My husband and I always get the big plate and share it . It's getting less and less food every time we go. But if you will notice the employees when they go to lunch they get there own food that plate is loaded down and you can tell it's heavy. I wish they would fix the customer's plate like they do ours. If we get the grilled chicken and they always knock some off your plate. I believe that is very rude. The last time we eat there the girl gave us on cup of rice one cup of noodles. There going to start losing customers if they keep that up. It was more like a sample plate. Unbelievable. But the employees plats staked full which is so wrong. They act like they hate there job. No one smiles are speaks. I hope they will get better if not they may be the next restaurant closing. How said they treat customers. The lady working at 3:30pm at this location completely messed up my order. I asked for a singular order of orange chicken and a singular order of shrimp and she charges me the price of a "bigger plate" then proceeds to give me cream cheese wonton when I ordered an egg roll. The staff was completely incompetent and seemed to not know which was was up or down. read more

I love panda so this isn't against the business but against this specific location. Horrible customer service and stingy. The food is inconsistent and almost every time i have to wait. Whenever i get two plates they refuse to give me more than 2 soy sauce packets and it wouldn't be a problem but the fried rice tastes like they mixed some veggies into some white rice and called it a day. read more

I have never once had a good experience at this panda express. i always ask for extra soy sauce and the lady at the window is always rude about having to give it to me. most the time she still doesn't give enough maybe like 3 pacs and i always order 2 bowls so i have to go inside to get more. the manager is never there to talk about employees attitudes and i never really complain bc i work at fast food but that is TERRIBLE service. read more

Big fan of the orange chicken & the string bean chicken. Instead of picking one side, they let me have half chow mein and half fried rice. Best of both worlds. There's usually a little lag in drive-thru. Loved Junior in the drive-thru though. Awesome attitude & great service. read more

Fantastic service and yummy food. We stopped in here on our way to Canada... yes, I said Canada !! And we didn't want burgers or fries. We were greeted immediately by friendly staff and especially Jesus! He made some food items fresh for us and checked back to make sure all was deelish! Do not waste your time at this location. They have charged my card twice before and refused to refund the order later. They are always out of food and never plan to make anymore. Came tonight with 45 minutes to close and they only had white rice and a couple of food options. they like to close the grills early so they can clean up and get out of there. I always try to go when a guy name "Brandon" is cooking because it just taste so dang good! If I go and he's not cooking it just taste nasty. I don't know what it is but that boy can cook! I like getting the rice when he cooks it, anybody else it's bits of burnt and hard pieces. But every time I go there's not a line and I have to wait 5-10 minutes before I get served. We order take out from here about once per month. It seems you have to go right at the right time for fresh food. They seem to be short handed some of the time and tend to forget to put things in your bag that you've asked for. When you go at a good time (when the food is fresh), the food is great. I like seeing all the fresh veggies through the glass door of the fridge. Among my favorites are the ribs, honey walnut shrimp, grilled chicken (without the teriyaki sauce), honey sesame chicken, and the steak. Unfortunately several of those are either seasonal (meaning they come and go) or specialty (meaning they cost more). The dining room is sometimes a mess with trash on the floor and dirty tables, but not always. They have a great flavored tea (passion fruit, I think). I like to mix the unsweetened flavored tea with the peach tea from the fountain. But I'm odd like that. Try it, you may like it too. read more

There is a production issue at this restaurant. I've been there a few times and you usually have to wait for them to prepare part of your order. Tonight for example, we selected six items and they were out of three of them. Waited about 6 minutes or so. I don't ever have this issue with Panda Express anywhere else. Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants. However, today's visit was very disappointing. My wife and I were standing in line. My wife's order was taken. I was ignored as the server was exclusively attending to the drive through customers. My wife's order was sitting on the counter and getting cold. The cashier did not attend to her because the cashier abruptly began filling a take-out party pack order for another customer. In that I was not getting waited on and the cashier ignored my wife, we told the staff that we were leaving because Panda's attention was exclusively on the drive through customers. read more

Well, the customer service was great and the food was delicious, but what impressed me the most was what happened when I was almost finished with my meal. A bad storm was blowing into town with a possible tornado, and the warning sirens started going off. They started closing the restaurant but the manager came to us customers and told us we were welcome to stay until it was safe to leave. Later he informed us more about what he had heard about the storm and said if need be we could all go into the cooler for safety if a tornado was detected in town. The staff was cortious, kind, and helpful. Kudos! read more
