Went through the drive through in the second lane. There was one car in the first lane. I was totally ignored as 4 more cars went through the first lane and they had arrived after me. I backed up (along with the car behind me) and went to the first lane. When I got to the window, I asked if the sensor was working for the second lane and explained that I and another person had waited while all the people in lane 1 went through. The woman got mad, and very rudely said she is the only one working the drive through and shut the window. I will not go here again and I hope others don't either. just left McDonalds on North Main. Was in drive thru lane one watching lane two cars get order in and move forwar. I asked if anyone was going ro take my order and woman came on to say she was too busy to take my order. when I asked about lane two taking orders she informed me that if I didn't like it I could back out and go somewhere else. This will be the only negative review I've written for anything, but they should know when something's bad in order to correct it. I ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. The very thin patty on both tasted like they'd had freezer burns. The bun on the Big Mac was tough and dry. I paid for extra pickles on it... but it came without pickles OR the special sauce, so it was totally dry and tasteless. I had large-sized the order, but the drink was barely a medium size. A lot of money for a terrible meal. (I don't want to go into the hurried, disinterested order-takers as that's another can of worms.) read more

I was really glad to find a clean Mc Donald's. Unfortunately the service sucked. They forgot our kids meal fries, made my burger wrong (two slices of bread next to each other on the Big Mac), and forgot my husbands burger. They weren't busy, and to top it off was when the girl (the one taking orders in the picture) was rude dropping off the food, and laughed with the man in the grill area about getting our order wrong. I moved to Sheridan before I moved to Buffalo, Wyoming.. I would frequent the Mc Donald's because their WIFI was better than the location I was staying at, ( I rented before purchasing a home.) These McDonald's (in Sheridan) were always busy. They were clean and your order delivered promptly. This was also true of the drive thru. They would even cone around and fill up your coffee for you.. read more

We were looking forward to a McDonalds breakfast at 11:00 am from their all day menu. They just changed to no more all day breakfast. They could do a burrito or oatmeal. Well... that isn't really what this family thinks of from the all day breakfast menu. Then...stuck in the drive thru with no way to leave. read more

Fresh food, clean and staff helpful. Quick, friendly service. Gave extra napkins and ketchup when asked. Would go again.

Me and my co workers went here for lunch and were not impressed at all. When we asked why the tables were so dirty Flo Snyder's response was oh we are to busy and dont have enough employees to clean tables, there were only 10 customers in there at the time. Then when one of my co workers asked for some ranch he was met with a sly remark from Ms. Snyder," Oh I'm supposed to charge you 15 cents a packet." But it didn't end there my co workers burgers were cold and all of the trashes were overflowing. As we left we were glared at by Ms. Snyder herself. The service was slow and the entire place was messy. The cleanest table was in the play place, which was not very clean either. They also didn't have any mc chickens :( and soap I'm restrooms. Floor very sticky. The ice tea was also only behind the counter which meant you had to hand it to an employee to fill it. read more

Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds in the USA. 7 minute wait to order then 12 more minutes to actually get some food - Unreal.

Remodeled a few months ago, but plagued with poor service. Avoid. If you really want McD's go to the one on the south side of town.

Not only slow but you have 50/50 shot of them getting your order right. Believe me, I've been there enough to know. It's just close to my house so I put up with it. read more
