Put an order in my app for pickup at 6pm and the staff didn't take a look at the details and made it at 2:55pm, when I ordered it. It sat and got stone cold and when I picked it up I was in too much of a rush to check. When I bit into a stone-cold burrito I looked at the receipt and saw that they had made it hours ago. No situational awareness on the part of the staff to wonder why an order had sat there for hours: maybe a mistake was made? If they had looked they would have seen I ordered it for 6pm, not right then. Tried to talk to Taco Bell on social media: no response. read more

They have a mobile app where you can place an order ahead of time for dine-in, take out, or drive through. They also have touch screen ordering inside the location. The app has a loyalty and rewards program. You can earn points for every order you place. There are lots of ways to make the meals vegetarian or vegan with customization. The best way to do this is via the app. You can swap items, add items, remove items from your order very easily this way. There is handicap accessible seating in the dining area. Handicap parking is near the entrance door. I wish vegetable add-ons didn't cost extra. read more

Ordered my combo meal fort hen I started to watch them make my order. The person who is the last one to touch your food while standing their waiting I was watching him He touched several items that had a build up of grease on it and I guess it was the manager who said that only people with gloves are allowed to touch it I said ok but can you tell me the every employee no and based on watching this guy I am assuming the were all trained at the same time. Vary disappointed. I love Taco Bell but i went to this location on a Sunday at 5:10pm. I am working 18 hours and needed something good and filling. I orderd 4 bean burritos with extra sauce. Though we don't have a lot of taco bell's in the area this one stands out as the best. Friendly staff recognizes me when I visit their location and can usually tell me my order before I place it. Drive though order accuracy is acceptable, facility is well kept. Plenty of parking, online ordering in lobby or drive through. All the amenities you've come to expect from your favorite fast food tacos. A few times they've gotten things mixed up but always correct this situation to satisfaction. If I have a few extra bucks at lunch it's a good experience, guaranteed. read more

I go to this restaurant because my kids like it, and the prices are wallet-friendly. If I had my way I would stop going because there is usually something missing from my order, even when they confirm it with me on the screen. I don't know why that is, but I usually don't want to spend the time going back through the line to talk to someone about whatever is wrong or missing from my order so I just leave. But it would be nice if they would just check the order before they send it out. read more

Ever since they moved to this located the service has been horrible. I never have a good experience here but it's the only Taco Bell close by. There's never a manager there, so all these 16 year old kids basically run the place. They're always sitting with friends and ignoring people trying to order, they screw up almost every order. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru the other day and the kid at the window didn't ask if we wanted sauce and just closed the window so we pulled around and my boyfriend went in to get sauce and they said that he couldn't just take the sauce. They should really consider hiring someone older than 16 or just getting a while new staff all together, people that have no idea what they're doing their would do better. read more

first and last time ordering from this location (drive thru.) i ordered a party pack and wanted 8 Doritos taco and 8 soft shell. i got 4 Doritos and 12 soft. then i ordered some cinnamon twist and they had NO CINNAMON what so ever. never ordering from this location ever again. read more

Clean and friendly staff. Food is good some days and bad others. All about timing. The staff usually gets my order wrong or the food is cold and the cheese isn't melted. They are nice to make a brand new taco or whatever they messed up right away. They run out of the frozen drinks a lot or it's usually out of service. Other than that I'll give this Taco Bell four stars. I'll be going their later for my taco craving. read more

Looks nice at first, but the staff is not friendly and the dining area/soda fountain are dirty. My order was messed up and there was a number of people loitering outside. If you decide to come here, you'd probably have the best bet going through the drive through to avoid some of the above issues I faced at my visit. read more
