I love their sunday ice creams. They are generous with their fudge and caramel which I appreciate. These are served warm on top of pretty creamy ice cream flavor of your choice and often go for the traditional vanilla flavor. They have tons of other ice cream flavors on the refrigerated areas along with other dairies like milk and cream. I like their german chocolate ice cream in particular- very rich chocolate and very creamy. I do not recommend their burgers and other savory entrees since they are not that great. Mind you, this is ice creamery not a burger or sandwich joint so this is expected. They do have a little sitting areas to eat in the store right next to the ice cream stands. It isn't much but if you are in a hurry to eat asap, this comes in handy. read more

We stopped in a Sunday night at around 8:30pm on a trip home. Waited at least 5 minutes to order with no line- plenty of workers- no one even acknowledged we were there. A simple "we'll be right with you" would have sufficed. The food and shakes were good as always. Then I went to the market to get bread and milk, again waited a long while before being checked out. Lastly, there are no changing tables for babies in their restaurant. This is a family restaurant. They have a kids menu. People are going to bring babies. Babies have wet and dirty diapers. I can understand if they are super busy, it's hard to keep tables clean, but there was only 1 other table being occupied. She stated she had called our number several times and since no one responded, she was just bringing it!? I was in the restroom, only washing my hands, MAYBE a minute! The food is consistent. It is a normal good burger Braums. They do make the limeade correctly which is a bonus! The staff needs some work though! Most are not friendly at all and in fact they can be pretty rude. But if you like Braums you know what your gonna get. read more

this is a review for their ice cream only! i only ever get ice cream at braum's. i know its not the best ice cream or the most expensive, but it is DARN GOOD and comes in DARN BIG portions for the amount of money you pay. i love the mint chocolate chip, cherries and pecans, chocolate walnut mix. My family and I ate at this location on Saturday, June 16th. All of us commented on how good the food was, especially the salads -- but there were flies all around us, and I happened to look up at the ceiling and saw a layer of dust on the ceiling fans above our heads. I purchased buns and milk last week but the the milk went bad just days later,even though the expiration date showed the milk to be good for one more week. They would not exchange the milk without a receipt. Even with the milk bad in a Braums container. Will not shop there again. read more

so I live ten miles out of sulphur springs and i go to braums to get yogurt. after three times going there in a row they were out of yogurt and i had to drive back home mad and empty handed. the employees are not very hospitable. usually i am there at night and one day while i was waiting for yogurt (when they had it) one employee walked out on his cell while smoking at the front door with blue jeans sagging and underwear showing. another employee inside was hanging in the loddy chatting and one poor young man with glasses was waiting on me and looked like he was working his tail off. on one trip there was a very rude lady that made my yogurt and didnt speak a word to me when handing it to me. i love the yogurt but the employees need some work and the store needs some cleaning. eeehhhh! read more
