This McDonald's is the closest to my house, so this is the one I go to the most often. It's a typical McDonald's. Typical employees. Nothing super special, but I will say that it has gotten loads better than it used to be. The play area is a lot larger. No more buzzing lights and swarming flies. We doordash from here often and it's great. Food comes fast and we have never gotten a bad order. My few complaints are that you can only order from the kiosks. I don't like that at all. Takes a lot longer to order and it gets confusing when you need specific orders. The drive thru is also terrible at night. Long long waits. This location is near my home so I tend to eat here more than other locations. It is the typical McDonald's fair. They have teenage staff who are not overly friendly to take your order, or you can opt for the kiosk to order. I'm usually not in the mood to surf the kiosk so I just brave the counter and hope they punch it in correctly. The latest visit was wrought with flies swarming the inside of the restaurant. It was all I could do to wait for the order and run outside to escape the attack. I guess I should take my husband's advice and go to the drive up next time. read more

I was in the outside lane to get my son a happy meal and sat there while 4 cars on the inside lane ordered. The staff here were very friendly. As soon as we walked in, they welcomed us and asked how we were doing today. The store was very clean and restrooms were spotless. The food on the other hand, awful. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich and the chicken was most definitely past its holding time. It was dry, and hard to bite into. The staff was friendly and helpful in taking our order (like it should be... aka customer service) despite me being upset with the horrible ordering scenario. Here is the summarized email that I sent to the email on the receipt: We had to repeat our order at least 3 times. (Not a huge deal.) After paying, when we pulled up to the 2nd window, we had to repeat everything a minimum or 2-3 times. Employees were doing stuff on their cell phones. The McDonald's was out of Ranch dressing. We realized the French fries were missing from our bag and were told to double-check under everything. It was clear nothing could be hiding beneath the Big Macs and apple pies but we humored him. He left the window only to return and tell us that they were waiting on French fries and to go park and wait. Strange after insisting that they were in the bag. We waited 10 minutes -from the time printed on our receipt- for our French fries. As we were eating, we realized that we weren't given any napkins. Finally, our apple pies were grossly under-done. I waited for about 5 minutes for my order to be taken, in which multiple occasions, workers would walk up to grab something look at us and keep walking. I went to McDonald's to try the Create Your Taste (CYT) experience. I ordered my BBQ, bacon, cheese burger meal at the kiosk. The options were slim compared what I had seen online, one type of meat, a couple bun choices, a couple cheese options and a handful of condiments and additional items. I got the quarter pounder (the same meat as on the other quarter pounders on the menu) an artisan bun, white cheddar cheese and sweet onion BBQ sauce. After ordering and paying at the kiosk I had to get someones attention at the counter to get my cup. After about 5 minutes they brought out the meal. The bun looked good and was soft, cheese, bacon and sauce were minimal and the fries were severed in a wire basket. No extra care was taken by the person delivering my meal, he dropped the tray on the table and walked away. The burger was OK, the biggest downfall was the fact that they use the same patty as they use on other burgers, the cheese had minimal flavor, the bun was nice but did not elevate the burger much. If this is the CYT experience I doubt it will be around long. Not enough options, not enough value add to warrant the elevated price, about $8 for burger, fries and a drink. read more

More than once we have come to this location and left with missing items. Today we were missing an Egg McMuffin, Triple Cheeseburger, Big Mac, and Fries. From a $36 drive thru order, half of it was missing. Because McDonald's closed down the Walmart location, this is the only one close by. Bad service almost every time. Happy Meal, my butt. Update: You're kidding right?! Every car that comes to the drive up is being sent to the side because they can't deliver food on time. No service to speak of. A taped up sign at the register says, "Order at kiosk." Sorry, but I'm not being paid to do your job. The place was filthy. The play place was full of teenagers, so my kids were scared to even go in there. The last thing I wanted to do was raise my voice to a bunch of punk kids, but alas. So I know they think I want to pay for it and they say that small waters are free. So I get a small instead. When we get to the second window they say pull to pull forward because of the que. So much for being in a rush, tonight it took 25 minutes to get our order, which was cold AND missing items. Management gave me a big ol "I don't really care" look when I complained about the cold food. Let's talk cleanliness now: forget about it. Somebody is bribing the local health department because this place is filthy. Soda on the floor, a mop bucket and sign seemingly at random without a sign of it being used, and I can see food on the kitchen floor. Somebody was cleaning one of the machines in the kitchen so the place is filled with smoke/steam and all the customers reek now because of it. If you have the extra couple minutes hit any of the surrounding locations instead. I usually don't write reviews but i have gotten a little upset recently after a variety of mistakes each visit. I usually am getting breakfast before work and will get a sausage burrito without sausage. Two different times I tried to order the same thing I was told "they can't do that" even though they do it for me quite often. Other times I have ordered a sausage McMuffin without sausage and gotten either ham on it, or no egg. I've also ordered McGriddle cakes and gotten pancakes but when I asked at the window to exchange for what I ordered they looked at me like I was stupid (even though I've ordered it multiple times before) I think they are very kind and sometimes on top of it, but I just am upset at how many times I have paid for something I didn't really want. The order is constantly wrong. The ice cream machine is broken 90% of the time. I asked at the menu, we paid, and then when we went to get it, the machine was "broken". This happens so often it is either a serious problem with the machine and I don't know why they wouldn't just get a new one, or the workers use it as an excuse to not make ice cream. Either way, it is a serious issue concerning the management. I would hope to expect to get ice cream at a time where I'm willing to give a store my money, instead the machine is always broken.
