This may be the worst McDonald's in Florida. They're always out of something. The kiosks never work, and the staff is pleasant but unhelpful. Big Mac patties were both burn black, thin, hard hockey puck consistency and even the bun was crispy as if it was toasted. My 9 year old daughter was disappointed and made comments regarding the horrible Big Mac. I ordered 2 apple pies both were expired 30 minutes prior to ordering and they served them anyway. I have photos of the receipt and the time stamp on the boxes. My older daughter ordered on the kiosk that didn't say they don't have Caramel Frappes anymore so they rudely told my young daughters that they could make a Mocha instead. Last month the same issue happened and because my daughter refused the Mocha they didn't even offer to refund the money. This time she took the Mocha. My youngest daughter commented to me, after getting back in the car, that they were spoken to very rudely, unlike other patrons. I was in the car in the parking lot the whole time and I regret not checking the other items until we got home. Not going to that McDonald's location ever again! For the life of me I can't figure why McDonald's even has shake machines because they are always down! Every time I go to this McDonald's they tell me the shake machine is down. The people who work there are screaming and crying for a $15 hour minimum wage , but aren't worth $5 an hour! They show no pride in their jobs and are rude and nasty. They were quick attentive and fulfilled my order perfectly. These Ladies and gentlemen are always so willing to be helpful and prepare exactly what you're asking for. Food was not what I asked for. Order ahead waited 29 minutes for two hamburgers. Further once I was given the meal it took them another 7 minutes to bring the drink wich was also incorrect. Worst McDonald's in Tallahassee. Employees are so rude and food is cold. Ice cream is never working because they won't/ don't know how to clean the machine. They also do not know how to refund your card if you pay on the app. You'll wait 25mins on a good day and there's no manager running the place. When I got to the window to pay and brought to her attention that she messed up my order she got an attitude with me and told me that if i was to change up my order I would have to go get back in line and order again. Quick stop for breakfast at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. There were two guests in front of us who had already ordered. Not being a fan of the self service kiosks, we stood in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes while the manager looked at us but made no attempt to help. She finally said she'd be right with us. 5 minutes later she (very unprofessionally) yelled to someone to go to the counter to help. This poor guy did his best but was obviously new and apologized several times because he was new. He was making an earnest effort to help everyone but he was thrown to the wolves while the manager kept complaining that no one would answer their phones to come in and help. In my opinion she could have started helping and everyone would've been taken care of in minutes. I know - it's McDonalds- what did I expect? I expect people to do their jobs regardless where they work. Yesterday, I frequented one of my least favorite fast food chains. Without missing a beat, of course they disappointed me. The wait in the drive through was insane......but wait it gets better. The employee at the window gave my food to the car in front of me. The driver realized it was not their food and passed the food right back through the window!!!! When it was our turn, we drove up to a closed window. We continued to wait for an additional 5-6 minutes before being handed the same bags that had be handed to another customer before us. We did not send the food back for fear of retaliation. However, this event has killed any patronage I may have had in the future at McDonalds. read more

Just paid $40 for food my family can't even eat because they don't even know how to push the right buttons on their screens. I ordered 2 4C's crispy add cheese,add bacon. Got home to find they made them spicy due to the order being put in wrong. Everytime they get it wrong. Twice both meals didn't have the cheese or bacon so I paid $4 extra for nothing. Another time the chicken was grilled on both sandwiches, and now spicy food we can't even eat due to medical conditions. I have tried to be understanding due to being short staffed and have sucked it up in the past. But tonight was the last time. The woman taking the payment was rude to my children. They give you your food and say ,"here ya go" instead of thank you, have a good day, etc. The staff at this location needs to be reevaluated because obviously they are completely incompetent. This restaurant doesn't even try to be a FAST food restaurant. It doesn't matter what time of day, they are EXTREMELY slow. 50% of the time you have to go to the second window to place your order, pay for your order and pick up your order. Causes backup in drive thru. This started before the hurricane. Completing the survey is pointless. I've even tried talking to their regional, customer service twice with no success. The inside is just as slow as drive thru. Today I tried the mobile ordering app thinking it would be faster. BAD IDEA!!!! After checking in and waiting 14 minutes, I tried calling inside. First call went unanswered. Second call was picked up after 3 minutes of ringing. It then took another 7 minutes for the order to come out. There was no apology for having to wait for more than 20 minutes or anything. Discovered the fries were cold and order was incorrect. Because of my kids I frequent this McDonald's every other week. There's no other fast food places on this side of town. BUT there is a Wendys being built across the street. I encourage everyone in this area to give it a chance.
