I never did get to taste my food the drink was flat and had no bubbles . We ordered and drove to the next window to pay and we did .we then went to the next one to get the food . They said your food will be ready in a few minutes just pull forward to the pickup spot and we will bring it right to you. We waited for over 30 minutes we finally went in and they said " oh" we must've forgot about it sorry . They gave us the refund and we left . Never coming back . The parking lot was dirty there was a trail of a mysterious substance through the whole lot that looked like dog vomit. read more

This place is a complete joke. Waited over 20 minutes in spot one because "we didn't have someone to run it out to you". Food was cold and of course no refund or no offer to remake the food. It's pretty sad when the drive through is moving but multiple people's food in curbside and or waiting from the drive through is getting cold. NEVER going back to this shithole! read more

8/4/23 11:55am.Ordered via mobile app. Went inside. Received bag but no cup. An older woman with glasses literally yelled at my wife as she announced to the restaurant if you ordered on the kiosk, you needed to stand in the regular line to get a cup for you order. Sorry lady, this is a mobile order and why is it so difficult to give us our complete order. This is not rocket science, it's burgers so drop the attitude. This was definitely a sad experience and I'm not sure if I ever wanna come back. I walked in and I was in a time crunch already and figured McDonald's would be some good tasty fast food that I could get and leave. After ordering, I had to wait at least 10 to 20 minutes before I got any of my food and keep in mind, I'm still in a time crunch. But whatever at least I got my food or so I thought walking out to the car, I realized they didn't give me my drink. I went back inside to get my drink to which there is no one running cashier, which was also happening when I first walked in. It's just I ordered through the mobile kiosk so it didn't matter. But now I'm standing here waiting with no one to give me my drink. Finally one lady walks over after definitely not washing her hands because keep in mind. I just watched this lady drop her dirty vest on the ground and struggled to pick it up and touch the floor multiple times before walking over to me and aggressively, and in a rude manner, asking what I wanted, and then scoffed and handed me a cup. You could tell from walking in that the staff was completely unorganized and running around. The staff was arguing with each other over wearing vest and it was not a good environment to be in. Also, not sure if I mentioned it, but the floors were so slippery and dirty you could slide across them and it was disgusting. read more

A male manager gave us a free meal because our last one was messed up. He signed the reciept saying we could have the whole thing replaced the next time we came in. Well we went through tonight to have it replaced and the man who was cashing us out was very polite, but when he brought the manager Nicole over to see the reciept she pretty much accused of us signing the managers name saying this isnt his signature, and was completely rude to us treating us like we were trash. Very unprofessional and then walked off slamming the window shut and then you could hear her yelling at her employees. She does not seem like the type of person who should have a management position...as a restaurant manager myself i would never have someone who has such poor customer service in that position. read more

When I went into this McDonald's there was water everywhere and I slipped on it and my ass got all wet and there was no wet floor sign and When I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich but I got a 5 piece chicken nugget's like how do you mess that up and I told them that the order was wrong and the worker said "sorry but it's not my dam problem" so I don't recommend going here read more

Probably my favorite restaurant in town. Not as clean and tidy as you'd think although the speed is average and workers are kind.

This is probably my favorite fast food restaurant in Sullivan. It may not be the healthiest, but the health services would have shut it down if it were really unhealthy. Overall good and delicious food (especially the fries). It is savory and sometimes rich tasting. I would recommend if you aren't on a (strict) diet. The only thing I would add is some healthier options, like salad. But, that's all I think I could improve for the food. Inside the Mc Donald's isn't that sanitary, especially the play place. But overall not a bad Mc Donald's. read more
