Service was excellent, the front staff are friendly and helpful, parking was easy peasy, it wasn't crowded when I was there. I ordered the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. It was delicious. I will say the chocolate was mostly a big gooey chuck in the middle. It basically melted cause I asked for it to be warmed up. I wish it was spread evenly throughout the cookie. I ended up not eating the center due to this. Overall, great fix for my chocolate chip cookie craving.

Pulled up and noticed there was parking in the back which was great. Very convenient. The inside of the place look very bougie and the vibe was chill. The service was quick, one of the girls was already greeting me and asking if I needed assistance when I got through the door (mind you there was other people there too). Okay so on to the cookies. BROOOOOOO THESE ARE THE BEST COOKIES! Lollll I'm obsessed. I'd usually go to the city to get levain but I don't think I'd need to do that anymore. This my go to cookie shop and it's right here on the island. Definitely recommend this spot!

They used to be located in CA but moved to NY, so I followed them and order online. I order monthly Birthday Cookies for my team of 150 staff so my order size changes monthly. Everybody loves them and can't wait for their month! We've tried them all. Customer service is excellent and for shipping cross country, they package extremely well and no cookie has come broken. Impressive and great quality product!

Holy cow these cookies were DELIcIOUS! Worth the hype. Had the keep, red velvet Oreo, and sprinkle. All were amazing. Soft and just the right texture. Will def be back.

Upon arrival at problem baker, I was greeted right away. I had such a hard time choosing which cookie I wanted because they all looked delicious. I got a pack of 6 for my fiancé & I since we were undecided. The chocolate chip sea salt was the perfect combo of sweet & salty. The pistachio knafa was the most delicious cookie I've ever had in my life. They explained to me what "knafa" is because I asked. I'm glad I decided to try it because it's amazing and I would recommend it to anyone! We personally were not a fan of the reesces PB cookie. The brownie and the m&m cookie were also tasty but there was no "wow" factor compared to the chocolate chip sea salt & pistachio knafa. I will definitely be coming back to try more flavors!!

A quick and easy pick up from their stall at Philippines Fest's Ubeland! My friend and I enjoyed a classic Ube cookie from here which came individually packaged, as the Ube Dubai Chocolate cookies were already sold out. It was moist and delicious. The perfect sweet treat on this rainy day. I was very impressed with the sheer variety and volume of Ube flavored cookies. They had prepared for the special food festival and would love to see them at another event in New York City soon!

This cute little shop located in the north shore of Staten Island, is definitely a hit. My mom wanted to try it and honestly it didn't disappoint. They had about 20 cookies to choose from my mom got the Dubai Chocolate cookie which was the perfect crispy edge and soft and delicious in the middle. The coffee was strong and tasty and the service was great and attentive. Just make sure you're ready to spend $20 for one cookie and 2 coffees although it is high in price, if stays consistent it's worthy. I wish them luck and will be back try the other flavors.

First time coming in there the cookies are delicious. Took a little while to make my boyfriend's drink. The staff that we had he was by himself while there were people coming in the store. But i will definitely come back again

Been waiting for this new cookie shop to open up. They have a large variety of unique flavors. Size wise they're huge like Crumbl. The service was great. The girl who helped us was super friendly in suggesting her favorites. My kids and are all agree we like it better than Crumbl. Our favorite was the Smores. The marshmallow atop the cookie was so satisfying to pull apart.

New fave spot. I'll update once I taste the cookies. Super friendly, clean space. Bonus places to sit inside and outside (no pic)

Problem baker coffee and cookies Absolutely amazing .

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The coffee and the cookies were amazing but most importantly was the love I was embraced with as a customer made me feel like family . I'm definitely coming back.

The staff seemed unprofessional from the start. I ordered an iced matcha and was given a hot one instead. When I mentioned it, she said I had asked for hot (which I didn't), but said she'd remake it. That same day, iced drinks were advertised as 50% off, yet I was still charged full price. It was difficult to even address this because she was gossiping with her friend at the counter the entire time, which made me feel uncomfortable interrupting. The atmosphere didn't help either, the lights were off, making it feel like the business wasn't even open yet. As for the food, the Tex-Mex burrito was extremely underwhelming. It was mostly beans with barely any bacon, and at $14 it felt like an overpriced egg-and-bean burrito. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel was just okay, but the bagel itself was very hard and oddly sweet. The matcha latte was the biggest letdown, there was virtually no matcha flavor at all, it tasted like watered-down oat milk. Overall, between the service, pricing issues, and poor food quality, this place did not live up to expectations. I wouldn't recommend it.

Because the 1st time we came back in '22, on a Sunday, the entire bar was booked for some kid's birthday party. When we walked in, people looked at us like we were clearly in the wrong place (rather than tell us, nicely, that they simply weren't open to other customers). So we came back today, on a goegeous Saturday, at about 2:00 pm. Prime time for people to head out on a walk to explore Staten Island, and to grab a refreshing beer at a local brewery. And guess what? Closed, again. For another kid's party. You know how the saying goes - screw me once, shame on you. Well, this is officially 0 for 2. The kicker is that we even called ahead multiple times to try and see if they were indeed open today; got zero answers, and their voicemail is full. I've absolutely, positively no idea why this place has tremendous reviews. They absolutely stink at handling the basics of a brewery. Not to mention, and not to throw shade at the entire neighborhood, but the adjacent plaza isn't exactly visitor-friendly. Trash everywhere basically. Do yourself a huge favor and come try the nearby Craft House. They do CRAZY stuff here, such as: a) answer phones b) serve adults on a Saturday c) have good beer and good bar apps. Never trying my luck at the joke of a "Flagship" brewery again.
