This is one of my favorite McDonald's to visit since it's kind of out of the way and not many people know about it. I've had only positive experiences dining in at this location, but it has limited service and a noticeably smaller menu due to being franchise-owned by the Fonseca Group. Examples of menu limitations include steak not being available for breakfast sandwiches and the absence of limited-run and seasonal menu items like the McRib. This location has two drive-thru lanes that wrap around the perimeter of the store. Unlike larger stores, the inside of this one has only one touch-screen kiosk for self-ordering, but the receipt printer never seems to be working. Seating options include small tables, booths, and a large counter-height table. Restrooms are located the side of the front counter. Counter service has always been friendly, and my orders have never taken more than three minutes to be ready. To prevent theft and waste, straws and napkins are kept behind the counter instead of by the soda fountain. This is a good location for core menu items, but if you want a full menu or adequate availability for high-demand Happy Meal toys, then the the McDonald's on Stelton or Oak Tree Road will be better options. read more

Check your receipts! For about a year now I've noticed my receipt is always higher than the price on the menu. Turns out they've been "upselling" me without my permission. They automatically make my meal a large with me asking. When I called them out on it their response was "it's only a dollar more!". But I didn't ASK for a large. The final straw was this morning when I ordered a breakfast meal and I was "upcharged" 50 cents for the coffee that's INCLUDED with the meal. When I questioned the manager she said it was for the medium.coffee I ordered. I told her I NEVER asked for a medium.and she ultimately gave me 50 cents back. If these practices aren't illegal they are definitely SHADY! Every single.time I have gone there it has happened. How can they get away with this??? read more

False advertising. Sign outside says any sized sized soft drink is a dollar. Of course I was charged $1.79. Manager refused to honor the advertised price. Also, a sign outside states they are open until 1am every day. Came by at 12:45 am and of course they were closed. This location refuses to update signage. I would not trust any of their listed prices, as they have dishonest business practices and don't care when you bring it to their attention. read more

This a review specific to the manager at this terrible establishment. If I could give negative stars..... Inconvenienced, I had to drive here after my sister returned with the food. The order was missing items, and they completely got me and my sisters order wrong. When I entered I wasn't acknowledged. I waited a few before saying "excuse me" to which the worker ignored me then took out her phone and began texting. I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought it was so hilarious because the order & food was so jacked up, and low and behold. I began to record her, when another coworker noticed and walked over staring at me. No, how can I help. At this point I just wanted my refund because the level of incompetence, WOW. The other lady walked over to the texting lady to help. She Happens to be the manager. WOWWWW. can you believe this fool said, "this order was 40 minutes ago"... when I asked for a refund. AND? obviously there was a wait, the time to drive home AND back, because you failed as a manager and just as a decent human being. Not to mention the time I had to sit there and watch you texting. I guess expectation of McDonald's continue to fall. What used to be worth the trip is now why do I even bother. When all you want is a large fry, cheeseburger and large Watermelon icee and the not only get the order wrong but the burger and cheese is literally cold. The large fries are just touching warm stage and old. The icee is a small. Going through the drive through only choice is threw it away of turn around to possible have to cuss out some rude teenager on the 4th of July. Not that I should be eating this "food" anyway but this has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever visited and after giving them way too many chances, today was the last straw. They NEVER get a delivery or pick up correct. I wait too long for drive up and this last time they didn't bother to bring it out at all and we're extremely rude, unprofessional and ghetto when I went to the window for my order. I'll travel further to the Piscataway location going forward. This one needs to retrain or let go and hire an entire new staff that cares about customer service. I even filed a complaint with corporate and got a "sorry" letter with a coupon for a free meal but this location still hasn't improved one bit. Never again. read more

Go here if you want fast food done very slow. I ordered 1 hash brown and nothing else. I waited and didn't get one for 15min. They had no problem making them and served the ones sitting in wait plus two new batches before filling my order. I absolutely will not be returning to this location. We walked in and was waiting for about 10 minutes before someone came up to the register. No one said We will be right with you, hold on and we will take your order , Nothing. The wait time is pretty long. There was only one Kiosk working, the other one broke. Tables not clean, very dirty.. We got our meal pretty quickly but other timea you had to wait for awhile for the food. Not sure what's going on at this location but they need a course on better customer service. I'd rather just go through thE drive through but still make sure your food is correct because my sandwich cheese barely made it to the saNdwich. I picked up an order for my wife, when I pulled up I requested for a #5, the guy through the intercom didn't seem he wanted to be there to begin with. He rang me up for just the nugget, I then told him I wanted a meal. I ask him if it only came in a 10 piece which he responded yes, that's false. I also asked for a large which he acknowledged yet when I pulled up to the 2nd window they handed me a medium, I told them I requested for a large, the guy at the window looked at me like maybe I wanted to get over. I offered to pay the difference for a large, he didn't know how to charge me so he charged me for 6 sauce. I then asked for 4 sweet & sour sauce in which I founded out when I got home he gave me 1 sweet and sour and 3 bbq. I also requested for coke, my wife told she got Dr. Pepper. It was only $10.00 but out of annoyance and them not following directions I should call American Express and dispute the charge just to prove a point. read more

McDonald's food is the same no matter where you go, so my review is based on experience and location. The road this Mc Donalds is on, is 25mph even tho the average person is driving 45mph to get to rt 287. Making it almost impossible to make the left turn into the parking lot with out almost getting in a car accident or causing a traffic jam. I also do not like how they try to force you to order with a touch screen instead with a person. So today February 28, 2019 walked in with my kids. Order our food through the kiosk. 40 bucks worth of food paid in full and grab a number and sit down. Like we're supposed to. And 15 minutes go by no one acknowledges the order. Not crowded at all. Only one other couple in the dining area. We go to the counter and they look at order which they claim someone deleted off the board. This isn't a five star restaurant it's McDonald's. They quickly pull the order and I to say 3 times there is food missing. Look at the receipt look at what you brought us. They apologized saying oh I don't who deleted. But then you can't right. 35 minutes wait and half ass apology. No I don't want my meal. Hot food would be nice. And straight up apology that they fucked up. Stop making excuses. read more

I have been to all the McDonald's in this area and this location is by far the worst one. Without fail anytime you go there your food is never ready and you must pull to a reserved spot and wait anywhere from 15-20 minutes but I have waited 30 minutes. I'm not sure why I go there anymore I think I will start going to another location because the problem has not improved. Make sure to check your order before leaving too because they often mess it up. read more

Went to this MC Donald on Monday Oct 1. 2018 there was like 3 people working spend in line with noone in front of me for 20 minutes and no one came. Brand new place so it's clean and food is good but it is a McDonald's. With that said do not expect any communication, please, Thank you or any respectful adult communication from the morning drive thru lady cause you owe her and she is to good for the job apparently. Inconsistent service.I used the drive through twice, and the morning run went smoothly. However, I came late at night once, and it was very disorganized. They did not tell me which window to pull up to, and I waited forever for them to tell me. In the end I honked, and someone waved me to the next window. I came up, and they walked away! This McDonald's the food is ok. It's the service or the lack of that brings there rating to a 1 or less. So you place an order and request curbside. 20 plus minutes go by. You go to the door and it's closed you knock as the staff looks at you ignores you. Your mobile order says complete and your account has been debited. You get back in your car go thru the drive thru explain the issue they say go the 2nd window. What's your order? Explain again give the order number. And get the longest unwanted explanation. Oh yea we're short staffed if no one comes you just need to go thru the drive up. Ok if your staff is limited and no one can be spared to go to the curbside then put up a fricking side on the curbside signs so not waste the customers time. I knew when I was giving my order that the girl didn't like her job and was annoyed. I drove up to pay(they didn't tell me which window) and she still had an attitude. I payed her and drove to pick up my food and nobody was in sight. 5 minutes later a girl showed up with the food. I'm giving 3 stars because the girl that gave the food was so friendly.
