I want to give a big thank you to the team at this McDonald's for going above and beyond. I placed a mobile order, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, the code had completely disappeared from my app -- it didn't even show in my order history, even though the charge was pending in my bank account. I was worried I'd be told there was nothing they could do, because at most fast-food places, that's usually the answer. But not here. The employee at the window asked me to pull up, and the manager came out and was able to look up my order by my name. She printed a receipt, confirmed everything, and made sure I still got all of my food without any issues, despite the app glitch. I truly appreciate how helpful, patient, and understanding they were. It's rare to find a fast-food restaurant willing to take the extra time to fix an app problem instead of shrugging it off. They turned a stressful situation into an easy one, and I'm really grateful for their excellent customer service. read more

No changing tables in the restrooms (men's or women's). It's 2026, a changing table that folds down isn't that hard to have in a bathroom. It seems like the bathrooms were recently remodeled & you can see where the changing tables were REMOVED. Do better McDonalds! read more

My sister and I went to grab a bite to eat after work tonight. We stood there five minutes. These women walked past us not one person asked. Could they help us they looked at us the girl doing the french fries looked right at me. Never said a word they kept running orders out never asked if we need anything. I wouldn't eat there. If you paid me they are terrible. The customer service is absolutely awful and the food is not really good. either. So we went to another hamburger restaurant which was actually cheaper than McDonald's overpriced meals and it was so fresh and wonderful. Never will I go there again neither will. My sister and I will pass on the good news to people because it was horrible that no one acknowledged us these were grown a$$ women!! I ordered some food through the app and when I went to pick it up the restaurant said they did not have an order. I ask them to look at the receipt and the manager on duty, on February 11, 2025 told me that there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to wait until the charges were dropped off my debit card. I told her that I did not want a refund that I would like to receive my food and the the only thing that she would say is that ther was nothing that she could do and as I continued to talk to her she hung up on me and when I attempted to call back no one answered. so my wife called and she answered and proceeded to tell my wife that I cussed her out, which was a total lie. I finally got back in contact with the manager and told her that I did not appreciate her lies to my wife about me cussing her out. then she proceeded to laugh about it. read more

Definitely one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Dirty tables and chairs, Diet Coke was flat, and all of the buns on our food was hard and stale. They messed up our order too. This restaurant is a a big disappointment from someone who's worked in the food service field for six years I have never worked or seen a restaurant with such low standards even for a McDonald's it took just over thirty minutes to get are food and they did not get are order correct had to go inside to get it fixed to find that not one employee is wearing a hair net and none of the back of house using gloves and only one employee had a hat on but it was a girl with her hair down everything looked gross no one there took any pride in there appearance with no manners and a complete lack of eye contact to there customers this place should be shut down and retrained on how you should treat customers at the least read more

McDonald's is usually consistent. But I've now found the exception. Drive thru woman was dumb and slow. Rang up the order incorrectly. And then when we got the food, it's the first time getting a cheeseburger with no cheese. So the burger makers are as dumb as the order taker. McDonald's may be garbage food with little nutritional value, but I nonetheless love it. I particularly love the Filet-o-Fish. It's probably mostly not fish, but what are you going to do about it? McDonald's French fries are also in the top tier of fast food. This particular McDonald's is one of the better ones, as it is newer and in a nice section of town. This business has burnt a bridge with me ,,this is my second bad experience with this place in approx a month and a half. this time i went there (12 Oct 19 ) this morning when I arrived there were cars wrapped around the drive thru so I took my place in line 8 cars in front of me and after waiting 18 minutes I pulled up to the speaker I noticed the car at the speaker next to me drive off instead of moving forward to pick up his order . Normally you don't expect more than the bare minimum customer service from a McDonald's. This one takes the cake on the don't care meter tho. Ordered a mobile pick up, when I showed up they claimed to be out of one item and only had the option to cancel my whole meal altogether. When I asked about removing the one item I was told you can just redo your whole mobile order instead, as I'm standing inside the McDonald's. When asking about just ordering at the counter they proceeded to tell me again to order through my phone from someone standing right at their cash register. My review doesn't include food. Mine is about common sense. The new normal is distancing and cleanliness. The restroom door had a foot piece to open it. Nice! I went to first stall and toilet lid was down. Nope, I'm not touching that. Next stall had not been flushed but I don't have to touch lid. When I'm ready to go I put the pieces together. The auto flush sensor is covered by the lid. So it didn't flush. Person in other stall had put it down so it would flush. Kids need to be removed. read more

This McDonald's is terrible. I go thru the drive thru and order a single breakfast sandwich, Sausage McMuffin. I ask that the McMuffin be well done, because I don't want just warm bread. Over 80% of the time they screw it up. It comes out just warm, or they don't put the cheese on it. It is ridiculous. Of course they don't give you your receipt unless you ask for it so you can go on line and do their survey. Why would they? Their service is terrible!!!
