The fries were delish. They were cooked right with a sprinkle of salt. The turkey burger was juicy with the right bread. I should have ordered a second. We also had a pork empanada. I was surprised that the pork was not shredded. Instead it came i chunks but it worked! The meat was flavorful and the dough complimented the meat well. I missed that this was a food truck and I was a little nervous about buying food from a food truck. But I was pleasantly surprised by this turkey burger. It was very tasty!!!! The service was pretty good. The only negative is it took a bit to get my food but it was worth the wait. The location is okay. Me and Burger Culture: I been eating at burger culture for a while since I was a late middle schooler. It's never disappointed but with all things time does things to places, and it's just not the same. Waffle Burger: I had mine without cheese, a unique quirk of mine, the patty was less dense and saltier, a contrast to the quality I'm used to. While the bottom half of the waffle was soggy, fell apart when picking it up, even an air fryer couldn't save it. I eat the rest and it was ok at best, overall was hoping for better. While visiting Tampa I always love to try places that I don't have back home. I was in the mood for a really good burger . So when I looked up best burgers in Tampa I found burger culture . Now this resturant has more than one location but this location I was closest too and it was a food trunk . So to begin they have a diverse menu that not only contain burgers, but also hotdogs and sandwiches. I got the Avo burger and my friend got the bacon cheeseburger. We both ordered our burgers with sides but you also get a side of coleslaw instead. The food trunk is nestled in a park lot with plenty of tables for seating. The service was great our burger was cooked and served very quickly. My burger was cooked perfectly not too well done and not too much pink . If you are ever in the Tampa area please check them out . This was our first visit after seeing several ads on social media. We've been looking forward to visiting, and it was definitely worth the wait! Yes, a little spendy, but it was a lot of food and was amazing. Service was excellent. We visited on a perfect day, so sitting outside worked put great. I'm not sure if it would be as inviting during the dead of summer...but there are some shaded seating areas available. The Montana burger was cooked perfectly. Burger culture is my partner's all time favorite burger joint and I finally got to go and try it for myself! I got the cajun burger, and while I did think the meal itself was pretty good, the experience as a whole was a bit underwhelming. I love cajun flavors so I thought this would be a really unique tasting burger, but it ended up being more like just a nicely done, gooey cheeseburger. I also found a piece of paper in the burger which I'm pretty sure was the wrapper for the cheese, and while this honestly didn't bother me that much, I did feel myself going crazy wondering if I was seeing paper sticking out from underneath the bun, or the cheese here is just translucent, extremely thin, and perfectly cut. The fries though were perfect, like a much superior version of Checker's fries. My partner had originally ordered a burger that I forgot the name of, it was on the menu there when I went but not on their website-- it had a black bean burger as well as the beef patty. After about 15 minutes of waiting, they came out and told us they didn't actually serve that burger anymore, and that the menu they have is outdated? A little confusing but he decided to just get the waffle stack instead. Overall the wait was a bit long for a late night on a Thursday. Legit my favorite burger spot. They have so many options, traditional and very "innovative combos" that one can't resist. They have many patty options , bison, veggie, black bean, angus... As someone who doesn't eat red meat or pork, my go to is the Black bean. It's amazing. My favorite sandwich is the Street Burger. The street burger has potato sticks, a grilled pineapple, aioli, and their signature pink sauce ... a pro tip is asking for extra sauce + add grilled onion. (I'm just saying) I hate that their locations are sooo close to each other, less than ten minutes away from each other. Brandon needs some love, but there is a location at the International Mall (bottom floor) and this location. This location (the food truck) has a cool chill patio vibe with bench seats and tables, cool games, dope music, art, and plenty of space. I visit very often, they're even on food delivery apps. I've been wanting to try BC for sometime now. This is a solid, well-seasoned burger!! I like the technology of being able to text your order in, but it was a little inconvenient not being able to speak to anyone to place my order, as I was driving at the time. I had to place the order when I got there. Thankfully they weren't too busy. The wait was about 15 minutes and well worth it. IMPORTANT TIP- Remember to bring cash! Used to love this spot, but feels like it's going downhill. We waited at least 40 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Regular fries were not crispy or hot. Sweet potato fries were better. Bacon was not crispy and seemed to be like bacon bits rather than bacon strips. Cheese wasn't fully melted on one of the burgers either. The new location is in the parking lot of a motorsports dealership, which is a big downgrade from the other location with the cute patio. If the meal was awesome, I could live with it, but won't be paying $45 for two average meals to sit in the heat at a picnic table, watch people tow around jet skis, and listen to the noise of the highway. The BC is a great outdoor spot to enjoy a fresh burger and enjoy the beauty of our area. The service is great even when there is a large crowd they are timely in getting you your food. Everything is fresh and you can taste the difference. The onion rings are a must. I'm not sure but the pickles are either homemade or just the best pickles I've ever had. There is a small beverage refrigerator but you can bring your own. Not a chain so it is worth it because it is cooked to order for you. Pull up and have a seat to have a great burger. read more

As a response to the owners comments below. 1. "For a food truck" means that you do not have nearly the same expenses as a brick & mortar. No A/C, less rent, no bathrooms, fewer staff, no TVs, no cable, no WIFI....etc... and thus, prices would seemingly be cheaper. Make sense? Btw, no comment on that convenience charge, i see. 2. Fresh ingredients? Are the french fries freshly cut? What about that huge tin can of pineapple i saw inside, GFS (i think), is that fresh? 3. Weather? No expectation that you control Florida weather, but overhead tents without holes would prevent your customers from getting wet. Fans would help keep them more comfortable and an occasional fumigation would control the bugs. Your citronella candles may have seemed like a cheap fix, but who wants to smell a scented candle as they eat? Glad i didn't wear my white pants, because that whole area appears to need a good scrubbing/power wash. 4. Other locations? Doubt ill be driving down to Sarasota anytime soon for a burger, but International Mall may be a good option. If i get there, i'll give a fair and honest review. My consultations are free. My husband found Burger Culture on social media and asked to go there, which was exceptional because he usually doesn't go out of his way to try new food places. We were surprised to see that this location is actually a food truck, but that didn't deter us. Great food comes from food trucks, and Burger Culture is no exception. They have shaded picnic tables with paper towels and cleaning supplies for you to wipe down your eating area, if you choose to eat there. Of course, you can always call ahead and take your food to-go. My husband had the Ramen Burger, which includes a patty, lettuce, white cheese and special spicy sweet sauce. Unfortunately, they did not have the ramen buns in stock, so they offered to use the arepa buns as a replacement. He was disappointed because he specifically wanted the ramen buns and the arepas were rather hard to bite into. He would've just gone with a regular bun instead. I ordered a Chicken Waffle Grilled Cheese Sourdough Sandwich: cheddar and American cheese, crispy chicken drizzled with honey on two Belgian waffles. I enjoyed my sandwich, especially the overflowing cheese. The waffles could have been crispier, to support the generous filling inside, but everything tasted great together. This is a rich and filling sandwich, and I was stuffed after eating one half of it. The folks at Burger Culture are very nice and their service was speedy. They have a LOT of offerings on the menu (I was almost overwhelmed actually) so they have burgers and sandwiches for everyone. I had been dying to come here for a while, finally decided to go last night. We ordered our food for pick up as it was already 10:10pm and they close at 11. When we got there to pick up our order, the service was super friendly and had our order ready within minutes. They even brought it to our car! Ok now food: DE-freaking-LICIOUS!!!! I ordered the street burger and my friend ordered the kicker burger, both with fries. My street burger was so good! Next time I'm going to ask for extra cilantro sauce that they put on the burger, to dip my fries in! My friends burger was also super good, that spicy mayo with the egg was just magical. Honestly the wait for my food was honestly ridiculous to say the least. The customer service was also subpar. I understand that it may have been a busy day but the customer service was not there. Slightly over priced in my opinion. Some positives however: I love the set up and the ambiance. The benches were socially distant which I appreciated. After reading the great reviews the wife and I decided to make the drive from Clearwater to try this place. I ordered the street burger with cheese fries and the wife had the arepa burger with sweet potato fries. Im not sure how long it was but it seemed like the wait for the food was pretty long. My burger was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The bun was toasted just right. Fries are good and nacho cheese is always tasty on fries. My wife was excited about the arepa burger. Normally arepas are sweet but these weren't sweet at all. She still enjoyed her burger. I tried it also and though it was good. Her fries were cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of crispyness This place is a food truck with outdoor picnic table type seating. It was 90 degrees when we went so even sitting in the shade was hot. Probably would be a much better place to visit during the winter. The drinks must have just been loaded into the glass door cooler because they were hot. Maybe a regular cooler with ice would be a better option. The price of the meal was too high. Two burgers with fries and 2 cokes was $39. For that price there should at least be air conditioning or fans. The receipt also had a tip line. They do bring your food out to you but thats it. I like Burger Culture enough to be a repeat customer. I ordered this time with UberEats as a priority delivery. I live 14 min away. The sandwiches were barely warm and the fries cold. This is a great place to eat at but hopefully they will improve their to go packaging. Coleslaw should NOT be delivered loose in the container with a hotdog. It belongs in a lidded cup. Please Vent with toothpick or poke holes in the foam containers to release steam to prevent soggy buns and fries/onion rings. My onion rings were so soggy and floppy but I can tell they taste great fresh. The cheeseburger I got looks like it is plain bc the steam melted the tomatoes lettuce and pickles so limp. Loved the turkey Patties they use. Burgers well seasoned (almost too much - I had to wipe the patty with a napkin) - so if you like bland food or cannot have salt, ask for no salt. This is no "hot dog" - idk what you call it, sausage?, but it is delicious! Uber had an option to add "onions" - didn't specify whether grilled or raw and came with wonderfully caramelized onions. Just wowww. Might be the best burger in tampa. The bun was perfectly toasted, patty wasn't too thin and the texture was so tender and melt-in-your-mouth. Idk the fat content in it but it was like the perfect amount to make the burger so juicy and crumbly. The patty might look thin but it's so juicy. Good choice on cheese, tomato and pickle. My lettuce preference is usually not shredded but the shredded lettuce was good. Burgers come with fries. The fries are also perfectly crispy, potatoey, and seasoned. I tried the Mac n Cheese Burger as I was craving something heavy... boy did it deliver! All elements of the burger tasted great and were seasoned well. The Mac n cheese didn't slide out. Really enjoyed the flavor of the pink sauce and the tang it offered. Unfortunately, the burger needed more crunch as everything was mushy; the potato stix got soggy rather quickly. This place is good after sun is set and the weather is better with cooler conditions. I have the shroom burger. This is a marinated burger patty. It has some spice in it. I think their patty is cook through. Meat is good with marinated. Mushroom on top was sautéed. Good flavor. The mushroom is the best part of the burger. Fried is normal. The bun is good. Judging the price to the food value, this is 3.5 stars. Patty can be bigger. The burger is expansive for food truck and outdoor seating.
