Got my food there last night only to have this in my sandwich. I should've got a photo of my curly fries as well, there was a hair on the bottom of my fries container too. The staff there seemed like there was tension. No communication this one girl with glasses and colored hair nearly blew up on me for just wanting to order food. She nearly snapped at me for just a selection of fries. Her tone of voice her comment "what kinda fries!!! Curly! crinkled?!" After just saying my order. On top of that I said 3 beef n cheddar combos but she only gave me 3 regular sandwich meal which I had to buy cheese separately because I didn't want to cause any trouble for just wanting to get my order right. On top of just wanting my cheese containers the ginger colored beard guy took awhile just for the cheese. She apologized and said she was doing 3 stations at once. But she didn't even bother to finish paying out my order she just placed them then walked away leaving me standing there for nearly 5 mins. The ginger beard guy had to rang me out he was wondering why I was still standing there thinking I needed to order something else asked me in a harsh tone "do you need anything else?" My response was yeah I just need to finish paying. He finished ringing me out but it just felt like tension. There was no one in the lobby, & there was about 2 people in the drive through that the girl was attending to only. She never finished my order and was just mumbling things under her breath. I didn't want any conflict just wished there was better service and communication between that staff that worked there last night and food that was made right. There went $35 at Arby's. It's expensive these days to eat out and this was my experience here. It's never been like this so I thought it would've been good to splurge on take out here but now my options of going here won't be an option anymore. Just wanted to spread awareness to anyone who wants to eat here or reads recent reviews. If I could do no stars I would. :( read more

Went in to get a burger. Friendly customer service, decent food, and the restaurant was clean and a good style of decor. Not bad at all.

I don't recall ever leaving a bad review on Yelp for anything (I signed up for Yelp to leave this review). We stopped at the Sheridan WY location on our way back to CO. I waited for several minutes at the front counter to place my order, all the while listening to several employees in the back laughing and also using bad language. One male employee was on break in the dining room and walked right in front of me when going back to the kitchen. I asked him if someone could take my order, he asked another guy in the back and that guy said "in a minute " Finally a girl came and took my order. I was shocked at how those employees literally ignored me after I asked for service. I notice that numerous bad reviews have been left about this location. It's too bad management hasn't taken steps to resolve the issues. read more

Lobby was not open and when you are pulling a trailer the drive through does not work.

I would not normally post a review for a fast food place but the service and the quality of food here really surprised us! We were late in town, most places closed for Sunday or COVID-19... or both. We hadn't had an Arby's for a long time and figured, what the heck?! The young lady who took our order could not be more adorable! She was friendly and helpful! Terrible customer service! 15 minute wait at the drive through and they still didn't get my order right which is especially troublesome when you find out 10 miles down the interstate! Of course they asked me to pull forward from the window even when nobody else was behind me (they do that so the timer won't register how long the order takes) then the guy runs out, tosses the bags in the window and I have to yell back to him that he forgot the drinks. I then backed up to the window he can't remember what drinks I ordered. Then I asked for ONE packet of each condiment and he again try's to toss a handful in the window. I get down the interstate only to realize they e forgotten two additional items from my order. I tried to find my receipt in the bag to verify that I had paid for the items, no receipt. I look up the phone number on the net and called to talk to the Manager, Gina who blamed me for the problem saying "I should check the order before I leave the store..." isn't that what I just paid YOU to do. She tells me they are closing so even if I did back track (adding and hour to my destination) she couldn't do anything except take my name and make sure I get what I ordered.....the next time I happen to be driving between Colorado and Montana. Oh and the Gyro I purchased was just the standard Roast beef on a pita. Lazy night crew apparently. read more

I have mixed feelings... I REALLY like the Classic Greek Gyro but any side I get is cold to sort of warm whether fries or mozzarella sticks. Today I tried the Prime Rib Cheese Steak and it is actually rather tasty but they do not use a proper sub roll. The roll is just not dense enough to stand up to the wetness of the sandwich. I live about two minutes from the store and, by the time I got home and opened, the roll was a waste being so soggy it just fell apart. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. read more

When we ordered they were out of bacon and milkshakes. When we got home all of our order was wrong. One sandwich was a wrap and it was supposed to be plain. The wrap was drenched in mayo and had tomatoes and onions on it. My son couldn't eat it. One of the other sandwiches was drenched in mustard after we asked them to leave the mustard off. The place was clean. Service was friendly. Food was quick and arrived as ordered. It was exactly what I would expect from a fast food place.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Takes them 20 minutes to cook a gyro, it's cold, the fries are stale. They'll make it again, but who wants them to take another 20 minutes? No apology. No refund. They're trying to sell their gyros, but this place doesn't do. Bad management. Just gross. Go someplace else. read more

came here for lunch today and the staff were extremely rude.. we asked them for a beef n' cheddar and received the totally wrong sandwich. when we asked them politely to fix it they told us there was nothing they could do, so we not only paid for a sandwhich we didn't want, but they were rude when telling us they wouldn't fix it. not only was that an issue, but our curly fries were cold and soggy. the manager stood behind the employee and didn't say a word. very very displeased. i will NOT eat here, nor will i recommend this establishment. read more

Did Drive-Thru just before closing, and when we got home, discovered the salad was bad. Hurried back, but they were closed. Spoke with one of the workers, who was very nice and told me to come back the next day. We came back, showed the salad and the receipt, and spoke to the manager on duty (a female), who had a totally nasty attitude and began to lecture us on how the night employee (Josh, who had been very nice) had no authority to tell us to come back for a refund. She would not refund the lousy $2.49 because she said it was not the same cash register, and would only give us a replacement salad, which I did not now need, but ended up havi g to take it anyway. So what's the point of having a manager, if they do not have the imple skills necessary to resolve little issues like this one? She would rather argue with and offend a customer, and no doubt will criticize the employee, than learn how to do her job properly. We like Arbys, but WILL NOT come back to this location again! read more

I came here for a quick lunch and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the Turkey Bacon sandwich and was given the chicken apple pecan sandwich. I had also ordered a side salad. The lettuce was so wilted and old, I took one bite and was immediately disgusted. C'mon Arby's, it isn't that hard to take a damn sandwich order and get fresh lettuce. I recently moved to Sheridan from out of state. I love Arby's! This location is disappointing, and frankly it's not good. The food seems over cooked yet somehow still cold when given to you, which is odd bc there usually is a small wait even in no line. The staff is very friendly but I don't think I'll be going back to this location ever again. I've tried it a couple of times and it's not near as good as any other Arby's location I've been to.
