My man wakes me up today for the big breakfast for me to open anf find no pancakes and then I go to call and spend a hour of trying to call for the voicemail lady or who ever to say your call cannot be complete or you cannot leave a voicemail we dont stay close to that one and for him to surprise me and not get what he ordered Is not ok he paid for it as well and then we have to drive up there due to the wrong number on file read more

This must be the worst McDonald's restaurant in Toledo, OH Store hours say 6a for Drive thru and 7a for dining room. Yet the doors are locked and the drive thru menu boards are turned off. The time I showed up was 7:30a. Rude employees, dim lit parking lot or they don't even bother to turn the lights on at all. These problems need to be addressed immediately and fixed. This is the worst McDonalds in the area. From 2018-2023 I have off an on attempted to use this location. Half the time I don't even order because their drive thru lines are always long and slow moving. The service has been bad as well. Got there at 10:30am sorry no breakfast they are doing lunch. Placed my order, no one else in line parking lot empty. We came here to get lunch, the girl who took our order was snippy and impatient. Once we got up to the window to get our food, there was a girl training a boy, he handed us the wrong drink (which wasn't a big deal, we just said that wasn't ours), then he handed us the wrong bag of food, we told him it wasn't ours. We weren't upset because you could tell he was new and still learning, the girl who 'training' him yelled loudly and swore at him in front us. Completely unprofessional. I got a burger in the drive through that was missing a few customizations. I went back through the line and the management staff was incredibly kind and helpful! One of the worst McDonalds in the city of Toledo. Don't ever go there for a sundae after 930 at night, especially on a Friday. They are supposed to have the machine running until close (midnight), but it's never on when we stop, and we attempt pretty much every Friday night. When we question it, and even reference the manager (who told us to tell them she said it should be on) we get nothin' but attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to either Maumee McDonalds.
