This place sucks messed a bunch of stuff in my order. They didn't understand anything, workers are all a bunch of tards.

This location automatically charges you a donation to the Ronald McDonald house without asking. They also will quickly charge you for something you did in order until you call them on it. For instance, I ordered the big breakfast and they gave me a quote that was two dollars higher than the advertised price. I had to ask them to redo their math. Also, the kiosks are broken, so you have to speak to the person at the cash register, but they quickly run away as soon as they have taken your order and will not come back. I was served the big breakfast without a fork and had to call out to get a fork because they were all in the drive-through window or in the back and no cash read more

Waited in line for breakfast. The self order kiosk was being repaired. While the cashier was doing other things the breakfast menu changed. When she came back I tried to order McMuffins and she said no. I said it wasn't my fault and she didn't care so I left. The indoor location was gated shut with a note that it was drive-through service only, I'm not sure why. Annoying since we had already parked, but okay. We had a pretty simple order but they got it right (no onions, yay!) and the food was hot. The order came out quickly, as I expect since there was only one car in front of us. Not much more to say, it was a pretty typical McD experience except for the dining area being closed. read more

Cold fries. Girl kept saying "what was that?" and repeating our order back with completely incorrect items. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she kept going away and coming back, probably talking to coworkers. When we opened the bag, the ranch was open and EVERYWHERE. It's McDonald's, and inside a gas station. Which translates to nothing special, really. They are incredibly slow in here, so be prepared for a long wait. The customer service is moderate, at best. I've never had a spectacular experience in here. I've never had anything that stood out to me as being terrible either. It's just mediocre. I've never had a fabulous experience at any McDonald's, so I never expect much. They are slow. It seems to take forever, defying the idea of fast food. I've been in here a couple times where I wondered if a full service restaurant would have been faster to stop at. But, you can't be too annoyed with the view around you. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru, as it seems even slower than the restaurant itself. I've only tried to use the drive-thru once. I much prefer going inside here so I can eat outside on a nice day, use the gas station, etc. This McDonald's is inside a Shell gas station I'm far more impressed with the gas station. But the location is perfect. There's a Ray's Food Place in the same parking lot, and it's right as you come into town from the highway. So after being on the road a couple hours, it's the perfect place to stop and stretch your legs, use the bathroom, and grab a quick bite to eat, and continue on the journey. The scenery around this area is absolutely gorgeous as well. They have outdoor seating and in the summer when it's warm, sitting in a shaded area and enjoying the cool breeze, looking at all the trees and wilderness area around you, you simply can't go wrong. Would I return? Indeed I would. I kind of overlook the fact it's McDonald's for the location, scenery, and convenience. Fun Fact: my first job ever was at McDonald's. It's hard to get a job when you've just turned 16 and have ZERO experience. I felt like I had so much money back then...when your only expense is McDonald's food it's easy to save up for that $700 stereo for your $1,200 car. Even when you're rocking Florida's pathetic minimum wage. Some climbing friends and I were planning on stopping in Sisters for breakfast at "The Gallery" as we were making our way there we noticed the roads were closed, and thousands of grannies roamed the earth. Turns out there was a quilting...uh..."festival"? So I ended up getting a McGriddle here. It was soggy and looked like a plastic McGriddle playset. It had probably been sitting under a heatlamp for a while. But I was hangry and I needed to eat something before I started committing random acts of violence. It did the job. The next morning, at 3am, waking up to begin the climb of North Sister I had some of the worst stomach cramps of my life. It's hard to say if those were from the McGriddle or the dehydrated meal I ate in camp though. Fun Fact #2: I checked in here on foursquare and was alerted "this is your first fast food check-in since August '10 at Dairy Queen" I don't even remember going to Dairy Queen...then as I was unwrapping my McGriddle it occurred to me: I was on another climbing trip near Cle Elum (sp?), we were starving, it was late, Dairy Queen is all we had. read more

I called to ask if they do puppy cups. The girl who answered was so kind, sooooo nice, and said they actually don't do the cones anymore but can do a whipped cream cup. When I pulled up, I asked for one and was about to order an ice tea as well. another girl was so rude to me saying "no we don't do those" and I said I had just talked to a girl who said you do so I am sorry, she responded with NO, we don't so rudely and yeah. The place is dirty, employees barely speak English, drive-thru orders are incorrect (discovered 2 miles down the road) and the paper thin meat patties I swear, were cooked early am and sat all day under little-to-no heat. WHO owns this? Shame on you. You've got an ideal location, all the traffic you could ask for, and you offer a dirty dining room, windows look like they've never been cleaned, tables were all dirty, and it took 14 min to get 2 child hamburgers. WTH! I gave this place 2 chances.......both times were just horrendous. The worst McDonalds I've ever been in. I will also be notifying McDonalds Corp. I complained to my daughter (adult) about my experience, she also coaches basketball for a rival Sisters team. She said her team bus never stops here because of the rotten service and cold food. They gave the guy in front of me the wrong food, then let him run out to his car "real quick" to double check what his wife actually wanted before taking my order (which would've been fine if the person just kinda standing around would've opened the second register). While he was gone they made several rude comments about him right in front of me. I wonder if they talk to their mothers like that? This place has it all and now double stall bathrooms! Used to have a huge line outside the bathroom door. Our favorite stop in Sisters day and night. Friendly staff and a great selection of snacks at the connected convenient store. A drive thru and charging stations for your hybrid. Gasoline as well and it's a chevron. read more

first time coming to oregon and when we asked the lady who was at the drive through window for a small water, she slammed the window door and yelled " UGGGHHHHHH" with a big sigh an she proceeded with our payment ... very unprofessional I live in another state an as annoying mcdonald's can be no one every shows that to a customer. and this mcdonald's did just that. we did not feel welcome and felt like we should apologize for asking for a simple water.. which should not be the case. lady's at the window need to have a better attitude an not make it noticeable that they are annoyed. read more
