I just started working in the area and stopped thru the drive thru early for breakfast. I was greeted with a "Good Morning & welcome to McDonalds" then at both windows both ladies were very pleasant and courteous! I was told my food had to be cooked. I had no problem with waiting. I saw them put my chicken strips in the bag. They put one of my fries in the bag, waiting on second. Then another girl took the fry out of my bag to fill another order. When I said something, they denied doing this. Even went as far as the manager lady saying I didn't know what I was talking about. WTF? This is the most "modernized" McDonalds in the area. What that means is use the app or order kiosk and you are on your own. In every way possible. Service is non existent and the atmosphere shows it. If this is the future of fast food, I will eat a peanut butter sandwich and apple for lunch and save the $$$. I miss the interaction with real people, even the confused and over worked rude kids, at least they sneer and chuckle when I ask for a milkshake and they know the machine hasn't worked since Joe Biden was cognitive. Not sure what the remodel cost money wise, but as for customers it cost them one. I hope the automation and putting people out of work for profits bites the owners square in the ass. I am done here and at any location that is more interested in collecting my email to sell than providing decent food at a fair price. SERVICE! It's understandable that it's a busy area and lots of travelers. NO ONE was welcoming, or had hustle of any kind. We waited so long by the time we got our drink and food we didn't want to wait in the long line to ask for straws or the correct sauce that we initially asked for. read more

This location used to be decent until the last 3-4 months and it's totally tanked in quality. This last visit the bathrooms were filthy with piss everywhere and toilet paper in the urinals. Floors were soaked with inadequate warning signage in certain areas. Floors and booths were littered with trash. On the plus side the food was excellent but it's overshadowed by the quality of the cleanliness. Kitchen staff appears excellent but janitorial need work. read more

Poop service, really dirty place. From the stinking toilet that can be smelled from outside the door of the toilet, to me having to yell at the cashier just to get an explanation of the special combinations they have, to furthermore, trying to find a cleaned place to sit. I asked for one meal and the cashier girl turned it into two meals in less then two seconds. I asked for a shake and her reply came out all in one sentence "the machine is broken will that be all". I guess I used up my ordering time quota. What was funny was that when I demanded the cashier explain the meal to me, there was another irate customer at the drive thru window yelling at the drive thru server. :-( read more

The workers were nice, but they seemed short staffed. The other half of he building seemed like it was is about to go into some type of reconstruction... at least I think it is. I ordered in the drive thru only one other car in front of me. Waited behind the car that was in front of me for 15 minutes for them to get there food. When I got up to the window the lady said it would be a few minutes on the food. Then about three more minutes she asked me to pull forward and she would bring it to me. I got mad at the poor service and just left. I only ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and was there for 20 minutes. Totally unacceptable read more

This is probably the worst mc donalds ive been to, and thats saying something. One employee (he was big had glasses and was bald with a tie ) constantly bad mouthed his manager saying things like "some manager" and what not. He was being very rude. When I was ordering he yelled "OH MY GOD" and walked away. He deliberately lying to an eldery lady. He said " We dont have soda only Coke." But, my friend and I just got all the drinks, totally working. But theres more, everyone reading this probably knows what an oreo mcflurry looks like. I can't even give this location 1 star! Except I can't make this post without 1. So by force, they get 1 star. The girl who came to the register just stared at us and was rude with each of us. Never smiled once. There were empty pop bags or something, dripping all over on the counter to our left. The workers were cussing at each other and very unprofessional. My first thought was damn it's dirty in here. I saw them make my nuggets fresh or I would've left. I went to get my tea and the pop area did not have the tea containers in it. And was disgustingly dirty!! So I asked the other girl just standing there for some tea. She rolled her eyes at me but got it. We all ordered and sat back watching in disbelief as they screamed at each other loudly. We ate there...i am wondering where their Manager is this entire time. Sadly, I cant believe that these girls have a job there. Especially if this is the norm for this location. What really disturbed me, was that my niece's sandwich was wrong. She had opened it and touched it...the worker behind the counter wrapped it back up and stuck it IN the drive through persons bag and handed it to the window person. By far the worst McDonalds restaurant ever. Super slow. We ordered 2 happy meals, a fries, and large sweet tea and it took about 20 minutes from making our order to receiving our food. Then when we got home and our fries were gross and cold. I guess I should take a hint since this location is inside a gas station. Don't waste your time waiting here. Go to the Burger King next door or somewhere else. Otherwise, you'll be in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes! read more

Juicy succulent moist burgers that always have fresh toppings. Nice crispy fries on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The nuggets are moist white boi chicken that it real crisp. Also nice dipping sauce read more

Honestly, I'd give this location less than one star if I had the option. This is the McDonald's closest to my house and I drive to another location when possible to avoid this one. Half of the machines (including the credit card machine) are out of service regularly. The staff is completely irresponsible and rude. Getting a receipt in the drive thru is a toss up. They're regularly "out" of normal items (fries, coke, nuggets). They tell you some items are out or machines are down to avoid having to make what you've requested. If you have the option, avoid this store and go to the McDonald's in Tillman's Corner... read more
