Ridiculous! Order from the app they say. Everything will be great they say. Worst customer service I've experienced yet in Tallahassee, and I've had some pretty bad customer service here. Very simple order. PLAIN McDouble meal with fries and chic nuggets and sprite. Ordered from the app for drive through pick up. Arrived. Told to go to first window. Some very large ( I think woman) opened the window enough to stick her arm through and tossed my receipt at me. No " hello. Thanks for the order. ) nothing. Proceeded to the second window. Told to pull up. Asked, " How long do you think it will be?) answer, " when it's ready ". Waited 5 minutes. Order finally came out. I drove to a parking spot and checked the order. Fries were COLD and limp. Mac Double was not plain. Fully dressed. Chicken nuggets were crazy cold and the sauce I ordered? Not anywhere to be seen. No napkins. No straw. Went inside and was hit with, "It ain't my fault!" I just walked away. Threw the garbage in the garbage and went to Culver's next door. Had a great experience. Bye bye McDonald's! this store is fucking ridiculous every time I come here and I see the same person she's always fucking up my order and when I tell her it's not fresh she has an attitude. today I brought the two cheeseburgers meal I asked her if I can get it freshly well done she told me she'll tell them for 1 . she didn't even tell then I ate 1 of my fries cold not fresh told her if I can get new fries okay cool got it fresh went back home my burgers was not fresh at all my bun was hard asf it did not reach my standards so I go back and I tell her it's not fresh she tells me "what's not fresh " with an attitude and started talking junk I got my food and my sandwich was drenched in ketchup and mustard everytime this lady is on this shift nothing gets done. I was in town for business and stopped at this location on the way to the office. The McDonalds deprived kid in me loves the little hamburgers that come in a happy meal. I live in north Texas and I always order the same thing at McDonalds. Just a hamburger with extra pickles. In Texas, that simple order results in either a hamburger with NO pickles or a hamburger with TWO pickles. I was curious about Florida's interpretation of a hamburger with extra pickles. It was a hamburger with ONE pickle. I'm not even mad. It was so ridiculous, I got a good little laugh out of it. It was good, just needed the extra pickles I ordered. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but was craving a McDonald's fish sandwich. I could not have been more disappointed. The bottom half of the bun was as hard as a rock around the edges, the fish was barely warm. This tells me that they nuked my sandwich to heat it up. On top of that the fries were cold and stale. However, I would highly recommend everyone avoid this particular location. It started at the drive thru with a rude greeting. Not a thank you, good morning, or any type of of greeting. Simply "what can I get you? " and "first window". Went there on 5/23 a little before 7pm. Ordered a sandwich 1/4 pounder, a meal 1/4 pounder and 2 cheeseburgers. Got home and saw the 2 cheeseburgers were missing. They also did not give us a receipt. Have tried calling 10 times and it's busy like the phone is off the hook. They would only take cash, could not use our bank card. The staff was not polite. This is not my first bad experience there where we haven't gotten the correct order, not the first time there were not payment options, not the first time we can't get through on the phone and not the first time the staff is rude. My boyfriend loves their milkshakes but every time I go to surprise him with one on my way home,the milk shake machine doesn't work. Credit/Debit card machine is ALWAYS broken. This is SO frustrating. I enjoy the yogurt parfait for a fresh addition to my breakfast & to get at least one serving of this food into my daily eating regimen. Well, this time, it was missing. Came up to Tally for the FSU/UM annihilation, and decided to carb up with some greasy arterial blockage early Sunday morning. Upon stepping into this Oasis of Obesity, everything appears copacetic. New design, friendly staff, relatively clean for a fast food joint....until we placed our order. When you are waiting in line for food at a drive thru you think it would usually move fast and they would not be understaffed. The line was only one car besides us and the staff took forever to get the person in front of us our food. Now to the order yes it was mainly correct but not exactly. I wanted a lg fry and I got a medium. The quarter pounder was correct when I said ketchup only and you want your order to be right not almost right. If you are in a hurry than it might be the place but other wise don't waste your time going here. read more
