I ordered 9, semi complicated happy meals today and expected the orders to be wrong / messed up. Not only were they all exactly as requested, the employees were friendly and helpful. We stopped at this McDonald's on 3/15/2024. First stop, bathrooms. Women's bathroom so dirty. I had to clean a toilet in order to use it. Yuck! Toilet paper and hand towels everywhere on the floor. When I told the cashier she acted like I didn't say anything at all. No comment whatsoever. She took my order and then wandered off without a word. I couldn't pay because she just left. After quite a bit another cashier came up and I paid. I had to ask for my drink cup. It took a long time to get two cheeseburgers. The workers were very rude. This is not exactly the fastest running McDonald's. When we first walked in, there was a small crowd of people waiting for their food. It appeared that these people had been waiting for a while. In fact, for one of the orders a carton of milk had been sitting out on the counter for a while because the lady who finally received her order said she wanted a different carton of milk. That made me think it had been sitting there long enough that it could have started getting warm. Another woman who had been waiting a long time actually chewed out one of the workers because she found out afterwards that the restaurant didn't have exactly what she had ordered. So the lady walked away with a substitute in her breakfast order. I ordered my food with ease and received it quite quickly. I ordered the 2 breakfast burrito meal with orange juice. When my food was ready for pick-up, the worker declined to put the salsa packets on my tray. So I had to wait until she was done helping someone else. She noticed I was still standing at the counter and without saying a word walked over to where all the condiment packets were behind the counter and got what I needed. It seemed like they were highly unorganized. The water dispenser at the soda fountain wasn't working, they were out of spoons and stir sticks (so my dad had to stir the creamer in his coffee with a McFlurry spoon). The women's bathroom had no toilet seat covers. Instead there was a dispenser for a toilet seat sanitizer that was empty too. Not 24 hours like they claim. Drove across town and wee closed. Called the number and bitch hung up on me.

Currently sitting in the drive through, like I have been for the past 30 minutes. I would've driven off if I didn't place my order online. No one is answering the drive through speakers or the phones. I can see workers inside goofing off. They are clearly open and within operation hours. Extremely frustrating when you also have the doors blocked off so I literally have no other way of getting my food I've already paid for. Let's just hope they don't spit in my food. read more

This McDonald's drive-thru is the worst. We continue to go bc it's close and my kids love it as an occasional treat. The last few times our orders have been wrong. Last time we had to drive all the way back bc they gave us someone's door dash order. Today they wouldn't even take our online order code and made us reorder. McDonald's is always a good choice when you're low on money. I like to come here and get some french fries and a shake for a low price. The great thing about McDonald's is that motion work 24 hours a day and a lot of restaurants these days just don't do that anymore. What are you get a hamburger chicken sandwich or just coffee you know it to meet delicious and a great price. In this day and age very few Corporation stand out like McDonald's does and let's face it the food is delicious morning day or night. This particular location is pretty nice and the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. I'll definitely be coming back to eat here alone or with my girlfriend. My experience at 1635 E Bert Kouns Ind Loop McDonald's in front of Walmart. I went in on 12/18/18 to get something quick on my lunch break. I explained to the cashier I am using 2 different cards ( which I know they could do it because I've done it before) the lady told me "however much is on this card it will automatically take off. Well it didn't, they kept running the card for the full amount. I tried several more times. I even called my bank to verify that my debit card and all was still good. My banker even told the manager (the rude as bitch) that they need to type the amount in and then run card. She wanted to stand there and argue with him, and me. I got off the phone and the same lady proceeded to tell me that my banker doesn't know what he is talking about. So at this point I am already aggravated and upset, because I'm hungry and tired from work and I didn't have much longer on my lunch break. So I said "Whatever" grabbed my stuff and went to walk out. She proceeded to mock me, and I turned around and said "what did you say" she replied back to "you need to shut the fuck up and get out of my restaurant" she refused to give me her name, and this is the second time I had a run in with her. I picked my phone up and called corporate office on her. Never have I been treated like this. Very rude and very unprofessional. This lady better be lucky I did not snatch her over that counter and whoop her ass. One more time and I will whoop her ass and get it on video. I love McDonalds but this location has the worst service ever. The management is ALWAYS rude. I routinely use the mobile app and they are rarely able to "find" the four-character code in their system. How difficult can this possibly be? I've used the app all across the country from and I only have a problem with this one location. The manager always has to ask me if I'm at the wrong place even though I show her the app receipt which confirms that I'm at the correct place. The management here also has no understanding of Apple pay. They ALWAYS want me to pay them again. Today was the final straw when when the manager literally shut the window in my face and said I should check the other location for my order.
