This cozy sandwich shop serves up a variety of made to order breakfast sandwiches/burritos and lunch sandwiches, cold drinks in the cooler and root veggie crisps. The bagels, muffins, breads and wraps used here are homemade as are the sauces too. When possible, the ingredients are fresh and locally sourced. The prices here are fair. There are a few tables inside the shop and a few tables outside on the wooden patio. I ordered the Hot Reel Deal Beef ($12 plus tax/$13.08) which was made to order in the open kitchen behind the counter. The sandwich I ordered was very good, which had thin sliced grilled roast beef, caramelized onions, melted cheddar, bacon, and spiced mustard on soft homemade focaccia bread, a really nice touch to make a great tasting sandwich.

The hostess was amazing -- friendly, warm, and genuinely accommodating. I ordered the curry chicken salad wrap, which was absolutely delicious -- flavorful, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The pesto macaroni salad on the side was just as impressive. Before leaving, I picked up a ginger scone to go. Later that evening in my Burlington hotel, I made a cup of tea and enjoyed that scone -- and it was fantastic. Moist, flavorful, and the perfect end to a travel day. The service is stellar! Lots of students work here and they are top notch. The food is outstanding. Their hash browns are literally the best I have ever had. They are wispy and crispy, and will not leave grease on your plate or in your belly. The eggs are always perfect, no matter how you ask for them, and the pancakes are the best you can get without making them yourself at home. They are served with a syrup, but for $2.00 extra (at the time of this posting), you can get real maple syrup instead. By the way, their coffee is not limited to regular and decaf.
