I know, it's fast food- what should I expect... but honestly I don't recall having a terrible Mcdonalds experience in the past few years until today. With a kiosk/mobile order exclusive system, I was hopeful and thought thiis would streamline service but it doesn't. This is right off I-4 so I can only imagine how many people stop in for a quick bathroom break and a bite to eat... frustrating that it isn't such a "quick" pitstop after all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since there were others waiting so 15 minutes later they called my number and placed 1 bag on the counter for me and walked away. only half my order came out (1 of 3 meals, 0 of 3 drinks.) Staff hid in the back the entire time so it takes quite some time to flag someone down with any issues or requests. When someone did come out and noticed I was still waiting by the counter, she questioned what I was missing so I listed it off and included all the sauce. She came back another 5 minutes later with just the drinks and no additional food or sauce. 25 minutes for some nuggets and milkshakes are just not it. I suggest to find another pitstop elsewhere. Update: just when I finally take a bite of my McChicken sandwich, I feel a kick- they gave me the spicy... LOL. Had to surprise me with one last flaw to the order. Touche, Mcdonalds. read more

I don't know why I still give it a go and visit this McDonald's location, every experience is unpleasant. The standard failure is that they always miss items on orders larger than one meal. I suggest that if you come here please check your order for completeness. I visited the store in the morning and was short a hash brown. When I spoke to the lady at the window was very aggressive defending herself indicating I ordered wrong and that I would have to pay for the extra hash brown that's supposed to come with the meal. Ok so this is the first time that I used curbside pickup at this location. It took 10 minutes for them to bring the order out to me. They were not busy and I watched several cars order and get their orders at the drive through. No real reason for the delay BUT when the lady did come out she did apologize for the wait. The reason for the 1 Star is because the fries were crap. McDonalds should never use the phrase "golden" or "Crispy" for their fries. These things were soggy and limp at best. Come on people, how hard is it to make fries the right way? Follow the directions from corporate. Fry them for the right amount of time, no less. Once done you let them hang and drip off some of the frying oil before you put them in the bin to salt. read more

The slowest most incompetent McDonald's I've ever been to. Took 30 minutes to get two items with only a few cars in front of me. Couldn't remember a single one of my items (had to clarify my TWO items multiple times AT the pick up window), speakers at drive through were so quiet you could barely hear, etc. just horrible experience. Was hoping for a quick stop on my way home. Will never be stopping by this McDonald's again. Literally couldn't remember fries and an ice cream. Had to call the store multiple times to even have them bring it out. Don't bother going here. read more

Heading to the beach for the day. Kids were hungry and bathroom breaks were in need. We quickly decided to eat at this McDonalds location. I would say this location is the WORST location I have ever been to. First, I blame Mcodnalds as a entity for allowing an establishment to go so down hill. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting and non functional. I would blame staff. But the broken bathroom and discolored (yellow spotted) toilets are up to higher management to fix (they cannot be cleaned). One out of three worked and it was horrid. Second, to make it worst... the two employees who walked out of the broken stalls. Which continued to add water on the floor coming out form underneath the stall. Walked out without washing their hands. I followed the female employees out and asked "Are you going to wash your hands?" The one responded, I used sanitizer. And I said "there is no sanitizer in the bathroom. That is unacceptable" luckily her manager walked up and saved the situation and told me that she promises she will ensure both employees wash their hands in the back. I am beyond myself and this location. Poor management and hygiene expectations. And even poorer acceptance of upper management for not visiting this location and taking care of needs beyond their employees. read more

Workers were super rude to us. Portions were beyond pathetic. I've never been to a McDonald's that's as chintzy as what this specific location is. It was so bad we could not help but laugh about it ‍. The large order of fries I got was filled up about 1/3 of the way. I asked them to fill it up properly which they kinda did. She gave me a "are you serious" look then walked over and spoke to a couple different coworkers about it before having them fill the fry box a bit more. Then when she gave it back to me it's only filled maybe 3/4 of the way. I did not have it in me to argue with her so I just walked away. Then when we got back to our table and I pulled out the other food, that's when I realized all the food was prepped in that way. I just happen to notice that fry at the counter, as it was visible on top of the other food. I should have gone though it all at the counter. Instead of arguing with them (which would ultimately get me nowhere) I figured I'd just take a couple photos to post for others to see. The photos are of the amount of lettuce they put on my chicken sandwich then how many fries they put in my small order of fries. It was actually filled fuller than the large order we got. Hopefully being called out on their bad business ways, Hopeully they will step it up and be better to their customers. Eh... It's Mcdonalds, what can you expect? Drive through Monday night at 10:00pm. Got up to the left speaker box and waited. They took 2 orders at the right speaker box before some guy took my order. Ordered the buy one get one with a medium fries no salt and a cup of water. When I was done, I pulled up into the line of 5 or 6 cars. Took about 11 minutes to get to the window and thats with two of those cars sitting on the side after paying. Get up to the window and the lady confirms my order. Nope, that one isn't mine. Told her what I ordered, and she says nobody there is no order like that in their system. Eh, figures... As I said, its McDonalds, what can you expect? She took my order again and I paid. I asked for a receipt twice before she actually gave it to me, and mentioned I wanted ketchup and mayo in the bag. Food came while I was at the window. Look in the bag, no ketchup and mayo, but they did get the order right along with the no salt on the fries. She gave me condiments after I asked her again. Food was to be expected. They got the order right, no pickle on the big mac, but there was next to no lettuce. And the burger was very flat. Obviously nowhere near a McD commercial, but yeah, very little lettuce. All in all, if you have to go here, you know what to expect. If there was something else open that night (non fast food) I probably would have gone there instead. read more

I went through the drive thru & got a frappe & biscuit, good to ok service but the girl behind the glass was complaining about a customer that (I think) just went past the drive thru window then got back in line, not sure what that episode was about then the driver in front of me handed back a biscuit, guess it was not his. (Probably mine, GREAT!) this McDonald's is located off the interstate. Unfortunately McDonald's has been known for their HARD biscuits, this was one of them. It was to the point I was unable to eat the edges of the biscuit & has to throw it away. Not sure why, I can go to Speedway (a gas station) & get a great sausage, egg & cheese biscuit but not McDonald's. I need to rethink coming to McDonald's for biscuits. If I could give this McDonald's a minus 1 star I could. I ordered a special made Quarter Pounder with Cheese inside at the kiosk and they got it wrong three times. The restaurant was completely disorganized and restaurant crew doesn't know what they are doing: More socializing than taking care of customers. The only reason I'd give this store any stars is because once in a while (in the afternoon) there are a group of really efficient kind woman and girls who are quick, other than that, this McDonald's is a bummer. A lot of the time you will wait for more than 10 mins to just order at the drive through. If you go in and order, you get ignored. There are a couple of workers who are very kind but as a whole this store is upsetting. Just to further my point, I came to this McDonald's to cure a hangover in the afternoon, and the team there was so quick, fun, and friendly. They are a five star team. read more
