Rude! I have been here a few times and there are never friendly. Today I stopped by the drive thru at 4am and all I got was "our system is down". What does that even mean? If it's the credit card machine then ask if I have cash. If you can't serve food why even be open. Turn the lights off to let people know you are closed. Nice they rebuild it, but it still sucks. Ordered at 4am and I've been sitting in line for 20 mins. Line of cars behind me. And when I finally got my food, the hashbrowns were cold. Unfortunate they spent all that time making it look all nice and renovated, but the quality and service sucks. I get it's early but it's a 24/7 McDonald's, should've just gone to the one up the road by giant much better service and way quicker, just wanted to give this one a try since they renovated it. ordered several double cheese burgers without pickles. it should have ketchup, mustard and onions on it. instead of making us NEW sandwiches without pickles like normal human beings, they took some that were sitting there and scraped everything off and wrapped it back up and gave it us. so we ended up with nasty ssa plain double cheese burgers. you can tell it was onions on it originally. I don't expect much out of a McDonald's restaurant. But I do expect that when the lights are on, that someone will be home! I stopped by this McDonald's location on a Friday morning before work because I wanted a large McDonald's coffee. I love McDonald's coffee! Love it! All the lights were on. There were people milling about inside. However, when I got to the drive-through, there was a sign taped or the drive-through microphone that said, "This location is closed until 6 AM." It was the Friday after Thanksgiving. But, it's also Black Friday. It's not unreasonable to think that if all the lights were on, on Black Friday nonetheless, that the location would be open. I just with they'd have a little more situational aware Update: I wish I could give negative stars. How about some basic customer service?? Please and Thank You go a long way. No receipt! That seems to be the norm with the fast food places on Allentown Rd. There is no proof I purchased food there. If I get sick or any other disputable interaction; I have no proof. They have all of the outlets blocked with a cover and and combination lock, the cashier is nonchalant and is texting instead of calling the next customer and even the men's toilet is locked and not one of the employees has any ideas how to open it. read more

Service is horrible, been waiting on the drive thru for over 45+ mins. When I got to the intercom to order no one spoke for about 15 mins. I continued to say hi or hello but no one answered. I was about to drive off when someone answered and they told me to wait I waited for about 8 mins before asking if we could order. They told me at the window it's only cash, luckily I had cash. Clearly the owner of this McDonald's doesn't care about all these other customers complaining! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! The line here is always long due to inefficient time management and disorganized employees. Even when visiting this store as early as 5:30 and the doors are still locked when clearly the hours posted at the front door say it should be open, have seen on numerous occasions customers just walk away and go to dunkin doughnuts right next door and give them there hard earned money instead due to this inconvenience. The food here is just as bad as the service, last time I checked egg McMuffins are supposed to be soft not stale. Also note to management you shouldn't dump all your trash and rotten food on the walk way right next to the drive through menu believe it or not most folks don't wanna smell garbage when purchasing your food. read more

So I placed my Oder for Dbl Cheese meal. And was informed they only had Nuggets, and Quarter Cheese! Really out of ten plus meals only serving two. So I just ordered large fry and coke. Waited and waited no reply. So I said Hello to verify my order and heard "huh". So pulled around and the employee had headphones in and wasn't even in a uniform. So every time I go here, I'm reminded why this is the worst McDonald's I've been to anywhere in the US or even overseas. The parking stalls are all the appropriate size for a tiny Fiat or Smart car, so door dings are almost inevitable. The parking lot is laid out poorly and is exacerbated by the long waits and lines in the drive thru preventing people from leaving the parking lot. The service is horrendous due to lack of training. What is the manager doing? - The staff does not know how to make mochas, or any other type of coffee. The poor kid that was checking me out tried, but what I got was not a mocha. It was basically regular coffee with a little syrup. - They were servicing the frappe machine at 930am instead of early in the morning or the middle of the night when the sell the least amount of frappes...no, they choose the middle of breakfast when people drink the most amount of coffee. The poor kid taking my order asked when they would be done cleaning the machine, and they told him they didn't know. - The staff at the registers is slow and inattentive due to lack of training. - The manager asked me what I was waiting on after waiting for ten minutes for my mochas. When I told her, she poured me coffee instead. When I told her again that I ordered mochas, she looked at me like it was my fault that she didn't understand me and hadn't bothered to check the monitors. She never went over to the young guy checking me out when he asked for help in making the mochas, and predictably they were made incorrectly. When she realized that I hadn't ordered coffee but had ordered mochas, she poured the coffee back into the coffee pot and left the cups on the counter to reuse...along with other trash. Where is the owner of this store? Have they visited lately? After I finally got my food, the guy next to me said, "This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to." I couldn't have said it any better. Guess I'll have to go back later to see if they can actually replace my coffees with what I ordered...unfortunately. read more

This is not a good McDonald's. over the past 4 years, the service has been slow... super slow. You will wait on the drive thru line for a long period of time. When you finally reach the first window to pay, the attendant (different ones too) never greets you, a smile is out of the question, sometimes "yawning out loud," never friendly and makes you want to run! I'm not sure what takes so long for the food to arrive at the second window. Sometimes when you pull up to the 2nd line, the attendant is not there. The food is average. They are a little slow and they never put enough water in the oatmeal. It's will be chunky unless you tell them beforehand to put a little more water. However, my food has ALWAYS been hot and the smoothies don't taste watered down like at some other locations. The customer service is fine, not great, but acceptable. read more
