30 minute wait... not sure what the issue is as everyone ordered digitally. Not great for a traveling family.

Most of the sit down places in town are faster than this "fast" food. Expect to spend half an hour in the drive thru line.

Restaurant was not busy and still took 10 minutes for someone to take the order. Twenty minutes to get our order. Order was not correct. Missing sandwich and fries. Manager acted like we were bothering her when we ordered. when we got the food it was cold. For what it cost to eat at McDonald's the food should be hot and correct when it reaches the table. Sheridan Wyoming has the slowest McDonald's in the world... I have never been to McDonald's where it was a five minute wait...

Service is lousy. Employees have no hustle. Waits are excessively long. Order for your food to be brought to table, they put it on a bag and don't even let you know your order is in a bag on the counter. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and when I visited on 6/18/2023 we went through the drive through, which was the worst decision on my road trip. The food was cold, staff was rude, manager was useless. I didn't enter a review earlier, and am doing so now as it appears it hasn't gotten any better. Ordered two drinks and a fry and waited In This drive through for 48 minutes. Finally after receiving our food the staff didn't even say sorry for the wait or thank you... just NOTHING. Rude service and even longer wait. Pass go & grab food elsewhere. read more

They are so slow. Every time I come through, whether it's drive thru, inside or pick up for DoorDash, I'm waiting longer than I should. I placed a pickup order and it was a 15 min drive into town and I still had to wait 10 minutes for my order. read more

We drive thru Sheridan about 6 - 8 times a year for the last 15+ years and always stop at this McDonald's to eat breakfast. Today we stopped, did our order on the computer thing and NO ONE greeted us, asked if we needed anything, or asked what we ordered. The two older ladies working were the most rude, inconsiderate, snappy women we've ever had to deal with. We also watched 3 other people get their order and get treated the same way. We will not be stopping at this McDonald's ever again. read more

Crispy chicken sandwiches are overly browned, when attempting to exchange for a better cooked sandwich, the employee said it was still soft inside and it wasn't burnt. It took about 10 mins to get another one, which was cooked the exact same way. Service was bad, food was equally bad. read more

If I could give zero stars to this place, I definitely would. You could, quite literally, be the only person at this location and still never get your food in a timely manner. Every single time that I've gone here, I've had nothing but issues. This is the slowest "fast food" joint... ever. That's just for starters. There's plenty of things I could complain about, but whoever it may be who manages this location should at least try to correct the issue. Went through the drive thru tonight waited about 20 minutes for the line to move. Paid our meal, got to the second window, waited for another 10 minutes, the guy was making drinks one at a time. Finally brought our food, didn't get a drink we ordered or the pies so we told him we were still missing the drink and pies he says I'm making the drink now and says his "system" only showed us paying for one pie. Pulled out the receipt and said nope you charged us for three, he left and didn't come back for some time, finally brings over three cold pies... will not be back to this place again! read more

This location has never really been 5 stars, but its also never been this bad. Two days ago went through the drive thru and waited about 10 minutes for my change and receipt. Finally the cashier came back and looked blankly and said, oh its still you. She didn't remember that I needed change. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get someone else to get it figured out. Today I go again, and the same cashier couldn't figure out how to run the coupon deal from the McDonald's app. Instead of actually asking someone or getting help, it was a sorry...your loss attitude. Second slowest McDonalds I've ever been to (worst was in Kanab UT). I just ordered their basic cheese burger and it took 12 minutes to get it! So much for "fast" food.they only had one person working the inside, both taking and filling orders. Looked like 2 working the drive up. Was this a rush hour? Nope. 3:30 on a Monday. There was only 3 people ahead of me (not sure how long they had to wait) but there was 6 behind me when I finally got my order. I felt sorry for them. Slowest fast food place in town by far. Took almost 45 mins to go through the drive through. I could of gone to a nice steak house, ordered my food, ate my food, and left in the same amount of time as it took to get a damn Big Mac. Food was cold, drink was literally half full. Ridiculous. So, I'll not discuss the obvious - the big appeal about McDonald's is the consistency - across the brand - across the country. I can - and DO know what to expect - and, in greatest likelihood - I get it. This McDondald's meets these requirements. So - what is additionally important is: 1) Cleanliness of Tables/Chairs, 2) the environment and 3) the bathrooms. and this one does well on all counts. I care a lot about the friendliness of the staff, and the crew here is quite friendly and helpful, so I return, often. Finally, what is important to me is the ability to plug in my computer and do some work, or surf the net. There are four tables that support this need, so, again, I am drawn back to here. (In Sheridan's "North McD's" - there is only a (large) bench - with 8-10 seats with power available - my problem with that scenario is I like to be seated with my feet solidly on the ground!) Things that don't even merit bringing up - such as when they didn't have a hot apple pie ready that instant - aren't worth mentioning - within minutes, more pies were available. I have, for the most part, cut fries out of my diet - so I don't know how they fare, here - but, aside from why I (we?) ought not eat them, they have been good, but I don't eat them any more. When I did drink soda (coke) regularly, I could tell that they cleaned their dispensers properly and regularly - because at other locations, I could - and did notice when the soda was a "miss". That hasn't happened to me here - and once, recently, I even met a technician whose job it was within McD's to travel across the region and inspect the soda-dispensing machines and ensure they were dispensing to proper specifications. I talked to him for about 5-10 minutes, and it is clear that they take their drinks - the consistent dispensing of them (think taste, carbonization, etc.) seriously! I usually eat one of their premium salads, and I drink the unsweetened tea. The salad is VERY good, and filling, and the tea suits the bill. Oh - and I have a weakness for their hot-apple pies - so I get one or two of those. Which point DOES remind me of one thing I'd like to see, or take advantage of, again - 1 Hot Apple pie for $0.89 - and two for $1.00. (I always used to joke and ask for ... ".. just let me have the second one for $0.11, please! - that never seemed to "fly"...) **sigh** So, friendly, helpful staff, clean facility, tasty food, and ample choices of places to sit down for a computer geek. This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been too. They had a new person working a morning shift by herself and didn't manage to get one of our two orders correct. I'm not saying it is all her fault. Most of the blame should go to the supervisor for leaving her to fend for herself during a busy morning shift and to the cook who couldn't manage to put the things that were right on the ticket together correctly. I did happen to give my feedback to McDonalds, just to receive a letter that said we are sorry for your bad service. No compensation. I know I won't return back to that one and hope nobody else has the poor service we received that day! read more
