I placed an online payment order and had it set to pick up, the money got taken out of my account and i drove up to Mcdonald's, there i spent 36 minutes just for them to finally tell me my order was canceled (it was canceled by them) and i had talk to the lady at the front as soon as i walked in and she said "hold on just a moment please" then i showed her my order and she puts it in directly from what it said i ordered, and i still somehow managed to not get everything i ordered, new look, same place read more

I have no issues to speak of. The food was good and came out pretty quickly. They even accommodated my request for no biscuit with my order. The food was warm and well-cooked. We ate near the front not realizing there were tables on the other side of the restaurant. No problem though. Parking is easy but navigating around the drive through traffic can by an issue. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. One of my sandwich's buns were so burnt that it crumbled when I bought it and my other two had two bottom buns on one and two top buns on the other one. It took me 35 mins to get three sandwiches the server was very rude and rushed me while I was taking my order. The place is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 6 months. Almost everytime I come here they give an excuse why they can't make my food. Today I went to get a smoothie, apparently they were "cleaning" so I asked for a sundae same thing. This was at about 4pm. I went last night and they said the same thing. Another time they told me they don't serve ice cream after 9pm. Horrible! Consistently leave food items off order, fries never fresh and if they are it's like hitting the lottery. Even if you ask for fresh fries, they say "sure," they still give you room temp fries. Ice cream machine always being cleaned. Service isn't slow, it's fast - but that's bc they don't worry if you have all your food. Drinks always overflow and dripping when they hand them to you. Buns dry and crack when you try to eat your burger. These are all consistent issues and why most people have to be desperate to go! read more

TERRIBLE! I frequent this McDonald's because I live in the area and I usually tolerate the horrible service but tonight is the final straw. I will NEVER go back here again and will go to any other fast food chain before this McDonald's. For starters, every time we go after midnight, no one answers at the drive-thru intercom when there are clearly and obviously people there and they're open 24 hours. I came through the drive-thru and no one answered at the intercom-- we drove up and there was a young male employee at the closed window, playing on his phone. Whenever we eat here, the fries are usually not filled all the way nor the drinks. It's just very aggravating-- I don't get this sort of service when I go to any other McDonald's out of town. The service is slow and the workers seem more than incompetent. And it's not just particular workers that are incompetent; it's the overall staff. This isn't a single incident either; this has happened several times in the course of over the past year or so. I know that cheap food is cheap but cheap food doesn't mean cheap BAD service. I could go anywhere else in town and I am not treated like this. I don't understand why this McDonald's is just so bad... DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Jack in the Box. Wendy's. Whataburger. My brother, mother, and I went here at 4:32PM today on the way to Pittsburg, TX. I wanted the #15 Southern Style Chicken Sandwich, a Yogurt Parfait, and a large iced sweet tea. Here are the problems: The #15 Southern Style Chicken Sandwich, I found out that this McDonald isn't selling that sandwich anymore. Come on! I usually go for that every time I go to a McDonald's! :/ The Yogurt Parfait, McDonald's ran out of it! Again, I order that alongside the #15 sandwich every time I go to a McDonald's! It made me so mad that I even refused a pie as a complementary order... The iced sweet tea is the only one left on my order list still available and it tasted perfect though... Obviously, this McDonald's need to know the customers' opinions before jumping into conclusion and making corporate decisions on what not to sell without telling the customer which food isn't on the menu..... It's not as bad as everyone says it is. Just make sure to check your order before diving away. In the rush of trying to get food out fast they miss things. The auto drink maker doesn't top off drinks after foaming up so I've had a few under pours and asked to be topped off. A little lacking on quality control (checking order before handing it off), and that is probably due to poor leadership and lack of proper training of new hires (cutting corners). We drive through this area every Sunday and the service is normally less than average. Because of this we have been stopping at other places on our drive but this past Sunday night we found ourselves in Sulphur Springs before 10 p.m. The sign on the door said they closed at 11 p.m. and the door was open. We walked inside to be greeted by a woman behind the counter arriving inside hollering at like we had just broke in and were told we needed to leave because they were closed. We were more than shocked to say the least. My husband said something about the sign saying they were open and the lady behind the counter began hollering at him and being very belligerent towards us for coming in this store. She said the sign was wrong and that they closed at 10 p.m. (it was about 9:50 or 9:55 p.m. when we were in the store). From now on, it's Whataburger next door - which by the way - was very clean, friendly, and the food is much better. read more
