, acid, and a little garlic, and complimented the tacos very well. They also serve the tacos with a nice mix of grilled onions, pickled carrots, fresh radish and a serrano. My wife got the veggie burrito with salsa verde and absolutely loved it.
