It's your basic McDonald's. Nothing special about it. Food is either right or it's not. I've gotten the 40 nugget pack with the 2 large fries and didn't realize till I got home they just placed a half full 20 pack in my bag and 2 fries and called it a day. The drive through lines were backed up and not moving, so we parked and went in. As usual, there were no staff to take orders, so you had to order at the kiosk BUT the kiosk wasn't taking payment. There was no one working the counter, so we waited...and we waited and we waited. Then when I realized by watching their order screen that they weren't working on our order, I had to scream 3 times to the people in the back to get their attention just so we could pay and get them to work on our order. They were rude and basically said- too bad, we are short staffed and we are experiencing some difficulties. The manager even suggested that next time we go somewhere else, so we will. Thanks for the advice. And especially after seeing how dirty, gross and revolting the dining room was, I will never go there again. This is the first time I've been to VT since COVID, and my, was it a disappointment. Even after my last chicken nugget Happy Meal incident, I decided to give the Springfield McDonald's another try. It was an "Oreo" mcflurry, there's supposed to be Oreo. She says, its underneath the ice cream lmao. So I checked.. and told her. It's not underneath the ice cream. The staff at this restaurant in springfield vt are great people!! I am there frequently for their coffee and i really enjoy the people who work there. They are not open 24 hours a day. They are closed between 12-6am I have gone there myself many times after work and they will not serve me after 12. I'm sorry if I get out of work late but being that you advertise that you are open 24 hours a day you should serve me. I live in the area and there isn't anything else open. read more

Although this store supplies me with some delicious food I was disgusted when one of the employees was continuously scratching her rear while bringing food to the elders in the restaurant then returning to the kitchen without washing her hands. This is the best McDonald's around. I don't know about the other reviews but I've been coming here off and on for a long time and am almost always pleased with the quality of the food as well as the service. Came here on thanksgiving and while it did take a little longer to get our food, it was fresh and delicious. read more
