Came here Sunday at 8pm, waited in drive thru line for a half hour. There's no way to get out of the drive thru once there's cars behind you. Ordered two impossible burgers and they didn't have any. Just got fries, they were okay on the top, but tasted like card board the farther you got. Gave 2 stars rather than 1 because the employee was friendly enough and I'm sure he was getting a lot of attitude from everyone waiting a half hour at a fast food place. read more

I don't learn. I ordered through the app prior to arrival but I should have waited until I arrived to process my order/payment. Got here at noontime there were 4 cars ahead of me waiting to place an order. After sitting for 7 minutes with no movement on the car placing an order I decided to go inside to get my order but the lobby was closed. If I didn't already pay for the order I would have left but instead I waited 15 more minutes just to get to the order station and tell them I had a mobile app order. I hope franchise owners read this and figure out how to make the drive thru faster, I saw at least 3 cars pull in and out because of the line not moving. read more

Unless you like cold food, long waits and rude staff, stay far away from this Burger King. When we moved to Claremont we were excited to have a BK nearby! We have gone here several times, months apart, hoping it would be good. We have been disappointed every single visit. Never once have we had a good experience with the food or staff! This place is straight up trash. Been in 3 times in the last 4 or 5 months. Each time its the same thing. Sticky floors, rude and slow service and cold food. Coworkers arguing with eachother. If I could rate it a -5 I would. Today it took 28 minutes (yes I timed it) to get our food and it was wrong. We witnessed 6 people walk out because nobody waited on them or even acknowledged they were there. If I hadn't paid for my food I would've walked out as well. Two employees were yelling at eachother because some orders were messed up. Instead of fixing it, they blamed eachother. I tried to video it but other customers were talking and just laughing about it. I will not be back. Just waited 30 mins in drive thru. Watched the line get longer and longer, committed ourselves thinking they are understaffed. Proceeded to watch a worker come out the back and have his smoke break. And check his phone, for about 10 mins. The food better be worth this ridiculous wait. They need to pay better and get workers. 2 people can not handle running this place by themselves. read more

Expectations are already low considering it's fast food, but I did work at a BK in high school, so I have some basis for comparison. This may be the most poorly managed location in the continental US. Constantly running out of items, machines broken, slow and apathetic service, sometimes verging on downright rude. At the drive up window we ordered 2, 2 mix or match for $5. Two big fish sandwiches and 1 whopper and 1 big fish sandwich. Also 2 large onion rings and 1 large fry. We were reminded that it takes 3 minutes to cook the fish. We were fine with that. There were 2 cars ahead of us. It was 31 minutes after the hour when we pulled away from placing our order. It was 52 minutes after the hour when we pulled up to get our food. We payed $20 and some change. We were handed a bag of food with no receipt and told to have a good night. I checked the bag before pulling away and found 1 whopper, 1 big fish sandwich, 2 large onion rings, and 1 large fry. We tried to get the clerk to come back to the window which took another 4 minutes to get the other two big fish sandwiches that we ordered and payed for. Clerk was annoyed and unapologetic. Horrible management! Apparently the drive through wasn't working. Not a big deal however the manager standing on the sidewalk after 9 cars waited starts yelling the lobby is open. We ask if the drive through was completely closed and he turned and yelled the lobby is open. If he would have spoken to the handful of cars we all probably would have gone inside. He was so rude and disrespectful. I will give my business to other companies before I ever return there. He should never be allowed in customer service. From the moment I walked in you could tell no one cared due to the sticky floors, broken tile, broken drink machines, broken ketchup machine and an employee swearing like a sailor out back. I'm not in the habit of reviewing fast food but I felt this is an exception. I stopped by for a quick meal with my Wife Ln the was home from shopping. I don't remember what my wife ordered but she had no problems with it so we can skip that. I ordered a Big Fish with Cheese meal and all went well till we sat down and o opened it. It was burnt to a crisp. It was so dark I'm not sure what they did to it but it was obviously not ratable. I took it back to the counter and showed it to the Girl there and she nicely apologized and offered to get me another. Then the Manager shows up and tried to tell me I was wrong and so we opened the bun and he agreed with me. So now he says they will "cook" me a new one. And about one minute later I had handed to me a new Big Fish along with a comment from the kitchen here is a not burnt Big Fish. I sat down to eat it although knowing there was no way to cook the fish that fast. When I opened it, it was another just like the first one. By now they were getting busy and didn't want to ruin other guests meals so I tried to eat it it and it was so burnt and dried out it was impossible. I realize they cook them ahead of time and keep them in a warmer. But what I don't understand is how if they are obviously so burnt why a Manager or Supervisor let them use them in the first place read more

This was by far the worst BK I have ever been to. The food, at least the fries, were cold. The soda and shake machine was broken and then they charged more then should have been charged when questioned they turned around and made it seem like it was to much to ask them to do their job as they had to get a manager's card. Probably the worst service I've ever had at a burger king. Ordered 3 things and when we got up to the window the manager, who was taking our order was yelling loudly at another worker saying he was irritated at how busy it was. He then told us to pull up to the parking lot to wait for our food. 10 minutes later we got our food, and they got the order wrong. Went back in to complain and the manger acted very rudely saying it was the other workers fault because it was his first night. Won't be going back here again. read more

Stopped in about 2 weeks ago around 6:30pm. Barely any lights on, no one in the lobby, chairs upside down on the tables. I grabbed the door and the doors were locked! No signs on the door or anything. I noticed the drive thru was open, but I didn't want to eat in my car so I went to McDonalds instead. Drove by BK this past weekend about the same time and no lights on outside, no lights on in the parking lot, and no one eating inside. read more

I have always liked eating at burger king more then any burger chain in all of this country, but As of the last three visits to the Claremont n.h. burger king , I was very displeased. first visit they where long taking my order then as I arrived at the pick up window they advised me they where out of fries and mayo, the second visit a week later again took forever to get someone to take my order and it was wrong and cold, third visit I wanted quick meal but there drive through was out of order on a below zero night. needless to say I will not be revisiting that areas burger king again. I am not fond of mcdonalds but at least they are fast and accurate and are never lacking anything as of fries or mayo ect, friendlier and much quicker to respond to a customer in there drive through and it is never closed. read more

Terrible! There were a total of 4 customers there, including me. I waited almost 15 minutes for a Whopper, a chicken sandwich and fries to go. I asked for no onions and of course Onions were on it. The fries were cold. The chixken sandwich was so/so. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop and pick up food. I should have gone elsewhere! I will never go to this location again. I have never had problems at any other location before. West Lebanon, Rutland,VT., Maryland, CT, where ever! The place was dirty, completely disorganized, even with 4 employees in sight, which the *cook* yelled " what goes on a whopper?" the *Mgr* yelled back "its on the card!" To boot, the time to fill out the response on line was about 10 minutes of my time to let Corporate know the location is way below sub-par. To be fair this was about 5 weeks ago, so they may have changed things, but do yourself a favor and drive by this BK location.
