I ordered a chicken sandwich on a previous visit and had to take it back up to counter because it was gross and swap it for a roast beef sandwich. We've given this Arby's a few chances and they failed everytime. I should've asked for my $26.19 back and went to Dairy Queen next door. This location is poorly managed. Employees standing around doing nothing. I will post a review on Yelp, and Trip Advisor and hopefully help people save their money and go elsewhere and not eat at Tell City Arby's.
