This place is being operated by a crew of dimwitted, airheaded staff and by staff i mean the people in office.. it's always vermin droppings on the buns. food isnt being kept up to temp, fries and onion rings are old and cold. someones going to get sick. The district manager stands around pretending to be busy, soon as a rush comes he disappears like a fart in the wind. Only priority in this store is labor. Employees come in with backpacks leave with them full of uncooked food. Thats just me watching after ordering food only to get an old broken up whopper with no flavor hard bun and brown lettuce. My wife had a big fish dried out like they were trying to dehydrate it, tarter sauce was yellow and curdled just nasty. this establishment needs to be shut down by the board of health. read more

I come here because my grandmother loves chicken sandwiches, their coupons, and the proximity to the farmers market. I thought this place would step up since the renovation but I feel like it's gotten worse. Everything is sticky: the door handles, the areas near the soda machine, the trays. If I could give negative stars I would. I just ordered 2 whopper sandwiches with a coupon from the Burger King app to buy 1 and get 1 free. When I reached the register I was charged for 2 whoppers. The cashier went to the asst manager Spencer to change the order, she told her that they were short staff and couldn't fix the order. There wasn't any other cars on the line. I asked to speak to her directly for clarification as I proceeded to record our conversation she said she doesn't consent to the recording so I only have audio which will go to corporate. Spencer said she is the assistant manager and refused to amend my order. I thought Burger Kings motto was have it your way. I will be taking my business else where from now on. read more

Recently renovated, so I decided to park myself here to have lunch and Yelp. Interior is now brighter and space feels bigger. Food however is the same. It gets the job done - food fills you up on the cheap. Back in the day, I'd be eating here weekly and clipping my coupons to save an extra buck. No major issues with the food and service today. Employees are friendly and someone even comes around to check on you on occasion. Today, I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers off the value menu and splurged on a Lucky Charms shake. They're just ok. The bacon on the burgers were dry and burgers seemed thinner than I remembered. Shake is pretty sweet. Only thing I liked about it was the lucky charm bits were still crunchy. I've come to a realization, I don't need to go to Burger King again. read more

This place is the worst! Very rude and unprofessional workers and management staff. It is now June 11th 2021. Face mask mandate is now over and we are all trying to get back to normal. Enough is enough! I walked in with my 2 young kids and was told to leave because we were nit wearing masks. I tried yo explain that as of may 28th the mandate has ended. They told me and my 5 year old and my 7 year old NO MASK NO FOOD! They told me the they have there own rules and if the public doesn't like it then eat somewhere else. I just had the worst experience with this Burger King. The kid that attended the Drive-Thru yesterday, Justin, was rude, hated his life that he is working there, and has no care for any guests. He first answered by a sigh on the driver thru while I am making my order, then he ended up giving me wrong sandwich.
