I didn't realize this McDs existed. I needed some breakfast so initially I was headed to IHOP and ultimately settled for this.I didn't have very high expectations,but I wanted avoid any potential rush, dining/ordering wait time and tip. Here we go. I ordered 2 large coffees, which were $0.99/each before 11am. One was French vanilla no ice, one original with no ice. I knew I wanted biscuit, pancake and some sort of protein. Unknowingly I selected the Big Breakfast with steak. It was only a few cents more than the big breakfast witb sausage, so I left it....should have known better (steak at McD...). Everything was very rubbery, but hit the spot and was much cheaper than if I went elsewhere. The steak was insanely salty...wow. I didn't feel bad putting it aside and not eating. Rhe biscuit was rubbery but tasted great,; pancakes rubbery and aight. Eggs were as expected. I ordered from the kiosk for dine in to avoid going to the counter. Well, the food came, but I had to go to the counter to get utensils. Then sat down only to realize I had to go back to get syrup. Well, atleast I got minimal exercise..enough to burn off the coffee. Would I return? Dunno, maybe if Im in the area...but also I don't recall rubbery biscuits and pancakes at other locations... Would I order the same neal? Todays Incident, went to pick up a curb side order and got to the location parked and put the number into my app, waited ten minutes and no one came out. I would give this restaurant and franchise owner a quarter of a star if I could. Had poor customer service experience with poor food quality about two years ago. I submitted a formal complaint to McDonald's corporate,but they said the franchise owner is responsible to respond and correct. Never received an email or a phone call from the franchise owner. Given its location (little to no road traffic), this McDonalds has slow service and food is t great. My food was provided quickly but it was cold and may have been on the warming racks for a while. There was many young staff when I came and they were all still learning which may have contributed to the slow service. I wouldn't recommend this McDonalds for eating. Next time I am in this area I'll go to the Chik Fil A that is just 100 years from this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager working on 3/17/2023 at 8:14AM is beyond rude and disrespectful. Not only did they purposely get my order wrong, but they were also so inconsiderate when I told them that this wasn't what I ordered and asked them to correct it. I usually don't review for McDonald's or any fast food chains. How can it be so different from location to location? Well, I have never seen Big Mac executed so beautifully until I came to this location last weekend. The drive-thru line was as long as gas station during the gas shortage. I quickly downloaded McDonalds app and ordered from the curb side. The order was ready within 5 mins and I felt it was a safe, clean and organized process. Then when I opened the Big Mac box, the sandwich was stacked up straight and very little extra lettuce falling from the sandwich. I have never seen like this before. The usual Big Mac is like --- The buns and patties are designed to be the same size but these sandwiches never look straight up. And lettuce pieces are all over the box like they don't belong to the sandwich. This location deserves good ratings for its prompt service and its beautiful Big Mac!!! read more

Rosario Mejia, manager, is beyond rude and gave me poor customer service! I had a Mobile order receipt but the order did not go through the system. Rosario Mejia said "Sorry!" and walked away to help the people in the back. I called her back and showed her the receipt and she demanded a ledger from my bank app. I showed her the transaction with the matching amount on the bank app. Rosario Mejia verified the date and time as well. I asked could you please fill the order for my children? Rosario Mejia replied No, you don't have a receipt. Sorry! I showed her the receipt a second time. She said "that's not a receipt". Sorry and walked away. I didn't even get a refund!! Is this McDonald's standard of customer service? To be rude and deny service to a paying customer because you're busy in the back in incompetent of the mobile app's limitations? Is it because Rosario Mejia is too linear to not think and fill the order with a receipt?? I stopped in while I was waiting to have my car worked on. I noticed the newer restaurant had mostly self-service terminals. Obviously, a cost-cutting move and a reaction to a tighter labor market. An employee yelled at me for taking pictures inside and said I had to have the owner's permission to do so. I went to the web site for the restaurant and noticed they actually have a page where you can upload your own pictures of and from the restaurant. This used to be one of the best McDonald's I had ever been to when I moved to the area 7 years ago. For the past 8 months though they consistently get orders wrong. Wrong sized fries, missing items, etc. I usually go once a week and at least 50% of the orders come out wrong. Sometimes the orders are large and I can understand that, but the past two times I get home with a large meal only to find a small fry in the bag and today that isn't even filled. Stars are for speedy service in the drive-thru and uuusually getting the correct items. The other night I made a quick trip to the drive-thru but my son wanted something else so I ran inside and the one item inside took more than twice the time of the drive-thru. They prioritize drive-thru for sure and most employees are on it with maybe one person on the inside register. Tonight I took my son after practice and at the window they handed me a 10 piece instead of a 20 piece and when I mentioned what I was supposed to have there was a language barrier and the manager came over once he saw me trying to give the bag back. He asked to see the receipt for proof and once I provided it we got the correct order. When they were handing the drink carrier out the McFlurry fell over and dumped over half of the MM's against my car door and on the ground, and the guy just stuck it back in the carrier with almost no MM's in it and shoved it out the window without saying a word. By then I was just ready to go so I handed it to my son and told him to suck it up!
