Convenient quick drive thru with standard Mickey D value pricing and swift out the window order fulfilment. Now,let's get down to the meat of the subject. Yes,the two fresh never frozen,grilled patties had good flavor. By the way,that's the secret to this " Dish",the beef . Couple those two nice size patties with melty, gooey, American cheese,dab o ketchup, pickle,onion,all on a toasted warm soft bun....Bam! Pretty pathetic in all honesty and has to do primarily due to service. This store has a dining room close time of 11:00P Central. They lock doors at 10:30 forcing drive through pickup. Lines are backed up constantly due to this for us late night customer. The outside second lane is consistently hit or miss to give an App code for pickup. Inside lane gets priority. Can't explain why. Just be aware. Later in the evening/night, service is wildly crazy, even on seemingly "slow" lines. You'll wait, trust me. No pride at this store. read more

ordered through Door Dash...order was processed quickly. when received the drink was missing. dasher stated that when asked at the store about the drink the dasher was told it was in the sealed bag. whendelivered the bag was sealed...no drink. I called the store and was asked if I would like to drive there to get my drink. I replied that if I had wanted to drive there I would not have used Door Dash. The person at the store said there was nothing she could do about it. I attempted to suggest that the servers at the window should be made aware of mistakes and check orders before declaring them complete. Person on phone then hung up on me. read more

I wanted to buy a Map. Should have gone to MapDonald's instead. Right across the street from Whataburger but unlike Whataburger their Lobby is not 24 hours and personally I will choose the Whataburger every single time. Although as we all know and at this location location it is underlined - the french fries here are superior to all other fast-food chains. I'm not sure why. Something to put in that my gas. I meant to say something they put in them I guess, but maybe they do indeed give you gas. If so it's worth it. read more

Just your typical McDonald's. Insides and bathroom were clean. Service was relatively prompt. My wife's sandwich was so dry she couldn't finish it, and my Egg McMuffin was OK. It is an acceptable McDonald's and worth a stop if your hungry off the highway. read more

My favorite McDonald's in town! Ive never had a bad experience here and they have always have their frappe and ice cream machine running. They have never told me that they cant serve me what I ordered because a machine is "being cleaned" or "broken" like the other locations say daily. Highly recommend. read more

So, Dumb Ass Me Right? I was sick of the same old same old at the motel I was staying at while in town on business. Let me just grab a drive thru sammich and call it Breakfast this morning. If McDonald's has the Steak, Egg, and Cheese, I will do that. This McDonald's has it but if you read my one and only experience with this location you will question my intelligence in going back. Well, I did! It's the morning shift...different crew right? Probably a different crew but the service was the same. I have had some 1 Star reviews in the past that actually should have been 0 Stars but this is the Restaurant and Location that best exemplifies a 0...A BIG FAT ZERO! In fact, A BIG FAT ZERO is doing the SORRY CREW that works all day, everyday, at this location, a favor. This group of individuals combine to make the worst group of people ever to be assembled to serve the public. This is their job right? They knew it when they applied. The manager knew it when he/she hired these yahoo's. By the way...that person should be the first one fired. I ordered the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel. One Sandwich. That is all. It took 3 minutes to get a voice over the drive thru speaker and all I got was "can I take your order." No, Welcome to McDonald's...no name...nothing. It is exactly like saying. "I don't give a S*** about you, you are a pain in my A**, and what do you need that will take me away from doing Jack S*** because that is what I want to do and you prevent that!" There was one person in front of me. This person was getting their A** Chewed on when I pulled up behind them at the window. I know this because I saw it, turned the volume off on the radio, and rolled down my window to verify what I was seeing. (Bye the Way. 6:30 am on 9/1/2019 just in case McD's gives a S*** to check on their locations) The Lady at the Window actually threatened the car in front of me as she drove off, briefly stopped, and said something I couldn't make out. The Woman at the Window threatened... "Come back, I will beat Yo Ass...and I am not even Playin'!" Exact words. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Well, actually... I can. Look, just move me to the third window so I can wait 15 minutes to finally drive around, go inside, and get my money back. I have been here before and know the routine. To my surprise, I was handed a bag by the "Threatening Thugg" at the Window and sent on my merry way. Thank God! I won't be coming back. This place sucks! This place should be ashamed of themselves. McD's should be ashamed of themselves to allow it! As I said before, Ray Kroc would turn over in his grave and s*** a golden Big Mac if he knew what was up at this location. The GM obviously doesn't care because there is no way I am the only one complaining about this group of incompetent people that represent the Golden Arches is the worst way possible. Before I post this I want to welcome any of the McDonald's "higher ups" to try the drive thru, unannounced, at this location and dispute the review that I, and many others, have left and leave your BS response on this public forum if your disagree. read more

My standard for service at a fast food restaurant is not really all that high to begin with, but this place really fell short of this already low standard. We have stopped here several times on trips between Austin and Memphis, and each time I was amazed (and not in a good way). While the place was insanely busy, a good chunk of the staff seemed to be trying to avoid working (slowly filling up cup dispensers, cleaning and re-cleaning an already clean counter, etc). I did my share of working fast food when I was younger, but I had never seen anything like this. It was almost surreal. I have no complaints about the food, but it took us far, far too long to get served given the number of employees behind the counter. read more

While on the road stopped to get a parfait and oatmeal at about 7:30 PM . Waited while all the other customers were taken care of. No one asked if I'd been served. I went back to the cashier and asked about my order. It was then that they told me they ran out of the parfait. Luckily another cashier overheard the conversation . She offered to put one together. How can an oatmeal and parfait be such a delay? This is one Mc Donald's that needs help. read more

While going through Texarkana Texas, me and my family stopped by McDonald's to get a good meal and I have got to say I loved the services they greeted us kindly and our order was done and out to us in under 1 minute. The store was spotless and the bathroom smelled like I just walked into a hospital it was beyond sanitary it was the epiphany of clean. I gotta say going to McDonald's you do not expect this kind of job being done so well but they really have the best McDonald's around. read more

Trash can overflowing. Floor covered with a layer of grease making it very slippery. Bathroom badly in need of service. Homeless people lingering inside and outside of store. Service was polite, but not accommodating at all. This is one of the worst McDonalds experiences I've ever had. read more
