Love this mcdonald. There is a playplace still and the staff is always very nice. Its not like some of the other McDonalds that the play place is small or you cant eat in the same enclosure. You can still have a nice party here too. Every thing is casual and clean. But today 8/15/2024 at 820 pm Christian was so nice and helped me. He was kind, patient and polite. I was here today looking for a specific hk cup. He had so much patience and was such a polite and patient young man. Though i didn't get the hk cup, but i had a great experience today. When I walked into McDonald's smiling with glee ready to get a big Mac with no onions just like I loved it there was a cashier who was taking my order and had a bit of sass to her thinking she was all that and a bag of chips. But little did she know she was going to be humbled that day. She at first was kind and asked what I would like to eat so I said a Big Mac with a large fry and dr pepper which was my favorite meal at the time. She responded now with a little more attitude then before if that was to go. I quickly responded and said no and I was told to go sit at a table and wait for my number. My number was 730 my birthday which was probably the best part of this experience. As I sat at my table it was near the playplace and there was just this nose tickling smell that would not go away. So in response to this smell I went to the counter and asked about the smell the cashier who took my order quickly responded with even more sass then the last time OMG QUIT ASKING QUESTIONS. At this point she was screaming she was freaking out over some smell. She finally called out 730 is there a 730 here. I answered with "that's me" and she quickly threw my food on the ground and stomped on it. I started to get nervous so nervous I was about to shart myself. I felt it leaking out and I asked if there were a bathroom and the response. No. It was over for me at this point I was running all over this establishment looking for a bathroom and trying to not have an accident in front of the whole building. But I felt it. It was a warm brown liquid leaking down my leg. But I was wearing shorts. Everyone saw the shart and recorded and started laughing so in response I quickly took something and ran I realized I took the containers they put the sauce in one by one I was filling the containers with the brown steamy liquid. Let's just say some people didn't get the BBQ sauce they were expecting. I ran back and had to take some food because after all this work of filling these containers I felt I deserved a little treat. I took the food and opened the nugget box and it was all moldy. I burst out in tears thinking I will never get the McDonald's I came for. And I didn't... I came so far just for nothing all because of the cashier. I learned that she took the leftover nuggets home for a late dinner so I took my next crap where they made the nuggets and let's just say she wasn't so satisfied with the taste of the "nuggets" But overall this experience made me a better person but told me that I get scared and can very easily crap myself if I'm not careful enough. read more

Stop by McDonald's today for the second time in about three weeks. Use the mobile app to order. But I got to the window. I had to go wait in slot three in a parking lot for the apple pies to be done. When they brought the order out to the car to Apple pies were missing out of the order. Same as the last time I placed an order you don't get everything that you need to check the bag. If I could give no star that would be better. The place is terrible. Save your money stay away. read more

This McDonalds lives up to its low rating, believe me. This branch really is in a class of its own in terms of disgustingness. This lone star is only due to its location, ie near the park and ride: - drive thru facilities are so outdated -- order "phone" crackles and somehow you will have difficulty hearing what the McD person is saying - they will close a window and will not put up a sign to go to the next window, leaving you confused . employees will just pass by and not even let you know. In fact, they will take lengths not to establish eye contact with you - and this one takes the cake: when my order of 10 hashbrowns came, they were 1. partially fried, not golden crispy all over like all the other Hashbrowns sold in other states and countries in asia and europe. 2. They were not drained 3. Worst of all, they were packed 2 hashbrowns to a sleeve!!! I got home to find 5 big nasty soggy lumps in a brown bag that nearly tore due to the oil slick at the bottom. Worst McDonald's East of the Mississippi! This McDonald's is HORRIBLE! Their system is always down, apparently they have nothing to do with the McDonald's App. Did I mention Rude. 10/10 times every order is wrong. I've called and nothing gets done. Don't waste your money there's another down the road as well as other places who Value their Customers. Don't go here unless your looking to Ruin your day. This place has horrible customer service. The workers are extremely rude. Every time I have gone here I am missing something from my order. Check to make sure you have everything you ordered before you leave!! The food isn't good either, just sloppily thrown together. The restaurant itself is very nice. Kept immaculate. Unfortunately that can not be said for the staff. Yelling the N word to each other very loudly. Also swearing nonstop. Honestly it wouldn't be that bad if it was all adults in here but there are some kids as well. Only one that was super nice and helpful was this redhead woman behind the counter. Horrendous customer service and a manager that could care less about getting an order right. Had an issue with using the kiosk and the manager wanted to (and eventually did) overcharge me to correct an order. Kept my receipt too knowing that I would complain.
