The food quality of McDonalds can be surprisingly good and tasty if u get fresh warm food. This Holland location on Airport Road, has consistently screwed up every order when eating there....(even this morning....I ordered just a Big Breakfast, with English Muffins...I received Pancakes....and a biscuit, this gnarly dry over cooked egg, burnt sausage...dry...like a hockey puck...). First of all, we had to check mac broken.com as to not waste a trip. That's the most appreciated part of my experience and McDonald's does not even own that website. But let me say it again, since transparency is clearly lacking here:As a former employee do not eat here. worked here as a minor and experienced unprofessionalism, disrespect, and unfair treatment from both coworkers and management. I was constantly targeted and harassed by a grown adult employee (a 25-year-old man) named Quintin Richardson who made me uncomfortable and caused multiple problems. When I finally stood up for myself, I was terminated while he remained employed. Next morning, my manager Hannah texted me and told me I was fired. No meeting, no explanation just a text saying I couldn't return. Meanwhile, Quentin kept his job like nothing ever happened. So a grown man can harass a teenage girl at work and still be protected? What's worse is that several of my coworkers quit the same day due to how this situation was handled, including people who had already planned to leave because of how poorly this location is run. Even management walked out. That should tell you something. On top of that, this location is poorly run by a bunch of 19- and 20-year-olds who barely know what they're doing. There's no structure, no real leadership, and clearly no protection for minors who work there. This place lacks professionalism, structure, and basic human decency. Honestly wish I could leave less stars. Coming from someone who once worked at this location, they need to fire everyone and start over. Ordered a large coke and a hot fudge sundae. The girl taking my order asked me 3 times to repeat myself, then finally entered my large coke asking again what my next item was. Then she asked what size I wanted and I said for the sundae? And she said yeah they have different sizes. And I said oh! I didn't know that, what sizes are there? and she said sm, med, lg. I ordered a small still not thinking this is correct. All while i hear laughing and jokes in the background. I go to pay and the girl in the window wasn't even there. So I sat for a few minutes and she came over looking irratated she had to come do her job. Got to the 2nd window where I watched the girl use the mocha frappe syrup for my hot fudge sundae. The next girl opens the window to give it to me and there is hardly any syrup at all. I asked the girl if they didn't have hot fudge anymore and she said well no we do it's just empty but it's the same thing. And I wanted to say no, No mam it's not. But I just smiled and took my cold syrup sundae and left. I got a doordash order and I ordered a 20 piece nugget, sweet tea (large),dr pepper ( large), sweet and sours (5), and 2 ranch, and got none of that. We had 11 nuggets in the box. They said they were out of fountain drinks, fine. We got happy meals, a big Mac w no pickles, and a chicken sandwich. They repeated the order back. The happy meals were messed up, the big Mac had pickles, and we didn't get our chicken sandwich. When we asked for it, they asked to see the receipt - but they never gave it to us. I never check reviews before visit g a McDonalds - big mistake this time. On a road trip and stopped by for breakfast. All 3 orders of the Big Breakfast had black hairs in the pancakes - in EVERY pancake. My kids and I couldn't eat them. They quickly refunded our money for the pancakes, but my kids and I are grossed out by what we tried to eat. No one wants to pull a hair out of their chewed food - even worse when it's multiple hairs for each person eating. This location needs some work and a training overhaul. My wife and I have had plenty of poor experiences at this location and plenty of fine experiences. Usually my issue is the customer service. Today I decided to make this review because after ordering an bacon egg and cheese bagel from their breakfast menu, and checking the bag and seemingly having said sandwich, I got home and realized that my bagel didn't have bacon on it nor did it have that special breakfast sauce I love so much. It was just a bagel with egg and cheese. I called the listed number 3 times to talk to someone about rectifying the issue but no one ever answered the phone. I don't feel like driving all the way back and they are not serving breakfast by now anyhow. So, I'm writing this review out of frustration. read more

This location is an absolute joke. Pulled in to get some dinner for the family after trick or treat. The line was around the building when I pulled in which should have been the sign to leave. When we got up to where the line splits with 2 ordering stations one was blocked off with a trash can. Second hint we should have left. While in line we counted 7 cars get out of line. They have the most clean play area out of every other McDonalds I've been to. The play ground is nice too because it's huge and big enough for adults to be able to walk in and get your kid if something happens. At other ones I've had to squeeze through the tiny tubes and tunnels on the verge of having a claustrophobic attack while trying to find my kid lol. A year or two ago they tore the whole building down and completely rebuilt it. So it is new and a nice layout. But it's still a McDonalds. Some of the breakfeast items are ok.
