Let me start by saying--my expectations for fast food are extremely low. I'm not expecting fine dining. I just want something quick, hot, and edible. That's it. I came to this location just wanting some chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. I ordered at the kiosk and waited... and waited... and waited. 25 minutes later, my food finally showed up. And when I looked at it, it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or worse) for a while. The fries were cold. The nuggets looked like they'd been cooked an hour ago and left to die. When I politely brought this up, the woman who brought it out looked at me like I was crazy for not wanting to eat cold food. Eventually, they gave me a fresh order--which took another 10 minutes. The fries were finally hot. The nuggets? Still room temp. So I guess that's a half-win? Bottom line: If you're expecting "fast" food, do yourself a favor and skip this location. I came to this McDonalds about 5 years ago and was very disappointed by how extremely slow this place is. I thought I give it another chance since it's been a few years, maybe it'll be different. I did a mobile order 20 minutes before going there, went to the curbside pick up spot and was told to either go through the drive thru or go inside to pick up my food. I go through the drive thru and they tell to go inside. At this point I'm annoyed. I go inside and still had to wait another 20 minutes to get my food, which wasn't even made yet! I wish I could give them zero stars. Waited 15 minutes for my order because they only want you to use the kiosk because they are too lazy to collect money at the cash register. Sad shame. This location should be closed. There is no consideration for the customer's our orders or experience. I attempted to use an app code as I do at any other McDonald's and was told I can't use the code in the drive thru with another code. This isn't true as I make two orders all the time and I have never had this issue at any other location. It is sad. So upon going into the location because of the lie per the app I am no longer allowed to use the code because it was opened in the drive thru. Like anyone should be surprised that this place has gotten negative reviews consistently for several years. I'll simply say this - they advertise 24 hrs, but they don't work 24 hrs a day. When you're hungry for something quick and you're watching your budget you probably look for a nearby fast food establishment with a Dollar Menu (some call it a Value Menu because choices are more than a dollar). For me that most often means a McDonald's. And that's how I ended up here for a quick bite as it was (almost) on my route. I had a little time to kill so I decided to eat in this time. They had classic counter service as well as two kiosks for fast, courteous, and efficient self service. I chose the counter and ordered a Cheeseburger, a McChicken, and a large Diet Coke; $1 each for $3 plus tax. I was surprised when I was given a plastic number tent to place on my table for delivery. I've experienced this at a few other fast food restaurants but it's not that common. I filled my drink and picked a clean, empty table and started reading an audio book. After a few minutes I thought I heard my order announced but I was told it would be brought to my table. After a few more minutes I went back to the counter to ask about my order. I was again told they would bring it out so I sat down and waited. A couple of minutes later the girl who had taken my order brought it out. It wasn't cold but it wasn't hot either. It was what I might call a cool warm. I think that it actually was my order that was announced after a couple minutes. I wasn't in the mood to have the order redone. Waited over 25 mins just for the 2 lazy and worthless employees to pretty much shut down the store and sit in the dining room and eat while ignoring every car including us that came. For some reason, I keep coming back to this McDonald's. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, plain, a medium fry, and a small sprite. The fries were sort of hard, and they were very bland. No salt at all. They forgot my straw, and they messed up one of my burgers. The guy at the window didn't even say hi to me or say anything to me. He just gave me my drink and food and didn't say have a nice day anything. I get working at fast food is not really great. But act like you're a person at least. Bland workers with horrible customer service skills. They don't smile. Really rude too. "Um anything else?" ... I tood her nicely that I was seeing what else we wanted. We went to the retroom and came out. Our food was done. I find it weird that they only give you 5 ranches for 30 nuggets total? 6 nuggets per ranch. Impossible. They give you one ranch for a 4 piece. So... 30/4 is 7.5 ranches. I should have at least got two more. It would make sense. Worst part is that I was ignored when I tried to ask for more ranch. The customer service is awful- I asked for an extra hash brown while ordering and when I got to the window to pay I asked the cashier if she had added the extra hash brown and she replied "Yes, it's on there." The young lady taking payments at the drive-thru window on Thursday, July 8, at about 11:00 A.M. had such a nasty attitude that I actually felt sorry for her. To some of my questions, she just shook her head, looked away, and would not give me a verbal answer. So we just went to McDonald's for breakfast what a mistake. I guess I should expect bad food, but, bad service that is something that can be controlled. I got to the first window and handed the worker a $20, she said, "we don't have cash!"
