Honestly, I hate the burgers here. They're those stupid smashed patties that are usually way too greasy for human consumption. The fries lack, onion rings are batter, and I'm too scarred to venture into the menu any further. Ok, if it's warm I don't like it. Got it? 4 stars then? Wtf, mate? Well: concretes, sundaes, and soft serve to save the day. They're usually pretty money, and have a nice selection to choose from. This trip I went with the seasonal Oreo peppermint, and it was super good. Better than I was expecting , honestly. Kids got turtles, and ate as kids do. Couldn't miss the opening night of Freddy's! It was my very first Freddy's visit and I was not disappointed. The parking lot was packed and the drive thru line was insane. Considering how extremely busy it was the food came out quickly. I got the California burger with onion rings and a half chocolate half vanilla shake. Everything was delicious. I love the crispy edges of the steak burger. The onion rings were perfection. I am not a huge chocolate fan, the plain chocolate custard was to rich for my taste so the mix was perfect. If you're the person who orders your chocolate shake as vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup I'd suggest the 1/2 and 1/2. Love the location, thankful to have something on this side of town for those of us who live a bit father out. It was super clean and nice inside, love the ambiance and all the staff were so kind! Glad they offered both the spicy and regular fry sauce! Worth the wait! read more

Omgosh!!! Who has been gatekeeping this absolute Dive burger in a regular fast-food restaurant with a drive through??!! My little man wanted a "Pickle sandwich with flat meat" aka "hamburger" so I popped him hin the car and drove over to check this place put. Absolute beautiful and sweet high schoolers working and doing their best to make sure you have a great experience. I guess they have a front manager working the register and a back manager working the kitchen because they were the 2 "adults" in the building and heard the back manager talking with one of the young women about what hours she can work. (Seems like they are respectful of their time.) I ordered a specialty burger - the prime rib steak burger meal. Totally out of the ordinary for me as I usually just get a regular burger and skip the meal deal but I figured I would go for the FULL experience. Warning about the burger! It is enough for two!! I bought the little man his and requested EXTRA pickles. Jjst FYI - this places does not fool around! They put 3 or 4 LONG FULL SLICES of Claussen type pickle on the boys burger! Lol!!! So yes, he is correct in calling ut a pickle sandwich lol! We both got tots and everything was soo sooo good!!! My favorite burgers are usually found in Dive bars (the the reference) so im so glad I have a place ro go for a great burger that is as easy as a drive through now. We sat inside to eat our burgers and it gives the 50's diner vibe. It was clean and the staff was helpful. We also got to experience the drive through because little man absolutely needed the DIRT & WORMS sundae but didn't want to order it inside because he wanted to be able to take it home so it wouldn't melt. (Yeah, kid is way ahead in the game of life!) They were kind and quick with the line and the treat. Would have appreciated the young woman playing along with my "eewww! You want dirt?!! This was my first visit here and I decided to get lunch. I found it very disappointing. I ordered the Original double with cheese and an order of Onion Rings. I was amazed to only get five small rings. The burgers were unusually thin and I thought dry without much flavor. My small order took quite a while deliver. I picked the least dirty table to sit. I finished my meal as quickly as I could as the music was playing so loud it was uncomfortable. I will not return. read more

This location just opened today! They rocked their opening! The drive thru line was super long so we went inside. We ordered right away and didn't wait long for our food. The floor in the kitchen area was horrendous, what 10 minutes for the ice cream finally went asked about it and it has been sitting on the counter melting no one called out the number. I rolled through here for lunch today. The drive-thru line was a little daunting. Quite a few cars but this was my last stop back home from a lunch break. That line went fast! By the time I got to the order box, a friendly voice came over and I had questions. I've only been to another Freddys twice before. I asked if the patty melt came with sauce and it does not so I asked if I could get a sauce and what were my choices. Mary, very very sweet, Mary, didn't sound annoyed and was quite helpful. I ordered the patty melt meal with a little thousand island sauce added to my burger, onion rings and a large Diet Pepsi. I asked for a mini sized chocolate custard / concrete with no toppings and she again, very kindly, told me how I could save some money and make it a "dish of custard instead, that the concretes came with topping. I'm not usually uneducated, especially about desserts, and she was so nice to educate me with a friendly voice and tone. When I got to the payment / distribution window, I asked if she was the lady I had ordered with. It was. I thanked her for being so kind. She was efficient, pleasant, and my food was packed well. The patty melt was spot on! Perfect with a little thousand island! The onion rings were hot! Great and quick service here. Mary is a gem and very appreciated! Full 5 stars and then some! read more

Our group of 4 tried the drive thru and really enjoyed the food! Onion rings are very good, but I preferred the fabulous shoestring french fries. They are perfectly crispy. The burgers are thin and crisp around the edges- my husband prefers these to the thick "gourmet" ones. Everything was appropriately hot even after a 5 minute drive. Service was prompt and friendly. The drive thru line was 3 deep, but was a pretty short wait. Only criticism would be not enough peanut butter in the milkshakes. Looking forward to going again and eating inside! read more

I ordered a number one double cheeseburger. It only had one burger patty so then you could almost see through it, and it had no taste at all. I talked to the manager who normally works in Shepherdsville Kentucky. He called himself black Freddy. I did not realize I only had one patty until I got home and looked at my receipt for the number one combo. The cheese cards were very good and he offered me a small cup of caramel to dip my cheese curds in to try. Those were very good as well as the Freddie sauce. It was my first time there, and based on the quality of the food, I doubt I shall return. read more

Normally I go to the Freddy's in Middletown but today I was working at the ICC in Lagrange and wanted to try it here. Terrible mistake the fries had been sitting they were cold and stale. The hamburger patty was cold and apparently thrown together for it appeared that way. The cost of $11.12 wasted. This is the main reason why I choose not to eat at fast food restaurants. read more

Huge culvers aficionado. Grew up in Wisconsin, so I knew what custard was like before it was a thing. Freddy's does a pretty good job with the custard, It's different than culvers and arguably it might even be a little bit better. The burgers are great. The Hype is not worth it. After waiting in a line with less then 4 cars in it for over 20 min. I received my cold fry's and burger. To top it off off I asked for ketchup which was in the bag but was covered in something sticky and had gotten on the food. This restaurant has not been open long enough to fall off this quickly. The inside was fairly clean but there were flies buzzing around. I did not find the food very appetizing at all. The place seems popular but I did not care for the steak burger. I must be the only one not hallucinating and thinking this was good. the burgers were SUPER salty, the fries were cold, the Pepsi was FLAT. I ended up spending $50 on a combo meals for a family of four and was highly disappointed. I could have driven to steak and shake and spent way less for better food. Such a disappointment. I'm mad they didn't build a White Castle. I guess they lost their opening day charm all too quickly. read more
