The worst McDonald's I have ever been to in this entire country. The worst service. Pathetic excuses for employees. You're lucky if you get what you order. And this morning I waited 20 minutes, in the parking lot, for a cup of coffee that never came. TWENTY MINUTES! I had to leave without it and I was running late. Sulphur Louisiana has the business!! Macdonald on Ruth Street is usually busy and a great experience. 2 stars because there was barely a line at 7am in the morning I have worked for McDonald's so I know what a breakfast and lunch rush can be like. However we had a fairly simple order. Hot cakes only, small hot coffee, medium vanilla ice coffee, and an oatmeal. My "coffee" was just cream and vanilla syrup (looks like it and tastes like it) we asked for syrup and was told there was some in the bag. (There wasn't) and she had an attitude. Also had to ask for butter and coffee creamer‍ This is why morning prep is important and your store runner needs to be on there game. read more

We were driving thru this town and decided to stop for breakfast. We went thru drive thru and ordered coffee with sugar and cream on the side along with the other items. We paid at first window and went to second window to pick up. I quickly looked through bags and saw no sugar and cream, states clearly on receipt tho, and no straws so we asked for those items. Instead of her just handing the sugar and cream, she tells us to pull up and wait. My husband asked if that was necessary for just that and she said yes to move up. We sat there for 10 mins and no one came. Side door was locked. We had to call inside twice because they hung up on us the first time we asked. Finally we were able to get the items after waiting 15 mins just for what we asked for in the beginning. Very rude workers. I only gave 2 stars cause the food was good. Employees ignored me for 10 minutes and I left the store. When i saw I was charged for the meal I went back for the meal. I got the meal and wanted to buy a coffee. But no one came to take my order. I waited for 5 minutes to get the attention no one cared. They just walked in front of me or just showing their backs, One Spanish employee was talking to her Spanish customers. Others just didn't care. Maybe employees including manager need to pay attention to the customers. In weekends whole place is amazing. read more

the absolute worst mcdonald's in the world I believe. one time I went in there and a sweaty 13 year old kid with stains on his anime shirt handed me my order. the food is always dry, most the time it's cold, 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. the staff never looks clean, sometimes you have to wait 45 minutes in the drive through. they do not care about their customers, the kids they hire absolutely have no respect for anyone, and they can barely cook the food right. I've served tables for years, I've even cooked at some restaurants. For someone to mess up a mcdonald's burger that bad, they must be mentally ill. for example, i ordered a quarter pounder, when I opened it up, ketchup covered the top bun, there was no cheese, and the patty was half way out of the bun. IF ANYONE AT MCDONALD'S CORPORATE SEES THIS, PLEASE FIX IT. Typically you order a large fry and it's only halfway filled at times you ask for them to fill it and they will fill it to the bare minimum of extra. We ate at this location while traveling and it was really dirty. The tables were dirty, soda fountain area was dirty and the restrooms were dirty. The food didn't seem fresh at all. I ordered a cheeseburger with no onions and it just seemed like they scraped off the onions of a burger they had already sitting there. I wouldn't recommend stopping at this mcds, with all the other fast-food options that are nearby. read more

For a fast food place I already prepare myself with some moderate to low expectations. My toddler even said "EW MOMMY!!!" Everything tasted like it was made last week. Overdone fries and nuggets, stale buns, etc. I felt like I was eating that experiment where they leave the fast food out for months and it still looks the same. How is this place still in business? I placed order was pulled over waited 10 minutes it came out wrong the whole idea of fast food is speedy but accurate service not at this place. 3 times that's a record this place is neither fast food nor is accurate period you may as well say fix however you want to because that is how it comes out. Today at approximately 6:15am I had to stop by to get some food and because I needed to stretch from a long drive. I have a pet cat with me so I wrapped it up in a blanket and brought it with me inside since I didn't know how long I was going to be away from my car. While I was deciding on what to get, the manager comes to me and says " you need to get out, you can't eat in here, we don't allow animals. I replied, "I'm not eating here. Then she said you can't stay here". I told her I wasn't staying there." And her final answer was "Well you need to get out NOW." And I left the restaurant and had a friend order the food for me. She was very rude with her approach and her tone of voice. There are better ways to talk to a customer and inform them that animals are not allowed. I have brought my cat with me into other fast food restaurants and had no problems. Short chubby blonde lady. She should not be a manager anywhere. Zero customer service skills. read more

This was the dirtiest McDonalds I have EVER been in. The men's restroom had no toilet paper. The woman's restroom had dirty diapers everywhere. Employees were sleeping in the booths and on a smoke break.....meanwhile ALL trash cans were over flowing and trash all over the restaurant!!
