Five Stars All the Way! Now, I'm not usually the type to leave reviews for fast food, but this experience absolutely deserves one. From start to finish, the staff at this McDonald's were perfect. The manager and her team were working under serious pressure, but you'd never know it by how smoothly they handled everything. I have high blood pressure, so I always order my food with no salt and season it myself. Not only did the manager listen carefully to my request, but she also double-checked my entire order to make sure everything was right. That level of attention is almost unheard of in fast food, and it really impressed me. Despite being slammed with orders, the manager kept calm, stayed professional, and even jumped in to help other customers while running the crew like a well-oiled machine. The food? Hands down the best McDonald's meal I've ever had--hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. And let me just say, for anyone doubting this location because of old reviews--you couldn't be more wrong. This place was spotless, the staff was friendly and efficient, and it's clearly thriving. If you're looking for a cheat meal that's worth every bite, don't overlook this McDonald's. It's not going anywhere, and honestly, it's setting the standard for how fast food should be done. It's been newly renovated and it's beautiful inside there. read more

I do not recommend this McDonald's all I wanted was two shakes and the girl with short gray hair was very rude to me saying that I can use the app and a whole bunch of other nonsense if I owned this restaurant I would be embarrassed Update: I went again at 12:30 their website says closed at 1:00 the hours on the store say they close at 1:00, I wanted at the drive thru and no one responded, I pull up to the window and watched 4 different workers walk by and I was trying to get their attention, after about 5 minutes one of them finally came, he told me they were closed I showed explained the different places that said that they would in fact be open until 1:00 and they seemed very high off pot and was being very disrespectful, I hate to be that person who always complains but I feel I've needed to be that person at this location to manny times read more

This is the worst McDs in the area. No one can speak English. I order nugget meals for my kids and they charged me for the sauces. Is this new? I asked and all I got was "uh yeah no you pay for sauce." Unbelievable. It's a shame cuz it actually looks pretty clean and maintained but you can't fix garbage people. read more

I've eaten here a few times many years ago before Yelp. I was driving from point A to point B a couple of days ago and planned to stop at a different location until I spotted this one. So I stopped and went in. Using the App I ordered a Double Fish Sandwich for $1 and a large Diet Coke. When I sat down I opened and found a Single Fish. My receipt showed Double Fish so I went back to the counter to have it fixed. There were three people there all involved in addressing an issue with a drive thru customer that took about five minutes. Finally someone came over, listened to the problem, looked at the receipt, threw the Single Fish away, and had a fresh Double Fish prepared for me. I was intending to write a low review mainly because of the error and delay to fix it. Before I got around to writing it, I was driving directly past this location again today on the way to an appointment and decided to try again. This time I ordered a $1 Double Cheeseburger, again with the App. This time the experience was different. The order placement went fast, the girl taking the order was pleasant and smiling, I received exactly what I ordered, and it was fast! Now on both visits the food was hot and good. So for now, I'll just average the two visits for this review. Next time will be a tie breaker! read more

This is a review for McDonald's as a company. The staff is always courteous. But McDonald's prices have risen, and the quality has sunk. Why the greed? Did they forget why people went there? Because it's cheap when you are at the end of your paycheck. People never went there for the quality, it's not great, it was just consistent. Tina at the drive thru window was MEAN! I didn't realize when I ordered that they missed a fry, pulled up, the guy at the payment window was great! Pulled up for food, she shoved a bag out the window and said "JUST WAIT FOR THE REST" (which was 2 mcflurries & a fry)! and slammed the window shut, gets the flurries hands me those without a word, I said "I'm just waiting on a med fry still?" She YELLED "NO YOU'RE NOT! IT'S NOT ON THE SCREEN, YOU DIDN'T ORDER IT!" To which I replied, "Okaaaaay, well can I add it now?" (her screaming again) "3.81 IF YOU NEED FRIES!" I asked for additional hot sauce and the woman with a braided bun said "there's hot sauce in the bag" I said "could I have a few additional please", she yelled to another person in the kitchen, that person said "I put some in the bag", the woman said in front of me " well, you know how they like to complain" in reference to me.. Came here in the morning for a coke. The coke was extremely watered down. Not much sweet taste or carbonation. I also got two breakfast sandwiches for my coworker. He said they tasted amazing and fresh, better than the ones he had at Tim Horton's. It was really cheap, 2 for $4 deal going on right now. Tried to order the $1 McDouble (special) using their app. Cashier said, "$2.11" I showed her the $1 price on my iPhone screen ... and she began shouting about the computer being wrong. The (cough) Manager declined to engage. So I canceled my order, and she began shouting about that ... I tried to order food at 9:30pm and the lady stated they were only doing door dash. So if I sit in your parking lot and order through door dash you'll cook food for me... I think the employees at this location are just lazy and don't want to work. When I went to the counter to ask for a refill, they informed me that they do not give refills and I'd have to buy another pop! I went to McDonalds to pick up some chicken nuggets for my daughter and son. My sons mean was perfectly fine, while my daughters was not. I ordered 10 Nuggets for her and ended up with 2. One of them had a bite taken out of it. There was ranch everywhere and all over the nuggets. McDonalds literally gave my family trash. Actual garbage. I mean, I don't enjoy saying this. But when a business is "open late", maybe until 1-am, 12 am.. or even 11 PM... you don't shut the damn ice cream machine off tween 9:00pm-10 o'clock. 3 fuckin hours before closing. Listen- until you close those doors up, lock that shit, served your LAST CUSTOMER OF THE NIGHT, you WILL not stop serving half the god damn menu because of this lack of effort. You chose a job that works late hours. It's frustrating I get that, I've been there so myself. I get it. But I've worked in REAL restaraunts. and you don't shut off half the equipment just so you don't have to deal with staying an extra 15 minutes after closing to properly clean and sanitize the 2 machines that are automically operated, which means THEY WORK BUY THEMSELVES. 9/10 times ive gone to this location, no one gives a shit about service. They sound kind on the speaker but the food is slapped together like a Ron Jeremy swinging sausage fingers flat onto a table meant for a Gallagher's mallet. Like, take a look at that sandwich next time, and you'll see what I mean when I say SLAPPED together. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The people inside are so rude. I have been to this McDonalds two days in a row and both times they were extremely rude. And there prices go up like every week. When I asked about the McDonald's awards they acted like they never heard of it. The girl with the blue hair kept rolling her eyes and having a fit. And she didn't even have her hair up. This McDonalds should be avoided at all cost, all their prices are way higher than any other one I've been to with 3 Mcchickens costing over 6$. With this price you don't receive better service though with food orders being wrong, cashier improperly entering food into system and blaming customers, (which happened to several people who were at the store while I was there), the fries that my co worker ordered were half full with the amount equaling less than a medium and he ordered a large. Staff was also unfriendly and rude. All around terrible experience and would highly recommend going to any other fast food location in the area. read more

This is probably the most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever been to. I went thru the drive thru and I'm waiting and waiting and keep waiting thinking someone is going to finally help but I guess I was wrong cause even after screaming "hello" no one helped me so I decided to leave but as I was leaving I see a lady with a headset at the drive thru window on her phone not helping me or any other customers. I don't get how you can hire people that don't even want to bother with taking your order. If I could give zero stars I would. So I ordered my family's meal via the app for the first time (yes, I'm old). Pulled into my spot and thought "how great is this!!". A minute later, an employee brought my order out to my car. "Awesome!! Easy!!" I thought - until she walked away without a word and I checked my bags. I realized I was missing a couple items. Bummed, and angry, I had to shut off my car and go in to the restaurant. Of course it was packed, so several minutes later, I was finally addressed. Minutes after that, I was back on my way to my car and on my way home. However, something still felt wrong. More than halfway home, I realized they forgot a THIRD item. Super angry now, I returned to the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager. The "manager" came over and seemed like she couldn't care less about the inconvenience caused. Had to get back in line to order the other meal that the counter person didn't get, even after saying we wanted 2 of the same meals. Then the lady that gave me my food still messed up my order and was going to give me someone else's. I had to correct it before leaving and she didn't bother to apologize or say anything at all. I can't say anything that hasn't been said. This place is the best place to go if you like your fast food slow and your orders wrong. I have sworn this place off but relented when my son wanted to go. Boooooo!!! KFC went belly up and was replaced with Checkers. Burger King has died a slow painful death. I suppose it has to do with location and inability to get good help. Whatever the reason, this place and the others on Fast Food Row are snake bitten are sadly a last resort if I haven't prepared dinner or have time to sit down somewhere. Been going to this McDonald's on and off for the past 5 years it's usually hit or miss, last time i was in everything was a mess I was sure to never return, I called to address the matter and spoke to the manager David he reassured me that next time and every time after that I come in he would make sure I get great service with fresh cook to order food, I pulled through the drive thru recently, and it was late night, saw a line and thought to myself no way will I get a hands down meal. My husband and I take tomatoes off or minus the lettuce on some sandwiches. I figured they will not get the order right, I asked for David and sure enough he was there, I placed my order and when I got home, let me tell you David and his staff did an exceptional job, in all my years of eating McDonald's hands down best meals ever. For one our sandwiches were cook to order hot and fresh, the French fries fresh and hot as well, all the condiments I asked for, and napkins too. I must say this will have to be my number one McDonald's from now on, David and his staff really changed my mind from never visiting this McDonald's to my go to for a last minute dinner run. David and his staff sure satisfied the "Customer Satisfaction" guarantee. read more

I don't need to go into details on the food because we've all been to a McDonald's; so let me explain why I will not go to this or any of the fast food joints in this particular strip. Service. Plain and simple. Yes I understand you work at McDonalds and wish you didn't. But you do, so I expect the same care with my order and respect that I give to my customers at my job. They may have only gotten my order completely wrong 2 or 3 times at this location, but that's enough for me to stop going. But what really made me stop is the crappy attitude I get 9 times out of 10. And as for their drive through ( I hate all drive thrus but this really does it..) their recording says "please place your order when ready". Right when pulling up to the box. But beware. If you don't start placing your order within 5 seconds of that recording, you'll have a frustrated cashier who might as well be saying: "Wtf do you want?????" well damn!
