I have not been to a Toco Bell in awhile but for some reason I stop by the Rt 9 store today. That was my first thing that I did wrong. The second was ordering food from this place's thinking it was going to be good. I ordered two hardshell beef tacos, and two soft shell beef tacos. My question is why. If this is what Taco Bell thinks a taco should taste like they need to recheck and rethink what they're selling. The tacos were absolutely trash. They shell with some kind of meat concoction with a little bit of lettuce to it. I didn't see any tomato anything onion nothing it was just bland as some wet paste in the bottom of a taco shell. Customer service from the drive thru a young lady was very rude, uncooperative, does not know how to follow direction to a simple order such as NO Ice in my drink. I parked my car and had to walk up to the drive thru window to correct my drink for my 80yr old grandmother and the missing sandwich from my online order (How can you get a order wrong when it was typed up online, not spoken to the drive thru intercom) This was only the 3rd time that I have been to a fast food restaurant since the Corona Virus, but that's not the point. I like Taco Bell, I really do. But this one is managed really horribly. My brother is a proud breakfast defector and was dying to try out some of their items. Mind you this was a Saturday morning around 10:30. They were already out of breakfast biscuit tacos and managed to mess up my order. It was a long wait and someone in the drive thru sold out the rest of one of their items. The food here is great. Not a single complaint about that. I love tacos, nachos, anything spicy. The food here is not the issue I have with this restaurant. It's the great depression that is bestowed upon my a-hole after consuming anything from this establishment. It was just a normal Tuesday after-noon, just got done people watching and decided I deserved a little treat. Oh was I wrong. What I was going to receive would be anything but a treat. I ordered my food, sat down in the restaurant and sunk my teeth into the delicious crunch wrap supreme. It was absolutely heavenly, the flavors itself were enough to make my taste buds shimmy, and the food just slid right down my throat like a worm on a slip-and-slide. I eagerly took another bite, and another and another, until i felt IT. My stomach started to gargle. I knew this sound all too well. How could I forget. Such delicious food has a price to pay...Not just the check. The familiar rumbling of my stomach was enough to bring tears to my eyes as I knew what was coming. The panic and set in. I quickly dropped my crunch wrap and bolted for the bathroom stalls. Luckily I had made it, sometimes that's not always the case. I sat down and said a small prayer as I prepared myself for the trauma my bowels are about to be exposed to. One more gurgle. I knew it was coming. There was only so much I could do to prepare myself for this Great Depression. Before I knew it my bowels basically exploded, spewing diarrhea in every which way. It felt like acid pouring out of my intestines, I could do nothing but sit there, at mercy of the crunch wrap supreme. I felt so helpless, so afraid and vulnerable. As I continued to shoot the boiling liquid out of me, a single tear had rolled down my cheek. Was this truly worth it? Was the deliciousness of a crunch wrap really worth the agony and anguish that came with it? I continued to rid my body of the crunch wrap before almost blacking out, the beads of sweat on my forehead forming more frequently. After I had given birth to my demon baby I practically drag myself off of the bowl. I walked out of that bathroom shamefully, still feeling the burning. Wish zero stars could be a rating. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. I've decided to stop going to this Taco Bell, or any, indefinitely after my last several bad experiences. There is no point giving business to this company when they obviously don't care about their customers. My last time at this location was almost 2 weeks ago. They had a good deal on their ordering app, which allows you to order in advance and custom modify anything you desire, so I decided to give them another shot despite having poor experiences at this location. What a joke! I ordered extra meat on everything because they are known for being extra skimpy lately whenever I order ANYTHING. When they handed me my order I noticed there was no side of salsa or sour cream in the bag for my quesadilla. I asked and they said they put it on the quesadilla. Kind of stupid but I didn't make a fuss I just explained that the app didn't have a section to ask for it on the side and they said no problem and remade it. When I got home the rest of my order was cold and mushy. The steak wrap barely had any meat in it and the guac tasted worse than the paste they serve at Subway. The cheesy gordita crunch had barely any meat on it, and NO spicy ranch sauce on it. Which is what makes it so good. The crispy shell inside the gordita was also mush, as if the whole thing had been microwaved. The only decent part of the meal was the chicken quesadilla. Thankfully I realized the mistake they made on it before I drove off so it could be fixed, or that woulda been a mushy mess as well. I immediately sent my feedback to Taco Bell about it and on their social media. Still haven't received a reply back yet. So it's blatantly obvious they could care less. They're more concerned with the design of their new site and app than to pay attention to customers negative feedback. Well it's last night a Sunday night around 8:30. Usually I use the drive thru however the line was long so decided to go in, what a mistake! There was about five other people in front of me and it must have been the full moon every order was like taking an exam! The people ordering didn't seem to know what or how to order a dam taco!
