Random restroom stop. We try to only stop on road trips at places we will make a purchase. I highly do not recommend stopping here. Especially since we had to get off and back on the toll road. Every single staff member had a personal conversation going on that was more important than checking on anyone in line. Slow to take the order. Slow to make the order (one milkshake). Not apologetic. I've been frequenting this McDonald's for a while, since I work in Stroud, and almost every single time I go to this McDonald's there is an issue. Either the service is incredibly slow, the order isn't correct, the soda has absolutely no carbonation in it, or the traffic is backed up to the entrance of the parking lot. I went there this evening after work to pick up dinner, I ordered hamburgers with no ketchup, no onions, with extra pickle. I got home and opened up these burgers, and there is one pickle on one hamburger and two pickles on the other hamburger. Having just one pickle on a hamburger when I asked for extra pickle is getting old, this is not the first time this has happened. And the fries were incredibly cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. At least this time the Dr Pepper actually tasted decent. read more

Would not recommend. We waited 30 minutes for our food and didn't even get everything we ordered. There were fries missing. I saw them in the back making my milkshake and they couldn't even figure out how to work it. I ended up seeing them make it with just normal ice cream after 5 minutes of trying. After that we told them we would go without it and left. As we were getting in our car someone with my milkshake came out and gave it to us. The sad thing is that it wasn't even an employee and a random person who had also been waiting for a while. The only people working there were older people and younger people. The only good thing I have to say about that is that the manager was yelling at them. read more

Waited 30 minutes bc they were making "bacon" for the burger I ordered. In that thirty minutes a manger, I assume, sat a kid down right next to me and reprimanded him for being late. Seems like there is a better time and place to do that. Shortly after that two workers were getting into an argument and dropping f bombs. Now back to the burger. After they finally made the bacon 30 minutes later, I open it up and it was one piece of undercooked bacon. Not mention the soggy fries they gave me. When I used to order breakfast here, half the time they would not put utensils in the bag. I always ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes which require using utensils because you can't eat pancakes with your bare hands but apparently they don't get this here. They are constantly changing the numbers of the extra value meals. I almost always order the two cheeseburger and fry and drink combo but they have change the number of it probably four times. So when you go to order it by the number that you have always used they act like you're stupid because they don't have that number anymore when it's their fault because they continually change the number. So the latest issue I have with them is changing the time that they stop serving breakfast. It's always been 11 o'clock but recently they decided they're going to stop serving breakfast before 1030.I work at night, so that makes it hard for me to get there before 1030 and I don't want to eat lunch as soon as I wake up in the morning read more

Fire everyone and start over! Ice cream machine is always "broken" because "no one has been trained to clean it". Fry cooker alarm stays on for an average of 30 seconds every time Employers are more interested in who knows what, than insuring customers come back.. Probably a good group of people work here but there's no glue to put it all together...sad. read more

My Dad, Mom and I have been all over the US and this is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. They messed up our order 3 times and the customer service was terrible. The food was cold, they tried to make us pay after messing the order up and then my mom slipped and fell outside the restaurant. I have never written a review before but I had to because the people were so rude. I'm never going to give them another dollar as long as I live. read more
