I always thought people who leave reviews for fast food or otherwise generic places were weird, but credit given where it's due and I'm a weirdo anyway. I commute EARLY from Brooklyn and this Mcdonald's is near my job, and they're always super polite and fast with my orders. I honestly wouldn't blame them for being half-awake and cranky (like most people at 7 am), but they're so friendly! It's very clean inside and is one of the newer builds with the touch screens although I don't use them since it's empty when I go bc normal people are still asleep. This McDonald's is garbage. We got in line for the drive through and when we pulled up to order they say they're closed and only doing pick ups for Uber eats. There's no signs anywhere stating this. There's a sign stating they're 24/7 though so I don't understand. Now we're currently stuck in line and we have cars in front and back. I'm pretty sure other people are in the same predicament. Pretty clean for a McDonald's according to the McDonald's billboard a vanilla cone is 150 calories....Soft serve icecream is kind of whippped so some of the volumn is air.... DO NOT GO HERE. I have been to this location three times and every time I go there is something wrong with my order or they don't have what I want. Today was the final straw. I rarely eat mc Donald's but I go for my toddler who loves the idea of a happy meal. This go round I decide to get something for myself. I ordered a meal and didn't get my fries or drink. Then was told it wasn't on my receipt (that they didn't give me) but I was looking at their order monitor and it was there. When I pointed it out, I was told that wasn't my order. But there was no one else in drive thru. Maybe I'm crazy. When the cashier finally decided I was right...they didn't have Dr Pepper so I asked for a coke...they didn't have coke. I ended up with a flat sprite. Yum. Ordered my daughter a chicken nugget happy meal for a girl with apple slices and apple juice. Got to the window and received a cheese burger meal for a boy with apple slices and milk. How this mix up occurred I'm unsure. After they "fixed" the issue, I was so annoyed I just pulled off. When I got home my should have been sandwich was a box full of nuggets and my daughter still had a boy toy. Good thing we encourage our daughter to play with anything she wants. This isn't the first time things have gone wrong. But it's the last time I'll give them the chance to get it right. read more

I don't know what's going on with this McDonald's lately within the last month. 8am morning drivethru. First of all two weeks in a row with the same server orders were incorrect. Last week asked for sausage biscuit meal, got egg McMuffin meal. Today asked for sausage biscuit, got home and I had a plain biscuit, no sausage. They have no orange juice for breakfast for two weeks that I know of. I hate to sit there in the drive through checking my meal to see if it's correct, making them feel like they don't know what they're doing, but if I go back there, I'll be checking before I pull out.
